... Amount of energy we have, it cannot be more, it cannot be less than that. Question is how much of that (?) and for what? How much of that you have to deal with and for what? How much you wanted for yourself, how much you want for your thing you believe in, how much you want to do that so you don't want to have (?) because the amount of energy is 'X' amount of energy and it will (?) with you whether you like it or not. Now there are seventy-two parts in the body and there are seven Chakras and if you care to use this energy in wrong directions you will be handicapped.
As a one unit you live then to one unit everything will come, as a multiple unit you just keep the same energy you will not have a breakfast to eat. That doesn't mean you are educated, you are not educated, you are religious, you are not religious. Question on this Earth is, are you stupid or you not? If you think you are not stupid that doesn't decide the issue either. If you are not stupid then you must know how you are using your life, what you are going to gain out of your life? What you are going to lose out of your life? How much you can balance your life? Idea is not whether you start today or you start tomorrow with the very life of the breath of life you start.
The greatest problem, which I have seen in the European countries is that everything is considered nice, when life is little bit comfortable, we call it richness of the upper equator. Upper equator life is very hard it's very cold everybody will work hard and insecurity is tremendous. So by nature we want to earn, we want to produce, we want to live, but are we mentally equally rich? Answer is no. Are we spiritually strong that we can go through impossible as a possible? Is our discipline that strong? Answer is no. So what we are doing? We got into this stigma we are not spiritually strong therefore we can't negotiate properly. We are not mentally strong, therefore, we do not have the grit to continue to negotiate, then what is the answer? Let us built guns and powers and atom bomb and star wars and this and that, so that we must know that this world is going to come to end if anybody is going to do a mistake.
So we put death as a deterrent for living and now we have reached to the point that we cannot even withdraw our self that's why now a man is required to talk of peace, tranquility, grace, strength. Now is the time to enjoy our life, but if we can get consciously. And that's what we are trying to have good yoga class tonight, so that all of you who have come should benefit, should understand how we can reach our self.

You are exactly, your energy will start circulating to the weaker area and start balancing it's a very simple thing. Keep on pumping, yes that's where the power is. Now sometime you may be very worried that something really bothering you and specially the boyfriend didn't call the girlfriend or appointment didn't happen, some kind of fear phobia, just do like this, just don't do it together just upside down, back and forth, and be fast don't touch it though. Just see what these simple things can create miracles. You see this? I'll show you something very simple which you have never done.
Take your both hands like this and take this as one portion watch this, it will make you ageless, it will reverse your age, you can stop your old age. But I know you have never done it, but it's a simple thing to do just do like this. Without touching the hand divide your this portion, this portion into five areas, just to assimilate your psyche, you have nothing else to do, but put your hand here and do like this, then come to the center and shift then two, three, four, five and then go back the same way. Now I will like you to go in a very, very classical situation. Just put your hands together please like this, it's called open lotus at the heart center. Inhale through the nose and exhale so your hand can feel the open air. Continue fifty-two times and then stop. Each breath must at length be felt at the top of the hand. Palm of the hand must feel it that's what you have to be careful about.
And the last of all if you really want to understand what is very important in the body is the switch of the tendency which sometime block you and stop you. Put your hand here feel very guilty, feel bad and guilty and sad whatever you can pretend to, please go ahead and go eleven time this side and eleven time that side. One, one, two, two, it is called sad nod be very sad, very guilty, very handicap whatever you want to do. Thank you.
