Practicing this kriya gives the capacity to still the most that medical and psychiatric help fail, this will not. But if you were to tell someone to do it as a therapy, you moving mind. It gives immediate relief to any wavering spaced-out mind. When there is so much insanity around should have practiced the kriya. As a beginner, start your practice with 3-5 minutes with a maximum of 11 minutes. With practice it can be done for 31 minutes.

  1. Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine.
  2. Relax the arms and hands in any meditative pose.
  3. Breathe normally through the nose.
  4. Focus eyes at the tip of the nose.
  5. Open the mouth as wide as possible. Touch the tongue to the upper palate.
  6. Hold the position and meditate.
