  1. Lie on your left side and put your hand under your head.
  2. Lift the right leg up straight and hold the toes with your right hand, keeping both legs straight.
  3. Do Breath of Fire.

  1. Lay on the back and place the palms on the floor, above the shoulders, fingers point back to the shoulders.>
  2. Bend the knees and arch the body up, feet flat on the floor.
  3. Breathe in and out through the nose, then in and out through the mouth.
  4. Continue alternating from nose to mouth, taking one complete breath with each.

  2. Lift the right leg up straight and hold the toes with your left hand, keeping both legs straight.
  3. Do Breath of Fire.

  1. Stand up with legs apart 18 to 24 inches.
  2. Bend forward and stretch hands back through legs to touch floor.
  3. With the head down, reach back as far as possible.
  4. Hold this position

  1. Continue in the posture.
  2. Roll the tongue and do Breath of Fire through the rolled tongue.

  2. Lift the right leg up straight and hold the toes with your right hand, keeping both legs straight.
  3. Breath powerfully and explosively through the mouth (Cannon Breath).

  1. Stand up and sit down 52 times without using the hands for support.

  2. Roll upper torso in large circles.
To End:
  1. Relax.

Comments: Anyone who shall do this exercise for 11 minutes morning and night will have no problem with Mr. Liver.
