Glands

"Glands are the guardians of our health," was a famous phrase Yogi Bhajan adopted early on. His discussion of the glandular system was thorough, diverse, and sometimes controversial; but he always claimed that science would confirm these ancient teachings in time. In particular he discussed the pituitary, hypothalamus and pineal at length. Here you will find lectures on the functions of these glands as they relate to human consciousness, behavior and potential.
