YB: We have missed a four part of the series the wonderful word of my mind this is the series these are sixteen lectures somehow I have to complete I don't know what is the schedule. How many days I'll be in a position to deliver, but this has to be completed in other words we are going to explore the mental world. The world which balances us against everything else, actually if you really want to know that Geetha is nothing but an explanation of the mental world. One side is the powerful world of the Earth, on the other side is the powerful world of the ether and Krishna plays part in between. Is a drama but we do not know five thousand years there was a drama or a reality so we accept it both ways.

Tonight I am starting with you and the basis of that you can title it my beautiful little world of my own. My beautiful little world of my own as a self I have a creative consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. for which I dilute pollute create regenerate, reconstruct, build, design, plan, destroy and rebuilt a total private world which is totally mine. Then I color it with imaginations I test it with comparative study of time and space, I look at it, I like it, I hate it, I have doubts about it, I have feelings for it, I have emotions for it, I want to push it pursue it and I want everybody to adapt it and I want nobody know about it. Because this is my own world, it is the inner sense of my essence of my mental self. I know it I don't know it, I like it, I dislike it. I accept it I deny it. It is the very balance of me around which I spin my everything else.

The truth of this world is it is more powerful than God lie about it is we don't want to accept that way because this is the one part of me which made me to understand that this is the life and there is something which gives me this life and I created the one which gives me the life which is God. Man is the only one creature which created God not only created it but experienced it, not only experienced it but let the way for others to follow it. Animals don't have that privilege everybody has a life don't misunderstand, vegetables, trees, animals, they have feelings. But human is the one thing in the world which has this little world very, very its own. That is why human can stand any torture for principle.

Baba Banda Singh Bahadur the general when he was captured cleverly by the enemy it was the most gruesome punishment ever a man stood. They asked him whose Sikh you are?

He said, "I am Sikh of GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Gobind Singh Tenth Guru of the Sikhs. Gobind SinghGuru Gobind Singh Tenth Guru of the Sikhs. ."

They said, "There are two conditions for you, you become the commandant general of the entire mogul empire or face the death."

He said, "Death."

They said, "To be a disciple of a one man and to be a commander in chief of all the empire which one you choose?"

He said, "To be disciple of one man."

"Why?"

He said, "That man made me experience infinity."

They said, "Okay now we'll let you know."

They brought his child seven year old took his heart and put it in his mouth.

"What is it"

He said, "It is the heart of my son and it was put in my mouth."

"Don't feel it?"

He said, "Yeah every father will feel it, as a father I feel it and as a disciple I don't."

"Why not?"

He said, "I am the most graceful father who saw my son being sacrificed and crucified right in my presence and if son of me which is seven year old can stand the torture look at me you think I am that coward? It has given me new life."

They said, "Oh my God, we thought you will freak out."

"But it has given me strength, strength came from that inner world, that little world of my own."

When a human gets into that little world of the mental self then even God cannot shake that man that human is beyond all self of infinity.

They said, "All right."

They got the pliers, they heated the pliers and they started pulling his flesh with hot pliers they started pulling the flesh and making dogs to eat right in his presence. When they did quite a bit of job why they heated the pliers because then it won't bleed, you understand to delay the death, otherwise you do it for a while blood start going out in couple hours the person dies. But when it's a red hot plier wherever it will burn it will become immediately it will not bleed that much death becomes late. I want to tell you the technology also. Well you must know why they did why they had to heat the pliers I mean to say you are American mind you always have questions.

(Student's laughter)

So when they did a lot bit of job and gave those barbeques to those dogs they ask him a question, "How you feel?"

He said, "I feel very good."

"Why you feel good?"

He said, "I am judging myself, I am being judged, so there shall be no judgment day for me, I am very nice, go ahead."

The emperor came he said, "Banda Singh Bahadur I understand all philosophy what is your philosophy?"

He said, "(?) you are the emperor you have asked me a question I must give you a reply, now listen to me, my soul is infinite, it will never die, it was never dead, it never came from the dead being, because dead being can give a death, it came from a live thing it is alive, after this it is going to live only this body is going to die. Why I not relate to body and let it die so that my soul be free. I don't want to take any karmaKarma The law of cause and effect applied to mental, moral, and physical actions. Ego attaches us to and identifies us with objects, feelings, and thoughts. These attachments create a bias toward certain lines of action. Instead of acting you begin reacting. Karmas are the conditions required in order to balance or complete these tendencies. Though necessary, karma is not dictatorial or fatalistic. It is the mechanism that allows the finite experience of existence to maintain and stabilize itself. We all have free will and can take actions to re-direct the momentum of a karma. We can transform it or neutralize it using meditation, jappa, good deeds, or intuition that remove your sense of ego and the identification with that past line of action. because I am a physical rational to mess up my infinite rational that is my soul."

He said, "Don't you feel the pain?"

He said, "No, body feels the pain and I am telling the body, body feel it, because you got at that time trapped into the mayaMaya The creative power of the Creator that restricts and limits. It creates the sense of limitation that leads us to identify with experience, the ego, and things. Because of this it is often thought of as the illusion that blocks us from the spirit. But, as Guru Nanak (see Sikh Gurus) reminds us, you need not be attached to the productions of maya. Instead they can be used to serve and express the higher consciousness and spirit. Maya is simply Karta Purkh, the doing of the Great Being. Maya takes the ineffable into the realm of the measurable. of these people. But my soul was free, is free and shall be free."

This is the power, this body is given to you when you follow the law of physical the body who pays the karmaKarma The law of cause and effect applied to mental, moral, and physical actions. We can transform it or neutralize it using meditation, jappa, good deeds, or intuition that remove your sense of ego and the identification with that past line of action. of that action? The soul. But the tragedy is this body has a friend burns here or dies here it doesn't go with the soul. Therefore the law is to follow the soul never the body because what is the use of you know if you have read panchtantra one monkey and crocodile become friends now crocodile eats monkey, they love to eat anything which they can lay their mouth on you know the crocodiles and crocodile can be anybody. And in human body there are lot of crocodiles simply you can't recognize them, so when you get chewed up you think in a human is chewing you, no, no, no, no, no that's wrong it's a crocodile.

(Student's laughter)

With the power of the magic that crocodile has taken over a human body. Humans are very few and they live in God consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. and whenever human is not in God consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. he is in one or the other animal nature but the body is of a perfect human this is what we call mayaMaya The creative power of the Creator that restricts and limits. It creates the sense of limitation that leads us to identify with experience, the ego, and things. Because of this it is often thought of as the illusion that blocks us from the spirit. Crocodile said, "Monkey I like you."

He said, "Why?"

He said, "You go on the tree I can't go. So you are something extra I like it."

Monkey said, "What I have to do for you?"

He said, "Nothing, I just like to be a great crocodile the only way I can be great is I don't eat you." Normally crocodile will eat a monkey but I want to be a great crocodile and only to prove my greatness is I'll be your friend I won't eat you, right."

He said, "I don't believe you, but if you say so it is all right.":

He said, "Well you believe me or not it is okay."

So they started living together and actually crocodile didn't eat the monkey but you know you may be a thief you may not commit the theft but sometime you do some hanky panky. So one day crocodile told the monkey, hey you want to go on a river ride?"

He said, "What do you mean?"

He said, "Oh you come on my back I'll swim you through and make you enjoy everything."

He said, "No, no, it's a very huge river you know I can't even swim it out."

He said, "What a fool you are sitting on my back you are not going to swim I know I am most powerful in water, come on my back."

So monkey foolishly jumped on his back he thought it's a tree trunk, so he satSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. down very nicely and crocodile slowly start moving like a royal boat went on and on and on when it come to midstream crocodile said monkey, "You enjoy the water?"

He said, "Oh it's a beauty."

"Enjoy the ride?"

"Yeah."

He said, "I enjoy too and he turned around."

Now neither the monkey can leave the crocodile because he will go with the stream of water so he caught up to him stuck with him and this crocodile started rolling and rolling and rolling enjoying and enjoying and poor monkey started suffocating and suffocating and finally the monkey cried.

He said, "I can't help anymore."

Crocodile said, "I can't help any more too."

He said, "I am suffocating."

He said, "I am enjoying."

And finally monkey's hand gave up and with the stream of the water he was on his way, some how he got on the end took him couple days to recuperate, came back at that place but he satSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. on the tree and crocodile said, "Friend, how was the ride?"

He said, "My God what was that ride, you almost killed me."

He said, "No, I didn't eat you."

He said, "Your consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. less than eating doesn't fit anything in your mind?"

He said, "I took you on ride I enjoyed it too."

He said, "Your enjoyment was my death. Do you know when you start curling around what happened to me?"

He said, "You started curling with me."

He said, "No, I had no alternative."

He said, "Well, you are my friend."

He said, "That is true, that's why I didn't eat you."

He said, "You didn't eat me you almost killed me."

He said, "Almost, almost, I told you we'll go on a ride to enjoy I didn't tell you that I will not curl in the water."

(Student's laughter)

Exactly in our mind there is an infinite world of ours but there is side by side with that infinite world there is a finite limitation. You can sometime ask why we suffer? This is how the process starts, when we want to suffer we start thinking, when we start thinking we start eliminating ourselves and we become little, from little we become belittle and our suffering stops. When we become belittle then naturally in reaction the whole world looks a huge when world looks huge we become belittle pain is tremendous. This is called depression.

Mental depression is nothing a disconnection from infinity. Mental aggression is nothing but projecting as infinity, both are dangerous. Kans thought he will never die, Ravana thought nobody can kill him, when a human project as infinity he is disconnected from infinity because he is competing with something which is not. You are the spirit of God, you are the experience of God, you are the grace of God, but you re not God. Because if you are God what else is.

So in this human there is that limit and there is that infinity that is why the human has a law they call it law of mental equi-balance, in other word it is also known as mental equilibrium and sometime if somebody go crazy you know what we say, oh he is just little bit off center. So it means we recognize there is a center. What is the center about? The center is between infinity and finite.

Actually human species is one species which is neither infinite and nor finite. It is the equilibrium of infinity and finite. And secret of happiness is live as a equilibrium and the most secret of happiness is teach your children to live in that equilibrium. Don't tell them they are infinite and don't tell them they are finite. Tell them they are the equilibrium as a specie. This little wonderful world of ours is the seat of the soul it can expand to that experience of infinity that you can experience the infinite itself and it can contract into nothingness that you may not even feel the self respect. And one who does not live or feel the self-respect how can the world respect that being? Therefore the self-respect is the law of divinity. He shall lose everything but self-respect. Because when you lose self-respect your self has no power to regain it, it is to block the cosmic law, it is just a sugarcane without juice.

If the person is dead you decorate him with diamond jewelry what will happen to it? It will start walking, it will start talking, it will start eating, it will start relating? And how many human are alive you can judge it from this point of view. Alive is which lives to the challenge of time and space. Alive is, alive is equal to which lives to the challenge of time and space, now judge on that touchstone how many people are alive, rest are all dead decorations, DDs.

(Student's laughter)

They are dead decoration of human existence and those who are alive they live Baba Ajeet Singh Jujar Singh two sons of GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Gobind Singh Tenth Guru of the Sikhs. Gobind SinghGuru Gobind Singh Tenth Guru of the Sikhs. , Jorawar Singh and Fateh Singh, the other two sons of GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. , seven and nine fourteen and sixteen. They were alive they were alive, they were alive in the face of death, they were alive when they were alive, they were alive when they were children, they were alive before their parents, they were alive when they were GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. 's son, they were alive when they were being attacked, they were alive when they were in the field, they were alive throughout and they did such a living that they are alive even today. Alive never dies and death never comes to what is alive.

When soul guides it is guidance of God and everything is creative consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. of my that little world which is totally and purely mine because it is the pure essence of mine and it is right in me, it is that beauty which beholds me, it is that charm which enchants me, it is that grace which makes me to sacrifice and not feel, it is that feeling which makes me divine, it is that passion from which comes the compassion. But it is so finite that it experience infinity, it is so fine that it can stand all grossness, it is so subtle that it can stand any rudeness and torture. Because it is absolutely mine and it is that essence of my own mental world and without this nothing is practical, nothing is achievable and nothing is happiness.

Without this it is just eating the dust, it is just eating the ash in rashness of our life we relate to the extreme irrational self, we load ourself with that irrational self to the extent and reason and logic get afraid of us. We dump this most beautiful wonder world of ours with so many coats of darkness that sometime even God talk to us I created you a creature don't do this, we are so much into that Earth so much into that dust so much into that ash we say well what kind of God you are and if you are a God let me experience it. We separate ourself for God, we even challenge God when within the space and time we do not find equilibrium then it becomes painful, then it becomes habit. Habit, bit by bit it becomes there, habit is a process of life which comes to you bit by bit habit means it is a bit, it always start as a bit till it beats you up totally and completely and nothing is left of you.

But it is not always negative it can be equally positive, there is nothing wrong in a habit question is what? Law is simple if habits belong to the law of ether it will carry you from Earth to ether, if it belongs to law of Earth it will bound you down that's all. If you belong to me you are me, then my thick and thin is your thick and thin.

Don't call them great who sit together, talk together but they are not together if those who claim they are together they have a doubt they have never learnt what togetherness is. Where there is a doubt there is going to be a bout, punch is going to pinch, life will be mess, time and space is going on doubt is wasting the energy finally the end will come and one who has lived in the darkness of the doubt shall fall into the doubt.

Either you have faith or you no faith there is no alternative, faith is never fake and fake is never faith, when there is faith there is no if and but where there is if and but there is no faith yet. Law of life is a law of experience, it's a living self it can be negative, it can be positive, when there is a positive beautiful story you know Mohammedans are very religious minded little bit fanatical little bit, but Sunnis and shiya they are two section, don't think that Mohammedans are all Mohammedans they are more divided than Christians. Christians kill each other but later on love also but they always try to kill each other. That is their religion, sunnis will like to kill shiyas and shiyas will like to kill sunnis without concession, but they both are Mohammedans, followers of Mohammed. So sunnis are very fanatically universal and true to Mohammed's teaching, their Peer Hazrath Mohammed wallah E salam, never say in the presence of a Mohammed as Hazrath Mohammed wallah Eh salam, the God's messenger otherwise they will just punch you up.

So there was a one (?) are avakanis, avakanis are those who think their prophet is Agah khan. So one sunni said, "Look brother you are a Muslim too I am a Muslim too but you have become Agah kaani."

He said, "Well, your prophet died mine is alive."

He said, "No, no your prophet is not alive."

He said, "What do you mean not alive?"

"Hazoor Agah khan you know I sent my one tenth of salary there."

He said, "Look he womanizes, he drinks, he run races of horses, he is man worst than you."

He said, "Wait a minute, wait a minute lalalalala,... what are you talking about?"

"Talk about my Paigambar, I don't say any word against your paigambar how dare you talk to my paigambar like that?"

He said, "I can prove it to you."

He said, "Okay go ahead."

So this guy arranged through some conspiracy to take this guy into the palace of Agah khan he hid him there. When they were hiding the sunni said to Agah khan now look there comes your paigambar.

He said, "Oh Allah, hazoor, it's a great day I could see with these eyes my paigambar, my murshid my guide, my teacher, my God."

He said, "Wait a minute this much is okay further you see."

Then there came a madam, maid.

He said, "Look that maid how dressed she is, is it Islam?"

He said, "Wait, wait, wait, you don't know anything, now don't talk let me see what goes on."

He said, "Okay it will be the most X rated thing you are going to see."

He said, "Okay don't talk about let me see myself. You brought me here to see right."

He said, "Now I am in ecstasy, don't disturb me."

He said, "Ecstasy or no ecstasy see what is going on?"

He said, "I am watching it that woman came right, then cup came and wine came."

He said, "Now, where it is in Islam we should drink?"

He said, "You wait, you wait."

Food came then the wine was poured and Hazrath Agah khan took it and sip it.

She was pouring he was drinking.

"Now just said hey wait a minute what are you looking in joy?"

He said, "I am looking at my Hazrath, he looked at that woman and purified her, he touched that wine and made it into a nectar, you blind you don't know anything and you are disturbing me."

(Student's laughter)

He said, "Your Hazrath drink wine and makes a nectar?"

He said, "That is what people of God do, don't they, don't they come and make the negative positive?"

He said, "Yes."

He said, "That is what my hazrath is doing."

Faith moves the mountain otherwise stones are heavy.

He said, "Well, it's a waste."

He said, "No, it is not waste I am grateful to you, you showed my Hazrath real in action. He touches the wine and turns into a water of divine nectar, he looked at that woman perhaps what karmaKarma The law of cause and effect applied to mental, moral, and physical actions. He shook him he said, "Are you awake?"

He said, "No, I am awake you are sleeping, why don't you become Agah khani?"

He said, "I'll become Agah khani or not but I gave lot of money to get you here."

He said, "See you plotter you plot against God's men."

More that man wanted to convince Agah khani more Agah khani felt in ecstasy great. Why? Because that own little world of mine where resides the purity, where rules the purity there nothing impure can enter. Once my soul, my infinite light resides on that and rules it, when the ether world I live in Earth has no meaning and neither the action of Earth have any meaning. Action of Earth are only to me so long I am insecure, if I tell you there is Himalaya, oh yeah Himalaya then you will compare it with Mount Chesta, sometime I told somebody, I said, "Series of mountains around Everest are great."

He said, "Well in California Yogiji mount Chesta has great too."

I said, "Now an elephant and rat are being compared in the same box. This little mount has a little cap of snow and this guy is comparing to mount Everest, it takes a very powerful helicopter even to reach the peak of that mount and here every guy can jump up one who has two legs and can hold his breath can go all the way up. But like panchtantra once ocean flooded and brought all its frogs to the land and the water went away and the frogs started jumping towards the ocean but one unlucky frog fell into the well. When he fell into the well he saw another frog there, he said, "Hey brother we are together."

He said, "Yeah, you have four legs we have four legs we have the same mouth we do the trahtrach the same way, welcome home."

He said, "Wah., wah he said, this is your world?"

He said, "Yes, it's a great world man."

He said, "How big it is?"

The well frog jumped one, twice, thrice, four time, fifth time, and he said, "You come too."

So this ocean frog took one jump second jump he stuck with the other side of the well wall and messed up his nose.

(Student's laughter)

He said, "What is this world of yours?"

He said, "What do you mean my world?"

"What is in your world?"

"Water."

He said, "Yes, it has beaches."

He said, "Yes."

He said, "Well, this is my beach."

He said, "Just sitting on this little brick right here you call it a beach?"

He said, "Don't you teach what is a beach, this is my beach that is your beach."

(Student's laughter)

Concept, concept of consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , what is pure? Not which is pure now and impure then, pure is a pure now and ever. The concept of Khalsa is a very simple concept, Khalsa is a Khalsa that is why they baptize the Khalsa with a double dagger edge, so born out of the double dagger can stand also the double dagger edge. By born out of the death how can that person die? When a Khalsa walks on the edge of the sword he knows it is his birthplace. Therefore as a king he is a saint, as a saint he is a king, Raj yoga, Takh dhian GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Ram Das Fourth Guru of the Sikhs. Ram DasGuru Ram Das Fourth Guru of the Sikhs. .

Side-B

That is why sant sipahee saint and soldier, if you are a saint and we have to get soldiers to protect you, you are useless, if you are a soldier then you cannot think saintly you are useless. Therefore, the human concept is totally based on that little world that is my world and only my world and in my own beauty and experience. It's a world of my own faith and it is center of me. When I submit and I commit consciously then I experience ecstasy. That is what GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. But it was to ask for the experience of full of life it was fulfillment of life, it was not death. Death comes to cowards, coward die many a death hero never dies. Commitment is what essence of myself and experience of commitment is known commonly as state of ecstasy of right. There is no ecstasy it is the experience of commitment, those who enjoy they know the life and for them the Wahe Wahe Guru , Whaa-hay Guroo A mantra of ecstasy and dwelling in God. This meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. is known as flower series it is also known as pushpkriya, pushp means flower. And these are pushpkriyas they were very sacredly done for many, many centuries. Actually from fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth centuries it was a commonly known that all sindus people who lived beyond river Indus they were perfectionist in these and today we'll do the first of it.

This is the first pushpkriya your left hands open up into like a flower, the right hand opens up into a flower and at the Moon center, this is the Moon this side is the Moon side you place one over the other and make it a flower. It normally creates a pressure and this area and on this area, lower of this upper of this, they start hurting very soon when you do it, I know it you will have it known just in few minutes.

All right please sit like that and tighten your fingers as hard as you can. These fingers are loose when they are kept like that but when you press them and tighten them and tighten them and tighten them and tighten them they become solid like rock. And your eyes start closing and you started visualizing these two flowers in those closed eyes. You will start making an arc line of these flowers right in this forehead, this hand rest on this hand only then you can harden your finger. These are very hard fingers they are loose now when you harden them stiffen them, they become like they are of steel and then you can reproduce them in the forehead. This right and put this over this like this, this is the Moon center, of the left, this is the Moon center of the right, this fits in like this and then you harden them. While hardening them you close your eyes and you get them here, here instead of seeing it, just one blank screen you start seeing lines if your fingers are rightly hardened you will see a color, red, white, blue, black but it will be lined up that's the privilege. Now do it and you will start also sweating with it.

Kartaar you are doing perfect simply harden your fingers more, close your eyes and bring this before your forehead. Gurushabad put your hand like this son and put this over it like this and then these fingers will stretch them. And then bring close your eyes and bring the imagination in the head. Just tighten those fingers you will see inside brain lot of changes will start happening right, it works faster than you imagine.

Stiffen your fingers like a tiger claw that's the correct description of it. It is in the fourth century that people started wearing tiger claw as a symbol of protection that's how it came, claws are claws. They became divine because they were related to a part of worship which people in those days were doing it. In many tribes even today the tiger claws or the lion claws or bulls or this and that they are considered great. Work it out now, please have pressure on both hands equal otherwise we are putting only right hand left hand will be relaxed that part of the brain will be relaxed too. To bring equilibrium both should have equal pressure.

Now please relax your hands from shoulders down, let you go totally relax them from shoulder below. Be in the meditative mind but the let hands relax totally, drop them drop the hands from the shoulder onward dead but just keep on meditative mind which you were doing. Higher and higher in your consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. beyond the Sun and Moon and stars the yonder world and the yonder world keep on expanding yourself now. Outwardly your eyes are closed inwardly you go to infinity. Within this little world of your head create the infinite world. Within the little world of your head experience the infinite world. With the zero put the one and experience the greatness of the ten. Float and flow into yonder lands, knowingly get into the unknown, see the unseen, imagine the unimaginable. Know the unknown.

Inhale deep, contain the entire world in this breath let it go. Inhale deep experience the entire pranic energy in this breath let it go. Inhale and utter the word wah.

The class chants: Wah...
