...this has helped go through, for our all purposes, known and unknown.

Yogiji and students chant: Saaat NamNaam , Nam The manifested identity of the essence. The word derives from Naa-ay-ma , which means "that which is not, now is born." A Naam gives identity, form, and expression to that which was only essence or subtle before. It is also referred to as the Word. seven times.

YB: Relax.

There are lot of philosophies, sixth great philosophy is known of the east, wise man of the east developed six philosophies. Now there are philosophies of the east, philosophies of the west, philosophy of the north and south. As the person got in touch with nature developed the rhythm, found the rhythm within and could relate to the within and without; he started dealing the technology, the path through which he developed himself or herself. He liked it, some people liked it, many people liked it, they practiced it, they found some peace, some tranquility, some rhythm and in doing so, from one to many and from many to one a relationship got established. Sometime it took the form of a philosophy followed loosely; sometime it took the form of a philosophy followed rigidly. When it followed it was followed religiously, it become a religion. When it was followed loosely it becomes a philosophy. Every religion has certain rituals and certain reality.

Actually the purpose of religion is to bring group consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , nothing more than that. But the problem is even, I should be afraid to say it now. Religion was supposed to bring group consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. and to pave the path for an individual to get to universal consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. . But when the religion got into power actually they won't give an inch, they said, 'that's it, that's the end of the world.'

Now supposingly, you belong to a Buddhist School of Thought or you in other words say you have Buddh religion. You follow Buddh religion to the end of your day and you may be practicing all what Buddhism tells you to practice (?). But there is a fundamental in you which must experience that vastness of the potential of your wisdom so that you can be, a Sadhvik Bodhi; you can see the truth in the untruth. Otherwise all what you have practiced as a Buddhist was insane. I am not saying in vain, it was insane. Because if you go on studying in a college, year after year, year after year, year after year and when it comes to get the examination you come out with a zero, all the time, the money, the hassle you have gone through has no value.

Exactly in the science of humanologyHumanology A complete system of psychology to promote human excellence and spirit. It incorporates the technology of Kundalini Yoga and meditation, the use of the Shabd Guru, and the principles of spiritual counseling. , you are fundamentally a human and through the process of awarenessAwareness The pure nature of existence; the power to be consciously conscious without an object or need. A fundamental property of the soul and true self; it is Kundalini as it folds and unfolds itself in existence. of your mental and yourself within and without, if you have not recognized that you are a human and you do not pass the test to be a human, this body, this shape, this personality, your existence has meaning zero.

You may look beautiful human, granted. You can maneuver your movements like that, that you are a beautiful human, granted; you can dive and drive through certain moments of life and prove to another man you are a stronger human, you can exploit others, you can talk about things and you can get your way through; granted; but does your consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. support you within yourself and you have recognized yourself as a human or you have experienced yourself as a human; if you have not, at least animal is better than you, he does experience by the call of nature that, that living creature is a animal which is not your privilege.

The difficulty in the whole game you must understand today, we are opening this lecture and we will go round this semester proving the same thing. But if you can understand this fundamental thing in your life there will be happiness, there will be a joy, there will be a compassion, whatever the positive quality of God people attribute to, they can be in you.

My friends, remember one truth on this world. It doesn't matter how rich you are, it doesn't matter how poor you are.

Could you all come little forward, there are lot of people who wants to just come in, it's good, just, just friendly gesture, nothing, nothing pressure. Because if you leave room for somebody to come in, someday you will be late, room will be left for you to come in too, you know, it's a give and take in this world.

All right, now on this planet Earth you have been given the body of a human, you can't doubt it. That you can't doubt. You can doubt this much whether you are a human or not. None of us can say, 'well, I am not a human.' We won't like it and that is not what we say and people will agree. We are in human body and we are human. Fundamental question is, how much effort we have put in. Repeat. How much effort we have put in to understand ourself being a human. Number one. Number two, how much within ourself we have laid consciously the law for ourself to be governed by the law laid down by ourself to be a human. Number three. How much consciously we are conscious to reward all our action to prove to all around us that we are human. And four, how much we are prepared to sacrifice emotionally and materially to establish to ourself that we are human. These are the fundamentals. Child is born, mother doesn't tell him at all; 'my dear child I am glad you are born, you should be a human.' No, no, 'you should be attorney.'

(Students laugh)

'You should be a doctor; you should make lot of money.' Never... Have you heard sometime by mistake?

Our teacher who used to teach us the Yoga when he used to be totally mad, I am saying totally mad. Normally he never used to get mad at us, but when he used to be totally mad all he used to say, 'be a human,' that's it. Then we recognized from that moment we must have done something, quite a blunder, quite a blunder that we are getting this remark. He won't tell us we are animals, but he will just say, "So and so, would you please try to be a human?"

(Students laugh)

When somebody is doubting you that you are a human you can understand what he is recognizing you for. He has recognized you for (?) behavior as a nonhuman and this is fantastic. Also in Yoga it is a union. I mean to say, in the west Yoga has been totally messed up, my apologies. YogisYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. are not messed up, neither these SwamisSwami Master. are, they are fundamentally all right; God bless everything. But one thing which has been messed up in the west is the science of Yoga. Six years or long years to go through. I have gone through from the ghettoes to the Capitol Hill, in this country. Everybody has tried to put down everybody else. I am a good YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. , so and so is not, but that does not going to work. There is no good YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. and there is no bad YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. and there is no good SwamiSwami Master. and there is no bad SwamiSwami Master. and there is no good philosophy or bad philosophy, question is, it is the technology, it is the science of Yoga and it is not bad under any circumstances. It doesn't matter who teaches it, whosoever teaches it as a science, it is going to work.

Because what is a Yoga? It is a science; it is a technology in which the finite find within self the power of Infinity. Do you understand that? You experience within yourself the power of Infinity. In old scripture we say, it is a technology which makes the finite to merge in infinite. Now what is... That is also wrong. I have found it out American mind works by time and distance. They live beyond reality. Now this is a wrong definition for a American mind and it may damage lot of people and send them on ego trip, 'I got to merge somewhere,' somewhere he has to locate infinite.

(Student laugh)

You know, it is a very mechanical egocentric brain. It has no mercy. Yogiji said, Yogiji said, quote, unquote; "The finite has to merge in Infinity." All right, three years I have studied, I have not found where Infinity lives. So I am not on the trip at all; I am not right. I am wrong. It's an excuse to feel inadequate. Non-guidance to mental power to relate to one being which is the spirit makes you to feel inadequate and it is the worst disease of all diseases. Dis Ease means uneasy. You are either easy or you are uneasy. So that is disease and this is the worst disease to feel inadequate. It is such a vicious circle, when you feel inadequate all you will do to make others feel you are inadequate, I mean to say you are doing a propaganda PR for yourself.

Why we do this PR? We need help. We need attention, we need a booster and we think booster is going to come from outside. It's exactly like a drunkard position. He drinks and drinks and drinks. What he drinks for? For the first taste of that stimulation; that experience of stimulation he gets from the first peg, he continues to urge for that, until he comes to a bottom up and his own bottom goes up, but still he continues to urge for that. It is that madness to which a economist say; a drunkard and a musician, law of diminishing return does not apply.

To a drunkard and a musician, law of diminishing return in economics does not apply. Now what is the law of diminishing return? You can take four bananas, on fifth you will stop. You can eat a pound of rice. At other three ounces you will stop. At certain stage of things, things will stop. They will stop expanding. They will stop. You can't go further. We say it's a law of diminishing return. Your urge to go far has diminished and you are returning back where you started, means zero. But to two situations law of diminishing return does not apply. To a drunkard and to one who listens music. If you really tune on to music, you will get stoned, you don't want to leave, you see go on playing and after a while you will be sleeping. Grrrrrr, I mean, you are gone. But still you want to be there. Unending urge. And to a drunkard he start with a small peg, you understand what kind of gesture they do, little, little, lot of water and later on say, 'no water all the way, fill it up.' They want to freak out. Why we do it? Have you ever understood as a human why we do it?

We want to experience Infinity. Every individual, whether he lives in Los Angeles or New York, he is a rabbi or a minister, he is a criminal or a lay man, he is in the prison or he is a free individual, has one fundamental need and urge. He wants to experience his Infinity.

The purpose of life my dear is not that you are alive; no, no, no, that's not the purpose. Neither purpose of life is you are rich or you are poor. It's a welfare state, sixty five dollars and plus food stamps and all that is going to cover up. So don't worry.

You can be emotional, there are lot of emotional people, they will help you. In this country there is no purpose, you know. But one thing which does not satisfy us is that urge. There is a very powerful urge in a human mind. Every human wants to be his own totality and that experience of Infinity is to be in within this finite. This finite must experience its own Infinity. That which can make the finite to experience Infinity is the technology. Who teaches it is a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. . Who learns it, is a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. . Who enjoys it, is a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. and the technology is known as Yoga.

If postures are Yoga, Aasan; postures are Yoga in circus people have like beautiful body, boneless body, then they are YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. . If talking a philosophy is a Yoga then we have got lot of people who are professional to talk. If slandering somebody or praising somebody or enjoying power how many thousand students you have, if that can measure the influence and influence means you can be a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. . It is one science in which no influence can influence. A stage of a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. is a stage which is not measured by any outside influence or by measurement. It is within you. You are the practioner of it and you are the judge of it and that is why, there can never be dishonesty about it.

Some people, I am surprised, I watch these things very minutely. Some people come out, 'I am a great YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. .' All right, you are a great YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. , what to anybody else? God bless you. Because if I am a great YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. that doesn't mean anything to you, until you do not become a great YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. nothing means to you at all; that's what I am saying from the last six years and you know, we have something wrong with our ears as a nation. We don't hear words right. Yoga is not a commercial. It is a technology which can be shared. It is a technology, it is like a candlelight. I am walking with a candlelight. You can come with me and start walking in the same light and as far that light goes, as many will start walking in it, they can all walk. But you can't pounce on the candle, it will blowout and we all will be in the dark. It is not right to practice Yoga and be pouncy. You understand? To practice Yoga is to start with this simple assumption of desirelessness. Things will come to you. The first law of Yoga is, 'Be so that you are a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. .' 'Be so that you are a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. .' Then you have to do nothing then everything will happen to you. But if you are not and you say, 'I am a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. ,' then you say, 'What is happening?' Then you look around through the under eyes; 'what is happening?' Sneakishly then you are a sneak, then you are not a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. .

And law of consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. is when you don't work, the nature works for you. That's the law. Oh egocentric maniac people of this country, take my one advice. It's a law under which the God works. This law applies to Almighty omnipresent God and that is how the God is recognized. When any individual finite consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. 'Oh God I can remember you through every name.'

These are all those facets of your life which I remember, God is merciful, God is infinite, God is this, God is that, this is all your actions; but you are truth, that is your reality beyond reality. Satya. Satya means energy, the infinite energy of creativity. SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. means that thing which is true.

I give you many names O God. You are remembered by many names, you will be continue to be remembered by many names, you have been remembered by many names. But one thing is very fundamental. You are truth, beyond truth. Now what is truth and what is beyond truth? Truth is what you imagine. What is your Infinity? What is your reality? But the Creator of reality knows what reality is. Therefore a truth beyond truth.

You imagine when I came in this country to begin with, one of my friend introduced me somewhere that I am a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. . Other person had a shock of his life. I could see from his auraAura The radiant field of energy and consciousness that surrounds the physical body and which holds and organizes the seven centers of energy called chakras. Its strength, measured by brightness and radius, determines the vitality, mental concerns, and psychophysical integrity of a person. that that person has totally freaked out.

I said, "Oh what is wrong with me? He didn't see any horn on my head? I didn't wear a some costume like that." When we satSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. down in one corner and that gentleman came to me, he said, "Sir can I talk to you?"

And moment you know American says sir to you; you know you are for trouble.

(Students laugh)

You understand what I mean? Either he'll say hey Yoga then it's fine. But if he is going to say, "Sir, I am going to talk to you," then I think you start scratching your head, something is coming very heavy.

So I said, "Yes please, go ahead, it is fine with me."

He said, "But why don't we sit there in that corner, be by ourself and we can talk to each other."

I said, "Wow, it's another trouble."

So I said, "All right, let us give in." So I went there, I satSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. down and asked him.

He said, "Excuse me I don't agree you are a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. ."

And I smiling said, "I have not told you to agree at all. What's the point in discussion?"

He said, "No, no. What I mean to say, are you faking something here?"

I said, "No."

(Student laugh)

"Are you... What, what are you?"

I said, I am just exactly quoting him. I said, "No, no, I am just a human being, I am here in this party, I am a guest of this..."

"That I know, that I know, that I know. Everybody here is a guest. But how can you be a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. ?"

I said, "What is wrong with me?"

(Students laugh)

He said, "Well you know, you have to be skinny and without clothes, you know. How can a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. wear clothes?"

I said, "What is wrong with you?"

(Students laugh)

He said, "No, no, nothing. I have been told about YogisYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. they sit in Himalaya's snow, they can't wear clothes and they don't come down on this Earth. One has to go up there to find them."

I said, "Oh, that's it?"

He said, "That's it. Now how can that friend of mine introduce to me that you are a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. ?"

I said, "My dear friend, that may be your image. I am sorry to break that image."

I satSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. down and told him what I have told you up to now what Yoga is, what a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. is.

And then he said, "Oh God. I thought, if I can go all the way to top of mountain and meet a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. , that's it. But now you have told me it is all doing and now it's more difficult."

(Students laugh)

He said, "It's more shocking to me to know what a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. is than it used to be. All my life I was thinking. That's why I am saving in lot of money. I was going to have a expedition with me and I would have gone on some top in the mountain and I have found a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. and I was told if he touches you and blesses you, that's the trip, that's the end of the game. And now you have told me the whole thing and it means it is impossible, it's very difficult. I have to learn, I have to stand on my head; it's not possible."

I said, "You have not to stand on your head. But your head has to stand on its two shoulders."

Standing on the head is not Yoga. Keeping the head on the two shoulders and standing straight is Yoga, against every odd. Through all clouds of life if you can walk through smilingly and come out and say SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. When used as a greeting it means "I greet and salute that reality and truth which is your soul." There is a one wrong feeling in every human mind. Everybody wants to be comfortable without paying for it. Payment of a comfortable state of mind is to go through all uncomfortable, mental stages. Folks, learn the science to be a human. The price for going happy is going through all mental unhappy imaginations and desires. Path to be healthy is to go through all virtuous attacks or bad health viruses and be immune, isn't true? When your body can stand to immunity to every attacking virus and germ and bacteria you are healthy. Is it true or not? Exactly in the mind; when your mind can stand immune to all negativity, slander and sha, sha, sha, whatever you say, you know what I mean? Then you are happy and when through all environments and situation you can give spirit to somebody, you are spiritually holy.

Listen, I give you a treatment. If you somebody is depressed, right; what I said?

Student: Somebody is depressed.

YB: Hey, everybody should participate. We are all participating, sharing something. If you see somebody depressed, what I said?

Students: You see somebody depressed.

YB: Now you know that you are also depressed. What I said?

Students: Now you know that you are also depressed.

YB: All right. This is understood? Okay. Now if you make a mind to take that depressed person out of depression, what I said?

Students: Now if you make a mind to take that depressed person out of depression.

YB: What you have done?

Students: What you have done?

(Students laugh)

YB: Now tell me the answer what you have done?

Student: Taken yourself out of depression.

YB: You have mastered yourself out of depression. Therefore never share the negativity. Take the person out of negativity. When you are sharing the negativity you are increasing your negativity, you are feeding your negativity. Person comes to you, he is unhappy. He shares with you his unhappiness. But you must not finish there by sharing only, you have gone sick. No, no, no, don't do that. Take him out of that state of unhappiness. If you can't take him out at that moment physically, take him out mentally. You have paved the way for physical.

One day I was sitting on my chair, I started feeling feverish, you know, it came from some side. It got to me one, two, three, up. So I looked at my pulse and it told me I have a fever, but my sense also told me I have a work to do.

So I said, "My dear fever, keep your space and let me do my work, because the moment I tell people I have got a fever they all going to freak out and no work is going to happen."

So I let the fever to do its job and I continued doing my job. A telephone call came in between. "Yogiji what should I do, I have a fever."

(Students laugh)

I said, "How much?"

He said, "Hundred four. What should I do?"

I said, "Feel great because I have the same thing and I am feeling great."

(Students laugh)

He said, "It means I do nothing?"

I said, "Do something, feel great. And if it goes away by feeling great, why to do anything to it?"

You won't believe me in the afternoon I called.

He said, "Now it is gone, what should I do?"

(Students laugh)

And I answered him on telephone, I said, "Feel great. Thank God it has left. "

You understand? And that all has to stand under. This is a umbrella. Under this umbrella stand under my friend; that only God is there and God is great, when you are great. Otherwise there is no God, you are all scripture, you all belonging, longing, talking, A to Z, it's totally false. Because God is great and you are not, you are a mess. God is great, you are great, you are God. No problem, how easy. You understand? This is the easiest way to become God, don't search God, you can't search Him. I should say, Her, MS.

(Students laugh)

You know whether it's a Her or He, who cares? I am not going to measure the trousers of God so whatever it is, it is something, right. Now question is why to find that thing which is God? Why not to become that thing? Most of people they waste their time and energy in finding God. One thing you cannot do, you can not find God. I can give you in writing. Because the problem is, if you can find God and God can be found from you, then nobody else can find it and that is not a Divine trip. So God cannot be found out, but you can become God. It is easy. How you can become God and how easy it is? This formula was given by a man on this Earth. He was known as Nanak. Later on people called him GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. , it was later on problem. You know, it is always a problem.

A man comes, practice something good; then what we do, we put a big frame around him. Nanak gave a formula to humanity. He said, through humility you can find God. And what kind of God that will be? He explained it. 'Ek Ong Kar,' there is a one Creator. In your life you are not two Creators, you are one Creator. You create your environments. So God creates all the environments; SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. When used as a greeting it means "I greet and salute that reality and truth which is your soul." It is called the Bij Mantra - the seed for all that comes. Truth is His name and if you can be known in the world and your surrounding and your creation, your little world, your beautiful world, 'oh, ho so and so is very truthful.' You have found it. Karta Purkh; the being who does it, the being who does it, because God is the being who does everything, so at least you are the being who does it. Nirbhao, fearless. He is omni-fearless and you can be become yourself fearless through all omni-world around you. Nirvair, revengeless, you can become revengeless. AkaalAkaal Undying. Moorat; undying self. Here Nanak says very intelligently one thing; Akal Moorat; that is a human facet. Ajoone Saibhang, created by the self; neither who are sitting in the room knows from where you came and where you have to go. You are trying to know. Your gift of life is by itself to you. Each one of you;

'Through the virtues of the virtues of the learned one you have earned the human body.'

My dear you don't value it. You think you are miserable. No, no, no you are no, no, no, Niyat, Niyat, Niyat, Niyat, Namo, Namo, Namo Namo, no, no, no, no, bow, bow, bow, you earned it. This human body you earned it, each hair on the body you earned it.

... Born blind, I am not kidding; I am telling you the truth. Everything you don't keep on your body, you have earned it already. You keep it or not, it's your problem. Tomorrow you take out one eye and throw it in the gutter, it is your problem. You have earned.

Oh folks, listen; you have got two lungs. I have seen people living with one lung, they are all right. You know doctor Jaswant, is it possible to live with one lung, right? But why you got two?

Student: (-------)

YB: You earned it. This whole machinery of the body and the being has been earned, it's paid for. You understand the economic term in this country, 'Paid For.'? It is paid for and leased to you for X number of years. For what you got it? Gurprasad. It has been leased to you as a gift for your previous earning of righteousness. That is why between the axis of X and axis of Y you started at point A. Somebody starts in ghetto, somebody start in a palace. It's all predetermined, according to that earning you are set within the privilege of the limit, with a general law of permission you can make it or you can blow it. You have been given a X amount of energy for X amount of period to experience within yourself. What, Nanak says? What? Jap. Always meditate. On what?

'Aad Sach, Jugad Sach, Hai Bhee Sach, Nanak Hosee Bhee Sach.'

'True is the Creator beyond time and the Infinity. True is the Creator through the time up to Infinity. True is the Creator now is the Infinity and Nanak ever up to the Infinity he shall be true.'

If you remember that, then you are not going to...

Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. they don't know that you have got a new Mink Coat.

A person like me who has never seen a Mink Coat that it is so (?), I remember in my life a lady came and she said, "I have lost my coat."

And one of my inspector said, (?), "Then what it matters? You are a rich American, it is a hundred dollar. Here you can get three coats four hundred rupee." In those days dollar was equal to four rupees, four and four dollar, four rupees fifty cents, something like that.

He said, "No, no, no." She was jumping, she was mad and...

(Students laugh)

With all her high heels, she was, we thought she is going to blow up.

So he came and called me, he said, "Sir, there is one lady, she is from America, she is very fussy and she is abusing everybody and something wrong, come on, help."

So I went and I said, "Well, oh lady, we'll search it out, whatever you say, first come in my room." Made her sit down, made her comfortable, brought a glass of water, I said, "Drink it."

(Students laugh)

"Now what tell me what is wrong with you?"

She said, "I have lost coat. It's all my life earning, it's my total life. My husband will blow me out, bah, bah, bah."

I said, "For a coat? What is wrong with you? I mean, just..."

(Student laugh)

She said, "You don't know. You don't understand. You are all crazy, it's a Mink Coat."

(Students laugh)

I said, "Then what Mink Coat," I never knew that it is fifteen thousand dollar worth of a coat and blah, blah, blah.

I said, "Well, look I can take you to Connaught Place and there is a big huge shop, you can take any coat; but don't, just calm down."

She said, "It is not available here, it's not, bah, bah, bah..."

(Student laugh)

I said, "But tell me what is it?"

She said, "It's a Mink Coat."

(Students laugh)

Now I couldn't understand what is Mink Coat?

I said, "But it keeps you warm. Well every coat, we have best coats. (?)."

She said, "No, no, no. Mink Coat is Mink Coat and no coat can be a Mink Coat."

Then I asked my secretary, I said, "Just find out what is a Mink."

(Students laugh)

We found out Mink is a little animal.

I said, "Oh, it must be some little animals get together and make a coat (?)."

(Students laugh)

She said, "That's it, it's a very precious thing, it's a Mink Coat."

But later on when she was laughing and we were searching, she started laughing. Oh these guys... And I was just acting. I knew there is no way out.

(Students laugh)

The only way is to make her smile once and she will be friendly. So when we found what is a Mink, get to the Mink, what Mink is, how they skin it, then I ask her the whole industry and she told me the whole story and I said, "But why your husband bought you this Mint Coat?"

She said, "Well, he was very happy, he had lot of money, he wanted no trouble. I told him two things; I need Mink Coat and I want to go to India."

(Students laugh)

"So, he sent me to India and he bought me Mink Coat and now I want my... I have seen India and I want my Mink Coat back."

I said, "But look, asking is never (?), you have one thing. You can't have both. So leave Mink Coat here and we will find it out and send it to you."

She said, "No, no, no. I am not going to go on the plane. No way, either I will go with the coat or I am going to sit here forever."

(Students laugh)

Then I understood what a trouble we are in.

(Students laugh)

Then I looked that in the trivia that is the registration receipt, precious things in the country which you have to take out; we have not mentioned even there is something Mink Coat worth so many thousand dollars and then I became little officer, I said, "Look, you can't bug us, because you didn't mention it here. We do not know whether you had it or not. You didn't declare it. So you calm down, we will try to find it for you. But don't waste our energy."

She said, "Everybody knows Mink Coat is a Mink coat and you should have known it, I was wearing it."

Her total consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. was bundled up in that Mink Coat.

(Students laugh)

And I could feel when you bundled up in your home; we are temporary people here. We have come here to go. She started telling me how great Mink Coat is. I think I asked her jokingly, I said, "All the people in Sahara should wear it, it is so great."

She said, "You don't understand. It is very hot; warm; you can't wear it in Sahara."

I said, "That's what I am telling you. There is certain place on this Earth which this Mink Coat is useless. We will find it for you, don't worry about it."

And you know where we found it?

(Students laugh)

In her own baggage.

No, no, she was thinking she was wearing and she just left it, it got stolen. Actually she packed it when she left her hotel. We opened her baggage and we have found the first thing in that suitcase was the Mink Coat.

So much consciously one can get rapped up that even the imagination looks like a reality. She was so sure that she left the hotel with a Mink Coat on. Only she came in that area and she took it out and it was hanging by the right side of her shoulder; she even knew that and somebody took it away, she knew that too. And we were shocked how come there are four people, two vigilant officer over there and Mink Coat which she says is about six feet long and this much has slipped away in the air; we have never seen that. Finally we decided, take her key, search her luggage and first big suitcase we opened on the top was sitting that great Mink Coat, totally covered up in a other thing; what you call that in which you put your coats? Turned into half and we brought it because it was softy, softy thing, we thought perhaps, this is what she is talking about, we brought her hanging like that...

(Students laugh)

We said, "What is this?'

She said, "My Mink Coat, you found it."

I said, "In your suitcase dummy."

(Students laugh)

On the right side of your shoulder it was hanging and somebody slipped. What is all that story?

She said, "You mean that is not true?"

I said, "No, that was not true."

"You mean to say, I packed up with my own luggage?"

I said, "Yes. You packed up in your own luggage."

And I was talking on lunch and we were talking about that thing and everybody was surprised and I said, "Wait a minute. We always have a soul within ourself. Only at the time of going we say, "Oh did I have a soul? Did I have a soul and really it was in my body?"

(Students laugh)

All this time. Where was it?

(Students laugh)

From where you found it YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. ? You founded the soul? I had it all the time.

(Students laugh)

I was searching for it. I thought somebody stole it.

(Students laugh)

So when I see somebody wearing a Mink Coat I only pray...

(Students laugh)

That let this person know, inside there is a little Mink; that is the soul given the light of God, hue, hue, hue, Hue-Mann Being, that hue, that light, that soul; so that you may not have to find out when you have to pass through the auraAura The radiant field of energy and consciousness that surrounds the physical body and which holds and organizes the seven centers of energy called chakras. The Age of Aquarius will relieve that exit of the soul, the hole, the black hole, through which the (?), the soul passes to the Infinity to be its own KarmaKarma The law of cause and effect applied to mental, moral, and physical actions. Ego attaches us to and identifies us with objects, feelings, and thoughts. These attachments create a bias toward certain lines of action. Instead of acting you begin reacting. Karmas are the conditions required in order to balance or complete these tendencies. Though necessary, karma is not dictatorial or fatalistic. It is the mechanism that allows the finite experience of existence to maintain and stabilize itself. We all have free will and can take actions to re-direct the momentum of a karma. We can transform it or neutralize it using meditation, jappa, good deeds, or intuition that remove your sense of ego and the identification with that past line of action. and at that time you have not to say; 'I had it, in my own luggage of body it was packed somewhere.' No, no. It is not packed there, it is there. The hue, the radiance, the vibration; even the dummiest scientist knows everything has a consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. That is why, you all vibrate and that is because there is a soul.

Every matter is a part of energy and every energy is a part of matter. Energy can be changed into matter and matter can be changed into energy. Therefore we are matter and energy. Matter is matter, energy is energy; but you are consciously conscious that you are a matter and energy and that's why you are a Hue-Mann-Being. This is one specie on this Earth, one specie on this Earth, human being which knows that it has a matter and energy. Problem is, it runs after the matter and waste all the energy and finds lot of matter and then has no energy. Gathers lot of matter, runs after the matter, collects it and the energy is gone. Then what you can do? Eat your dollar bills. They are crunchy.

(Students laugh)

Make a spool of dollar bills and put it in your mouth and crunch it, what else you can do. Do you understand? Fortunate are those who can go from first ChakraChakra , Chaakra The word connotes a wheel in action. It usually refers to the seven primary energy centers in the aura that align along the spine from its base to the top of the skull. Hue is a shell of light around you and that is the source of your happiness, your health and your joy. When we meditate on certain secret sounds of Infinity then we increase that vibration of that hue. When we increase the vibration of the hue, the mind becomes solid and firm and positive. Then being, the time becomes happy.

Well, we will explore it further. Now we will go into a meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. to see if we can do something to our hue.

Some of the people ask me lot of questions these days. "Yogiji, you give so many meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. which should I do?" And my answer is all.

(Students laugh)

Because there is a variety of people and variety of people needs variety of meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. , but if you practice all meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. I have given which I'll continue giving anyway; because the Yoga is a endless science. But some of them will suit to your number that will suit to your temperament, your Guna and your personality, your particular need at particular time. That is why, we want everybody to become a teacher of this science so that he can experience this science as a science. That's why we are sharing with you the maximum. It is not possible for me to become a great YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. by giving you a physical touch and rubbing on your shoulders and telling you how great you are and that may feel you good.

Because once I went to my dentist and he said, "I have a roaring business, but I am in trouble," and he thought I am a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. , I can advise him, I said, "What?"

He said, "Lot of people have no problem with their teeth. All they want to get their cheeks touched you know with me and they come and say 'doctor I have a pain,' and I touch, where, here, there, all I end up half an hour massaging their cheeks and there is no problem; I take their X-Ray, I do everything, all they need is a man touch," and he said, "I am a dentist, I am in my profession, I am a honest man; what should I do to these ladies? And they go back saying, 'well doctor today you didn't find this pain in myself, if it's going to come, happen tomorrow, can I come in an emergency?"

And this poor dentist knows all teeth fillings and everything is absolutely in order. The pain is somewhere else. You understand? But they are all human. They have lost their Hue and they are finding it on one excuse or the other. We call them as emotional tantrums in our modern science.

When you lay emotional tantrums of your personality, you are hiding the reality and you are putting forward a false demand and sometime you become so perfect in this game that even to your own self you represent the false demand. When the self catches the false demand self become confused and that is why, there are lot of confused people around. We figure out that science of humanologyHumanology A complete system of psychology to promote human excellence and spirit. It incorporates the technology of Kundalini Yoga and meditation, the use of the Shabd Guru, and the principles of spiritual counseling. , the second chapter of it, 'where I lost my happiness?' Today we discussed, 'where is the happiness,' right and we will gradually develop this day by day, day by day, day by day. Till we really start understanding all the day through the days where we are. Okay? Fine?

Students: Fine.

YB: All right what I said, repeat it.

Students: Fine.

YB: Fine.

(Students laugh)

Before I said something, say that. What was it?

Students: (---------)

YB: Did I say like that?

Student: (-----)

(Students laugh)

You know, you got to hear every word very precisely. Once you can hear, you can actually do. All right. This is the meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. .

Put your thumbs together exactly in this position, if they don't bend they will bend up to this somehow, but this is the form which can go up to this and this. Put your four fingers here and lock them up. Early Christian used to do it in caves. Do you know that? Even Christian do not do these days. Put the entire pressure on the tip of your thumb which you use sometime like a toe and all your hands should clasp totally and completely and you will find your nails becoming white. After you see that they are white close your eyes. But maintain that pressure and constantly meditate on that white nail.

Student: Should they tremble?

YB: If you are weak in nervous system they will tremble. Moment you see that white nail, then just keep it white and keep your eyes closed and see it through the closed eyes it is there. The eyes should be closed and that nail which you have seen in open eyes should be seen that way. Long deep breath.

As you are meditating you will reach a stage where hand will become still and calm and will support themself and body will start relaxing. These are very easy ways of reaching a state of total relaxation, it's a technology. Fold your hands totally as you make a fist of it and surprisingly you will see that when you do like that, hand will just be still there and then you can hold the hand in that form where you started and without your pressure they will be kept there. First for two three minutes it will be a area where you will find it difficult and then to your surprise you will be just locked into that position. When you feel you are locked into that position let the body relax and let you relax and it will give you a different state of consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , you will start floating.

It is a experience by any other meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. you may get in about twenty years of worth. Inhale deep, exhale, relax.

We are meeting Thursday again, Thursday we will start with this and we will have time to practice and then we will also keep on exploring our other facet and possibility of life. Now sit quietly and close your eyes and let us sing the holy name in this note. Sa Ta Na Ma...

Students sing: Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma...

(Students stop singing)

Inhale, exhale. Now one should speak and all should listen but once one finish the speak, the other should pickup the note. They call it link Jap. Like I will speak, moment I say Sa Ta Na Ma, I will stop, somebody should pick it up. And moment he stops somebody should pick that up and all will be tuned in at the same vibration. It is known as Mahan Jap. It means each one is multiplied with total number of people here plus two of the whole (?). It comes to couple million Japa in one way.

All right, now concentrate; it needs a very perfect concentration. My last word should be picked up by the next person. Sa Ta Na Ma.

Students: Sa Ta Na Ma...

YB: One at time. Now wait a minute, wait, we will start again. It has to be one at a time. You must experience and show the great discipline. All right, again; Sa Ta Na Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma.

If you sit and give your rosary millions and millions of round, at one time picking up one note and complete it in exactly equal to the effect. But we will do it now, we are out of time and I know Baba Singh is looking at me, something how long I am going to go, so we are. "May the Longtime Sunshine Upon You..."

(Students sing, "May the Longtime Sunshine upon you...Guide Your way on...")
