..."Wahe Guruji ka Khalsa, Waha Guruji ke Fateh"

There is a five thousand years of research to find it out why a man cannot be saint and why a saint cannot be a man? Why the evil cannot be cleaned and cleansed out and why the evil comes and takes over the man? This search is not taken today it is five thousand years written record and it has been searched out. People who searched out called rishis, people who controlled and came out with bluntly were called naaths. People who came out and gave the mastery and shared with the people were called swamisSwami Master. and people who taught the common man without any ritual and without any reason were called the GurusGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. . These are the stages, when you used to go to those kind of teachers which I have mentioned three types before you have to make a total commitment and you have to go through the initiation but at the time of GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. one thing changed, GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. gave a common house fold a life of spirituality and that is what grace is about. In Sikh religion you will find Gurudwaras called manjee sahib, manjee means charpoi, that means cot or a bed. So when in the villages or in the fields GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. goes and there is not a place to do anything they put a ordinary cot put some sheets on it and make him sit and he sits like a domestic person and talks to everybody a common man without any who is real and who is not real this spirituality the path. I do not know how long my health will permit me to speak today so I am going to the point cut short and straight.

There are three cleansing ways one is nethi, thoti, neylohee, that is the yogic way to clean your organs which serve you and then there are physical strength which you have to have and that is to perfect asanAsan , Asana Position, seat, yogic posture. and pranayamPraanayam , Pranayam , Pranayaam Regulated breathing patterns or exercises. and parthahar, parthahar means synchronize, pranayamPraanayam , Pranayam , Pranayaam Regulated breathing patterns or exercises. means expand and asanAsan , Asana Position, seat, yogic posture. means perfect your body, these are the six things. And the philosophy is in yamYam Yam/Niyams "do's and don'ts; the ethical precepts defined by Patanjali. and niyams. There are certain things you do, certain things you don't do and whether you do it or not that is okay. Now why we are not successful spiritual and why we are suffering that's the point in question. Well, like a beautiful house we collect dust, like a beautiful mind we collect dust, like a beautiful lamp of light we collect dust you see after five, six months your bulb needs to be cleaned, you may not do it, but if you say it is not collecting dust that is not true. Soul is dormant, it needs to be cleansed so it can shine. Mind is super active it needs to be held, it needs to be cleansed to act according to you, not according to it. Body is active it needs lot of rituals to renew it and you know all that. I have experimented in last six months, people in 3HO do not treehar have stiff muscles and have body pains and people who have taken regularly don't have that symptoms. Sometime I ginny pig myself for certain things to test it out. I have also seen people who do SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. kriyaKriya Literal meaning is "completed action." A Kundalini Yoga Kriya is a sequence of postures and yoga techniques used to produce a particular impact on the psyche, body, or self. The structure of each kriya has been designed to generate, organize, and deliver a particular state or change of state, thereby completing a cycle of effect. These effects have been codified and elaborated by Yogi Bhajan and form the basic tools used in yoga and its therapeutic applications. regularly are very intuitive. People who don't are not. I have seen also people who do meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. are very alert and can face problems better than those who don't. For physically cleansing and dusting out yourself is required and for that I have told you what you can do. For mental cleansing and you don't get constipated you don't blow it you have to do sadhanaSadhana , Saadhana A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. The Aquarian Sadhana can be an individual or group practice; Ideally, it includes the recitation of Japji Sahib, a Kundalini Yoga kriya, and chanting the Aquarian Sadhana meditations, immediately followed by Gurdwara. According to Yogi Bhajan, the potency of any Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice will be enhanced in a group setting. , that's a mental cleansing. And for spiritual cleansing you have to help somebody to be elevated sevaSeva Selfless Service. the heart of the Aashram experience is serving each other. , that is a spiritual food. Your spiritual spirit will die without it. So these are the three process in life where man has to regularly keep doing what man will have the bounty, the beauty, the bliss is a wonderful three gifts which come to such a man and these who don't do it proportionately suffer, that is simple. Now if we look at it why a common man who made God made him to come here and he suffers. There is some secret I want to tell you, we call it ice block. Your personality in subconscious get into a refrigerator where the ice cubes are formed of your neurosis and you run around again with them, they are very subtle, they are in us, they constantly haunt us. The haunting thought is so powerful you see people who do not serve others are very slow in spite of the intelligence. People who do not do sadhanaSadhana , Saadhana A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. The Aquarian Sadhana can be an individual or group practice; Ideally, it includes the recitation of Japji Sahib, a Kundalini Yoga kriya, and chanting the Aquarian Sadhana meditations, immediately followed by Gurdwara. According to Yogi Bhajan, the potency of any Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice will be enhanced in a group setting. are not very accommodating, people who do not take care of their physical way of cleansing are very avoiding, they are not very social. Or they are social but in a very negative way. In success in life not it is only the money you can succeed with, but you need other two things too. You need self-confidence and self esteem, those are two very definite ingredients which you need. Self esteem and self respect, self-respect will come to only those who relate to their spirit, their soul and self esteem will come to them whose mind is under their control through the shabadShabad , Shabd Sound, especially subtle sound or sound imbued with consciousness. It is a property or emanation of consciousness itself. If you meditate on shabad it awakens your awareness. of the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. and then comes your self projection. Self-projection will come to those who keep their physical very, very fit. You have watched this it is about now four, five, six months when I got sick in Los Angeles and the doctor told me that this sickness will go slowly by itself because poison is in the tonsils and there is nothing they can do. That was their diagnose in other words they told me that you have to cough and sneeze and be feverish and go through the hell of it. An ordinary man would have given the advise a chance, lie down on bed matter ends.

Where is Siri Singh SahibSiri Singh Sahib Honorary title given to Yogi Bhajan to indicate his role as spiritual leader of Sikh Dharma in the West. His complete title within Sikh Dharma is Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji. , indisposed, where is Yogiji? He is sick that is all. But it didn't work that way, work was done and was done regularly and done authentically because there is a developed mind who says you got to die, you had to do it and you die with your boots on. Now that attitude there is a man, there is a mission and there is a magnitude and to cover to that magnitude you have to have manners and attitude. But that attitude is there, I could have sent a message today I am not feeling well, I am recovering God is blessing me I wont' attend the Gurudwara, impossible. Something told me today, today is the only day you must go tomorrow you can rest. Not to give into the impossible, but defeat the impossible to make it possible is called Sikh.

I was writing today to the desert shield and I am going to send the message to the boys and the girls you are here for peace or fight whatever, but I am giving them five technology, technical methods that they will not get heat strokes, they will not have any kind of nightmare which is a disease of the desert. They will not have physical imbalance and laziness and I am explaining them these five things will do this, this, this. I am sending that letter to them open to whom it may concern who doesn't want to have a heat stroke, that's all. To whom it may concern who doesn't want to have desert nightmare, it's a known words psychology and you are in desert you get nightmares. To those who do not want to go out of breath because of hundred twenty Fahrenheit temperature, there is a way to do it. I am sending them not that I want to be recognized, not that they have to do it but at least they know somebody at home cares. I am sharing with them my technical knowledge, it is a sevaSeva Selfless Service. the heart of the Aashram experience is serving each other. , when you serve another person. Problem is when you serve somebody you rather take bad karmaKarma The law of cause and effect applied to mental, moral, and physical actions. Ego attaches us to and identifies us with objects, feelings, and thoughts. These attachments create a bias toward certain lines of action. Instead of acting you begin reacting. Karmas are the conditions required in order to balance or complete these tendencies. Though necessary, karma is not dictatorial or fatalistic. It is the mechanism that allows the finite experience of existence to maintain and stabilize itself. We all have free will and can take actions to re-direct the momentum of a karma. We can transform it or neutralize it using meditation, jappa, good deeds, or intuition that remove your sense of ego and the identification with that past line of action. because when you serve somebody or you love somebody you expect something equally at least if it is not more. Even if you want somebody to thank you.

What a ridiculous thing is this that person you are serving is already mentally off, already spiritually negative, physically terrible and you expect a thank you from that person, aren't you sick? Aren't you more sick than that person?

In spirituality we are most mislead by our spirit ego, we do not understand the greatest honor somebody give you is to tell you to work on them and the greater honor that person will give you when that person will be perfect tomorrow then they remember. I go now I was that day at king's Bruce party, the guy came in, "Yogiji".

I said, "I love you."

"Do you recognize me?"

I said, "I have seen your face definitely long time ago."

He said, "1972 you saved me from death, you met me in Boulder, Colorado and you asked my wife who was with a child very desperate where I am."

She said, "In the bus dying."

"And you said he is not dying and you came and you told that gave him a garlic and onion and this I drank and I was fine. Seventy-two, it is 1990."

Hey SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. Because when time hits you and then you know then you are just going to fight it, but when time before time the intuition hits you and tell you what you are going to fight for you can avoid it, or at least you can be pre-prepared, that comes through sadhanaSadhana , Saadhana A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. Many, many times I have told you I am not in a boutique business I want you to wear clothes and buy chunees from me that is not my problem. I have found out that five hundred years ago a thought started that this insult, human insult has to be fought out. GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. started fighting it in a very humble way. The father of the khalsa nation fought it face to face, but to fight it face to face he needed men of integrity, men of valor, men of strength, men of decisiveness, men who can act, who can be intuitive that one can fight one hundred and twenty-five thousands and still can win. That was the possibility of winning war. So he gave them certain method, he gave them banaBana , Baana One's outward projection, often refers to a specified clothing that projects a consciousness. , baniBani Literally "Word", Refers to the Word of God contained in the Sikh Sacred Writings; Banis refers to Sikh daily prayers. , sevaSeva Selfless Service. the heart of the Aashram experience is serving each other. and SimranSimran A deep meditative process in which the naam of the Infinite is remembered and dwelled in without conscious effort. . It worked then, it is no different today. Man who cannot socially stand out I am I am, cannot stand the life within himself also. To show to the world that your commitment is unshakable is also indirectly you are showing to your own world that your commitment is unshakable. Unfortunately it's a very thankless job to be a teacher. You can be preacher all right, but preacher has to tell philosophically the truth, with stories, but teacher has to take the chisel and take the hammer and take the stone and tight it up. Mostly the stones crack up when you tighten them, mostly and next step come when you chisel a point where there is always a line what they call it not a fault, when you find gold what you call that...vain. When you want to give a different shape then that of the vain majority times stones will crack up, a student will run away. Third stage comes when student wants to be personal and you become impersonal. Student will run away. Fourth step comes when student says that he doesn't care his ego comes through Shaktipad and you start compromising, you have doomed the student and yourself both. Because teacher has to take an oath, I am not a woman I am not a man, I am not a person, I am not myself I am a teacher. This is the only oath, which a teacher takes with a soul, mind and self and lives by it. Preacher they are wonderful they are elevating, God has sent them and should send them all along, they are elevating, they are comforting they are cozy, they are wonderful. They are fantastic and they are the real men of God, teacher is not. Teacher is a God's garbage cleaner and they are so habitual if they find God they will start cleaning him too. That is how they are. It is those teachers who face God on to God like Nanak the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. and said,

"Aythee ghar maar bhaiBhai Brother. (n) Gur Naanak taikee tarakan hai"

Oh God of mercy there is so much mercilessness going and you don't feel ashamed to do something? That's the cry of a teacher. That is the cry of a teacher.

"Palay buray hamtaaray, prabhjeet, palay buray hamtaaray"

Bad and good we belong to you God, bad and good we belong to you, yeah in other words in simple English hell with the whole thing, whatever we are take care everything, that is all it is simple. I mean said in a very flowery language doesn't make meaning is the same.

"Prabhjo toko laaj hamree"

Oh God my grace belongs to you not to me, see what an escape it is. These are those people who have direct friendship, who could communicate face to face between them and God, because you must understand one who can clean a house can enter in every room. Those who can decorate can only enter a spot where decoration is required. Don't you see the difference? A preacher is a decorator, he shines you, but he doesn't build you. You have to build yourself, but with a teacher he doesn't shine you, he builds you and makes you to shine yourself and that tragedy is the fifth tragedy a student cannot take it. Because law of spiritual progress nobody can change. Law says obey, serve, love and excel. Sa Ta Na Ma five tattvasTattvas A category of cosmic existence; a stage of reality or being; a "thatness" of differentiated qualities. In total there are 36 tattvas. Each wave of differentiation has its own rules and structure. The final five tattvas are called the gross elements and have the phasic qualities and relationships of ether, air, fire, water, and earth. are served. First is obey and GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. says,

"Mane kee get kahee naa(n) jaa-e,

Je ko kahai pichai pachutaa-e"

Nobody can estimate or say or explain the greatness of the one who knows the law of obedience. I was in one place helping a spiritual teacher or a preacher whatever his luck was, the body of student was in revolt, he was my friend he asked me to come and whatever decision I give he will obey and the student shall obey. Somehow the most controversial man like me he chose, but the student knew I was very blunt, he knew I am very straightforward. We satSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. down among of the body of the student, they told me, they brought document, they brought bundle of list irregularities, misappropriation, misconduct, inhuman, call it anything. I took note of everything I asked them one question, I said now be truthful with me.

"Are you in business with this swamiji?"

They said, "No."

"Are you in love with this swamji?"

They said, "Yes."

"For that?"

"Because he is our teacher."

I said, "Fine, you are not in business you are in love, that is true?"

They said, "Yes."

"You selected this idiot and he selected you as idiots, is that true? Or did you ask or consult somebody outside firm to investigate this man for you or an attorney and all that stuff?"

They said, "No, we selected."

I said, "Why?"

"There was a touch of a soul."

I said, "Fine. It is understood."

I said, "He lives among you, he lives with you, he lives off you, he lives under you and you knew all this and you have been silent all along?"

They said, "Yeah."

I said, "Why?"

"Because he was telling us to improve."

"And say you didn't improve."

"We couldn't."

I said, "You failed and he failed, both of you failed."

He said, "That's the situation. We can't take it anymore."

I said, "Why you took it from the beginning? Not anymore, what do you mean by not anymore."

I said, "Now this is a pile of things they are all correct?"

They said, "Yes."

I said, "I ask you one thing, whatever you did, why you did it?"

They said, "We want to serve our teacher."

I said, "Then don't blow it."

I said, "You want to know the real truth?"

They said, "Yeah."

I said, "Swamiji why all this happened?"

Swamji said, "I am very glad Yogiji it happened."

I said, "How come?"

He said, "Now they are awake, things are happening wrong? They can blame me that is fine, if they don't blame me I am going to blame ultimately anyway, because their failure is my failure."

They looked around they took those papers and they said, "Yogiji where we can see you in two weeks?"

I said, "I'll be in Boston."

Fine, they came to Boston.

I said, "Mr. Representative what do you think?"

They said, "We took care of everything. Swamiji is very happy."

I said, "How come you don't take care of it from the day one?"

And you know what they said, they said, "we wanted the easy way."

And one person really cried so heavily, he said, "All my life I have habit to blame somebody and do wrong myself."

And GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. says my dear friends,

"Aapni arthi apna apeykayee savariey"

With your own hands take care of your job perfectly and absolutely and cleanly. Why with all the wisdom God gave us and we are born in the spirit of God in the light of God, in the image of God. There are so many churches, temples, Gurudwaras and all that and there are so many tons and tons of books on knowledge and teachers and swamisSwami Master. and yogisYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. and everything why we are suffering still? Because if you take one word of the true GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. in your heart and that one line you understand.

"GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. merey sangh sada harnaley, swahswaas titutesey samaaley"

Fourteen hundred thirty pages are there in Siri GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. I am not asking you to read all the lines I am asking you to read one line only, just act on it. If anybody of you is not prosperous come and ask me.

A simple affirmation, I was talking to one of my daughter yesterday I said, "My dear girl every father has a desire that his daughter get married and go home, don't feel attached here. Every spiritual teacher tells the soul my dear divine daughter one day you have to go home."

(?)

Oh my soul one day you have to go to your husband's home why not through reciting naamNaam , Nam The manifested identity of the essence. The word derives from Naa-ay-ma , which means "that which is not, now is born." A Naam gives identity, form, and expression to that which was only essence or subtle before. It is not with me anymore. So the idea in which you want to be happy is according to you to be rich and powerful and can do everything. Well, I met a man he has been sneezing from last six years, he wants to know how to get rid of it.

I said, "Let us exchange, I want to get rid of my cough, I'll let you get rid of your sneeze."

He said, "Well, for God sake you are a yogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. you can take care of yourself one way or the other, I have tried every doctor in the world I want to know how to stop sneezing."

I said, "Medically you want to know why you are sneezing?"

He said, "Yes."

I said, "The use of your energy is far way more than you create it, you are sneezing. When the hiccup comes at that time you when you are tired you don't rest yourself and you over exert yourself and all that plot ultimately give you hiccups. When a child has to grow he grows not with the power of food, but the power of hiccups. Every child you will see have regular hiccups after eating the food and you say he is digesting. No, he is expanding, the child is expanding. Hiccup is a body language to distribute the energy as after a class we say shake up your body. By hiccup the child can flex the spine that is what hiccup is about and when you sneeze. It's a kind of a release because you are too much clogged up in your subconscious."

I told him I said, "Forty day do SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. I am very glad to let you know today, in fifteen days he has overcome because the garbage of the mind got cleansed. Sometime your body symptoms, your attitude and your manner does represent the handicap of the soul. But if you can keep your soul alive and feed it and nurture it by serving others and forgetting yourself that is the principle. I serve thee in the name of my lord and I ask the privilege to serve thee, that is the mantraMantra Sounds or words that tune or control the mind. Man means mind. Tra-ng is the wave or movement of the mind. Mantra is a wave, a repetition of sound and rhythm that directs or controls the mind. When you recite a mantra you have impact through the meridian points in the mouth, through its meaning, through its pattern of energy, through its rhythm, and through its naad - energetic shape in time. Recited correctly a mantra will activate areas of the nervous system and brain and allow you to shift your state and the perceptual vision or energetic ability associated with it. of the sevaSeva Selfless Service. the heart of the Aashram experience is serving each other. . Guru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. , that's our tradition. What I am saying today to you that any person who shall not develop the physical, mental, spiritual capacity to serve flawlessly and serve through the greatest storm of the insult and whatever you want to call that and who cannot still walk through the personal tragedies shall not find himself very fit. That is another tragedy majority of the Mukiya Singh Sahibs are on the other side of the town. Because just remember you as a human is a practical joke but it's a real lesson you must learn a person does everything to get a status and to be recognized in that status, but when you get a status and you want to be recognized as status and you are not worthy of the status you shall fall. Every rise must have a fall, therefore every person should do sadhanaSadhana , Saadhana A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. The Aquarian Sadhana can be an individual or group practice; Ideally, it includes the recitation of Japji Sahib, a Kundalini Yoga kriya, and chanting the Aquarian Sadhana meditations, immediately followed by Gurdwara. According to Yogi Bhajan, the potency of any Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice will be enhanced in a group setting. have a clarity to keep the status go. Happiness lies in keeping the status quo, you cannot swing on the swings of the mood, you will be considered the most rude person in the society. But with a spiritual status you have to be in control of the mood, mood not has to be control of you. You have been in control of temptation, temptation should not be in control of you. You should be control of the environments, environment should not be in control of you. And you must have a grit beyond human, because one who comes to you and seek help is God also. That Sikh dirty old nasty person who comes to ask your counseling or advise or look to you in anger in abuse or in grace or in sweetness. Once he has come to you just the truth is the God has come to you and serve that person not as a human but as a God, otherwise you will never be fit even to understand what Siri Singh means, what Singh means? If you do not have the eye to see God in another person and serve him as God you are blind. You don't hear His compliant or complex as God is speaking to you, you are deaf and you don't speak to him as you speak to Almighty God. You are dumb. If you want to save as GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. The bride be decorated herself with divine knowledge, but if her spouse love then alone become sheer happy wife. He has no form, no features, the lord can be contemplated at the last moment I have no understanding intellect and cleverness. Mercifully attach me to thine feet oh lord. The bride who has clanged to mammon and he is straight by superstition though very wise is not pleasing to her groom. If she faces her ego then merges she in her spouse and then alone can the bride obtain the nine treasures of her beloved. Separating from these since many births I have terribly suffered, now hold though my hand oh my sovereign beloved lord there is Nanak the spouse is and show also be whomsoever the beloved loves her alone enjoys he. Separating from these since many births I have terribly suffered, now hold though my hand oh my hand oh my sovereign beloved love says Nanak this pass is and show off so be whomsoever the beloved loves her alone enjoys He.
