YB: What is that, oh good. We'll make the tea.

I am grateful I am not perfect. It's very funny. I am enjoying these days to make signs. If I say big thing, I say; if I say small this, I understand those who cannot hear, they talk like this. This mean, 'I love you,' this mean, 'Let's go and eat.'

(Students laugh)

I made up my whole language code. Isn't funny?

Somebody once said to somebody, 'I want to find God.' A person went to a sage and said, "I want to find God."

The sage said, "God is in you."

He said, "Where?"

He said, "In your navel pointNavel Point The sensitive area of the body near the umbilicus that accumulates and stores life force. It is the reserve energy from this area that initiates the flow of the Kundalini energy from the base of the spine. If the navel area is strong, your vital force and health are also strong. ."

This was five thousand year ago. That was man name was RishiRishi Enlightened being; Yogi. Daman. He worked on it. Brought us the whole science.

Why there is a God or KundaliniKundalini Comes from the word "kundal"; coiled energy; the creative potential of an individual. at the navel pointNavel Point The sensitive area of the body near the umbilicus that accumulates and stores life force. It is the reserve energy from this area that initiates the flow of the Kundalini energy from the base of the spine. If the navel area is strong, your vital force and health are also strong. and it is dormant? Actually, you maybe all religious one way or the other, your soul is dormant. You only feel there is no soul when you are dead. You only feel that your third ChakraChakra , Chaakra The word connotes a wheel in action. It usually refers to the seven primary energy centers in the aura that align along the spine from its base to the top of the skull. Each chakra is a center of consciousness with a set of values, concerns, and powers of action associated with it. is not working because you do not get simultaneous experience of life. Do you understand what I am trying to say? You understand life. If I say you don't, you are going to fight with me, "Oh, why not? Hmm, we know," hmm?

Everybody is intelligent stupid. They know life but they don't have experience of life. We get experience of life after discussing it and knowing it and thinking about it and ga-ga-ga-ga-ga; it doesn't work that way. It has to be now. My experience of life is now. Under a longitude and latitude measured by time; now. My frequency of magnetic psyche as it is interrelated with your magnetic psyche must give me the dividend now. It is in that now third ChakraChakra , Chaakra The word connotes a wheel in action. It usually refers to the seven primary energy centers in the aura that align along the spine from its base to the top of the skull. Each chakra is a center of consciousness with a set of values, concerns, and powers of action associated with it. is something.

You go to lunch; you eat lunch. Your hunger is gone but you have not digested it. After three hours you digest your lunch. It may pass through colon without giving you any nourishment. It may not come out next day or may come next day. As you are not aware you only ate because you felt hungry, you only ate because you wanted to eat, you ate because it is a habit with you.

Whether that food nourish you or not, you don't know. Whether life is nurturing you or not, you don't know. Nobody knows it. With other ChakraChakra , Chaakra The word connotes a wheel in action. It usually refers to the seven primary energy centers in the aura that align along the spine from its base to the top of the skull. Each chakra is a center of consciousness with a set of values, concerns, and powers of action associated with it. projection and rejection, inflection and inter-self, interwoven and outward, that can be measured. But with third center, it is now, spontaneous, without time, space, self. When third ChakraChakra , Chaakra The word connotes a wheel in action. It usually refers to the seven primary energy centers in the aura that align along the spine from its base to the top of the skull. Each chakra is a center of consciousness with a set of values, concerns, and powers of action associated with it. is active, what they call that thing, sixth sense. You know sometime you say, "I know but I can't explain, I know." That is the power of the third center, third ChakraChakra , Chaakra The word connotes a wheel in action. It usually refers to the seven primary energy centers in the aura that align along the spine from its base to the top of the skull. Each chakra is a center of consciousness with a set of values, concerns, and powers of action associated with it. . You know but you can't explain why you know. You say, "Well, it's my gut feeling." Where is the gut feeling?

A person can live once life but may never experience life if the third center is dormant; period. It can be activated by accident, it can be activated by incident, it can be activated by a methodological, scientific way. It can... Entire purpose of science of yoga is to activate this dormant power in the third center. Some people say it's imaginary, some people say it's in psyche, some people... Absolutely rotten. It is totally physical. It's the center nerve between the brain and the neurons and it is one pattern like a master key, they call it master pattern. Once this is aroused, master pattern is set, you have absolutely no insecurity.

I am not saying good things will happen; no. I am not saying bad things will happen; no. You shall have answer to every bad and good. Not to have a answer when good things happens is more stupid than not because when bad thing happens to you, your total psyche comes to zero. When good things happen to you, your total psyche comes to hundred. You are more foolish when you are in good affairs than you are in bad luck. Good luck means you are less sensitive. Bad luck means you are totally sensitive. You are forced to concentrate because when there is a bad luck, tragedy, whatever you want to call it, you like to come above it. You may not come above it, that's a different story. But you want to. When things are smooth, everything is happy, you don't care. Then manyana, tomorrow. But once you start experiencing life in third center, ChakraChakra , Chaakra The word connotes a wheel in action. It usually refers to the seven primary energy centers in the aura that align along the spine from its base to the top of the skull. Each chakra is a center of consciousness with a set of values, concerns, and powers of action associated with it. , there is no yesterday, there is no tomorrow. It is now. Today. That's why I am emphasizing on this.

Everybody breathes, everybody lives, everybody has wisdom, everybody has their own angle of life. Everybody has everything but nobody has experience of oneself simultaneously. We imagine things, we think things, we draw conclusions, we investigate things, we dialogue things but there is no such thing in us to know things spontaneously. Because that power is there but it is not kindled, it is not aroused. That's why, we are moody, we are trendy; what else? Everything; whatever you want to know. It's not a religious question. It's a scientific thing. If somebody touches the body, you can feel the touch but you also can feel it is hot or it is cold. That you can feel simultaneously, spontaneously. How is the weather? You can feel it. Whether you like to feel it or not, but you know. Similarly about life, this is what it is. Then why people don't work on it? That's the question.

We are not concerned about life. We take it for granted so long we breathe, we live, we grow, there is nothing we have to do about it, it's automatic. But the missing part of the automatic is, do we experience life simultaneously? No. So we make opinion, 'Oh leave it, this person is obnoxious,' 'Oh, this person is sweet,' 'Oh, this person is a baby.' 'Oh this person is wise.' This, we have graphs, you know, trademarks. We do not know whether this person is enjoying life or not.

One's own identity is not precious to anybody. 'Meet this man, doctor;' 'Meet this woman, beautiful.' 'This is actress;' 'This is director;' 'This is engineer.' 'This is holy man,' 'This is religious man,' 'This is a saint.' There is some adjective to it.

'Meet this man, this is he,' 'Meet this lady, this is she.' No, there is no such introduction. Because we have never experienced simultaneously our status as man or a woman. Therefore we cannot experience God. My apologies. To me religion is a waste of time to keep us busy. I don't guarantee more than this. Something to do. Feels good. Something is better than nothing. But if you want to know, do you experience your reality now? No. None of you. I know that. There are how many million people, seven million people in Los Angeles? I meet everybody. I behave with them exactly as they behave with me. But you ask my private opinion, that's different than what I say. My private opinion is, 'God, you are the biggest something,' that's my private opinion. Mostly I talk to God in very desperation. That's the punishment I can't even speak. Perhaps He wants me to shut up, He doesn't tolerate. He wants the nonsense in the world to keep going. That's up to Him, this is not my universe. It is His scandal.

I am grateful I was very young I learned to be loyal for one thing. I learned to be loyal as a good student and I was desperate to learn and I was lucky I got good teacher, that's all. It's a matter of chance. If I would have got some swamiSwami Master. , some nonsense, I would have been mess like this, too. Hmhu.

First of all, I am so questioning that everybody can bore out with me. But I think I was lucky. I am happy the way I am. I have no complaints. You know, it may look like boring, I don't have to go and meet God. I see, see in all of you. You are all multifacets of God.

Life is a comparative study. Some people are sober, some are neurotic, some are unhappy, some are happy. Some are pretty, some are lovely, some makes them ugly, some make them pretty. Yeah, goes on. But you have to have a sense to see it. That's why, you will not be upset. It is happening. You can close your eyes, you can put your head in the side but it is still happening. You see it or not feel it, it's still happening. You think somebody is not divine? No, it's not true. You think somebody is not divine. It's a comparative term. Because everybody is divine. We can't accept it, it's our nuisance.

'I love you.' Who am I to love anybody? 'I hate you.' Who am I to hate anybody? I am just nothing but a frequency.

So now for thirty one minutes today we should work hard. If it doesn't happen, we'll do it again.

(Students laugh)

But something will happen.

Remember, you have to speak with the tip of tongue, you have to pull the navel. You have to pressurize with hands, yesterday we did it. Right.

(The tape 'Humee Hum Brahm Hum...' is played)

Side B

(The tape stops).

Inhale deep, deep. Now pull your navel, press your tip of the tongue and totally put all the force in your hands. Experience it. Energy will spread automatically if these three things are right. Exhale.

Inhale again, hold it, press your hand as much force you have got, pull your navel pointNavel Point The sensitive area of the body near the umbilicus that accumulates and stores life force. It is the reserve energy from this area that initiates the flow of the Kundalini energy from the base of the spine. If the navel area is strong, your vital force and health are also strong. in and press your tongue. Let rest of the body take care of itself. Exhale.

This is last time, inhale deep. Deep, deep, deep, deep, deep; deep, hold it tight. Do the same thing. This time pull harder at the navel. Relax.

I will suggest that you should do this exercise, I'll suggest not more than eleven minutes a day. And once a while, there is no time limitation. Any time just to keep the third center alive. If you have not done so far, you are living, so nothing is going to be so different but little bit everyday, you will find changes in you beyond you. Like, when you are very tense, very tense, you want to tear up your body, do it for eleven minutes. Entire tension will go off. When you are extremely depressed, you just want to shoot, do it at that time. The disappearance of that depression will be so vital no B-12 injection can do it. It is extremely amazing that in extreme situations of human mood and behavior you can rely on it. You take exactly eleven minutes and three time holding the full breath, pressing the tip of the tongue, pulling the navel in and pressurizing your total meridian points of hands, seventy two nerves with absolutely together. It's amazing thing. It's a amazing therapy.

I'll not suggest you to do it more than eleven minutes. I also will not suggest to go crazy about it that I am going to awaken KundaliniKundalini Comes from the word "kundal"; coiled energy; the creative potential of an individual. right today, there is no such thing. So go slowly, gradually, like good people and cover the journey.

YB: Eyes on the tip of the... That is where you tighten the mind, there is no other way to hold the mind together. Mind goes all over. Moment the optical nerve sits on the tip of the nose... Tip of the nose is the center of IdaIda One of the three major channels (nadis) for subtle energy in the body. It is associated with the flow of breath through the left nostril, follows down the left side of the spine, and represents the qualities of the moon - calmness, receptivity, coolness, and imagination. It is associated with the functions of the parasympathetic nervous system but is not identical to it nor derived from it. Also see Pingala and Shushmana and PingalaPingala One of the three major channels (nadis) for subtle energy in the body. It is associated with the flow of breath through the right nostril, follows down the right side of the spine, and represents the qualities of the sun - energy, heat, action, and projective power. It is associated with the functions of the sympathetic nervous system but is not identical to it or derived from it. See also Ida and Shushmana. , mind you. The Sushmana is locked with the optical nerve.

I am not talking you what is in the books. I am telling you practically how I did it. And I don't think I am a superhuman. I think what works for me, I learned the hard way, I did it, I learned it and if you do it, you can almost have the same experience.

YB: This MantraMantra Sounds or words that tune or control the mind. Man means mind. Tra-ng is the wave or movement of the mind. Mantra is a wave, a repetition of sound and rhythm that directs or controls the mind. When you recite a mantra you have impact through the meridian points in the mouth, through its meaning, through its pattern of energy, through its rhythm, and through its naad - energetic shape in time. Recited correctly a mantra will activate areas of the nervous system and brain and allow you to shift your state and the perceptual vision or energetic ability associated with it. is in very good beats.

Student: (-----)

YB: No, it is Humee Hum, Humee Hum Brahm Hum.

Student: (-----)

YB: Four times. Humee Hum, Humee. Humee Hum Brahm Hum. What you are saying in this is, 'I am I am, I am God.' Very difficult to say it in English. Because somebody is thinking you are egomaniac, you are crazy, you know, you are declaring yourself God. But, this MantraMantra Sounds or words that tune or control the mind. Man means mind. The literary meaning of this is, 'Humee Hum – we are we.' Humee Hum – we are we. Brahm Hum. God are we. These are the literary translation of it. It's a self-affirmation.

YB: Hmm? No, no, Mool Bandh will be too much. No, no, no, you are American. There is no Mool Bandh. Mool Bandh will put you, over, over this, over the, no, no, Mool Bandh, no, no. One day you may do it with Mool Bandh. One day when practice is perfect. Then you know, what do you mean by power. What do you mean by power is, when Mool Bandh you can put together and hold it and then you do it, oh God, it's, it's... Huh, it's something.

Yeah?

Student: (-----)

YB: No, just, normally we do it for fifteen seconds, normally. We finish it with a minute. What I am asking you to not go crazy for it. But there is nothing which... Oh, I am not speaking right? Okay.

(Students laugh)

Now I am all right? Okay, thank you.

(Students laugh)

There is nothing that you have to worry about when you do it right. You know when I feel the, my speaking is limited, I got the message. But I also know I am going to get out all the knowledge out of me, doesn't matter how I do it.

You know, what is going on here is, it's a relationship of love, it's not something you are bound down to come, I am bound down to teach, but it's a some bond. And we have to honor it. So please understand slowly and gradually, you should work it out.

Now, let us pray for peace for few minutes.

Imagine yourself with the people in the desert storm and with the Iraq, wherever, the whole area with Israel with Jordan, just think of that area. Be there mentally and we'll do the prayer, for all those people not for yourself. All right?
