I do not know if all of you understand English, how many of you do not understand English? Okay, they all know then.

From the very first conception of the man there has been a fight between the health and the disease. In our own body we have a health bacteria and anti-health bacterias. We have a system to preserve our body and recuperate our body and along with the time as the humanity progressed there was very different systems of health. One is called the ayurvedic system, then comes the naturopathy system, then comes the Greek system, then comes the homeopathy, then comes the allopathy, included surgery.

So somehow these five-six systems exist today in their complete form. Every system has advantage and disadvantage. As ayurvedic system is very sharp and cute but there is no system to take the diagnose and call it authentic in the sense that as in the allopathy we can take the x-rays and other so many tests to come to a conclusion. Homeopathy has a problem because the person who is concerned in the disease is not in a position to tell the symptoms right and symptoms investigation sometime cause lot of problems.

Then comes the system of healing, healing. Everybody I know wants to become a healer, but actually those who wants to become a healer never end up becoming healer and it is a first step to be a failure as a healer. Healers are those fakes between a spiritual demagogue and egomaniac if you put the wording of spirituality over it as a cover, that's all it is about. To become a real healer is a long road and a very heavy development of the self required. Healing is a process, not a gimmick.

I have seen people who are natural healers, they study almost every system and they have a very sensitive consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. . There is a lot of divine power in them. Actually a healer has not only to have knowledge, he has to have his own psyche to put and substitute the psyche, the falter of the psyche on the correct path of the person who is going through the problem. So to be a healer you have to not only become spiritually very powerful, you have to become very giving and you have to become a very authentic human being, deeply sensitive.

The depth of your sensitivity can unite you with a person in pain and you will be in a position to understand the pain of the person and you will be in a position to share through your life energy to bring comfort or health to that person. Actually, spiritual healer is not a miracle, it is just a divine person who give his part of life to give comfort to somebody.

Next to that is people who can do massage. Some people love it because of sensuality, it will give you a fulfillment and body to body to sensitivity, but also there are masseuse who are healers, they can feel body as x-ray can take a picture and they can totally work it out without any problem. Basically some healers have intuition by just seeing the person they can understand where is wrong. But all it boils down to basic naturopathy, because a person who will come to a healer or to a naturopath or to a chiropractic or to that kind of person is a person who has not been helped by a ordinary allopathy. Some diseases persist doesn't matter what, and system in your body sometime side with the disease than with the health.

Actually body wants to survive and sometime body with disease can survive longer than their health, because the care which body takes with a disease or a chronic disease it does not get that care when it is healthy. When you are healthy you eat like a pig, sleep like a pig, do everything upside down, you don't care but a person who has a blood pressure and who gets one heart attack, watch him, on time food, food by measurement, walk, talk, movement, everything is so qualified, if that, if that idiot would have done it before he would not have got that to begin with.

'Kam Kaya Ko Galey.'

What you can eat and digest first eighteen years and what you can eat between eighteen and thirty-six and what you can eat from thirty-six to fifty-four and so on and onward is totally different.

But what normally you see people eating who come to you for treatment, they have a problem, problem in life is to two way, there are only two problems in life, they are called dawn-dusk problem. How to get up at time of dawn and how to pass your dusk are human problem, they are the base of every disease, because if your body is not prepared for the dawn, it will freak out sooner or later. Suppose your car is standing outside somewhere and you just put the key, start it, put it in gear and go, you don't warm it up. In couple months your car will give up, which is steel, which is metal; what about your body?

Not getting up in the morning properly from the bed, not stretching yourself, not taking the turns, not opening your eyes properly, not stretching your body properly, not bringing your magnetic field and your psyche into gear to pick it up yourself properly is as bad as you can imagine. And passing the evening in a bar, drinking liquor and forgetting about life because evenings are very lonely, that's a great problem. After 4 p.m. to be you is a real problem. And at 4 a.m. to be you is equally a problem. Your life can adjust itself between eight to four and any person who keeps his life between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. cannot be fulfilled, cannot be successful, so it is a catch twenty-two. You see all successful people-overworked, late night, early morning, running here, running there, body is under a push and pull that you can't imagine what for this man is doing. How that can happen? How this can happen? Is that possible? This body is most wonderful instrument. It can competently do certain things.

I remember, I was very young those days; some people axed me, you know, put axe on my head, it went very deep, it couldn't be pulled out, but I was mentally conscious. I took my head and axe together and went to hospital and when they pulled that axe and stitched the whole thing, did the whole thing, one thing they were very astonished to see, I didn't bleed, because to my mind it came axe has gone, if I bleed I will die. So my mental capacity stopped all possibilities of bleeding, which is impossible and it was amazing that in four-five days from thereafter I was walking like a normal person, nobody could understand with all that what I went through, because the mental capacity was that I had to play the football match. So the problem was to heal and I healed that I couldn't even believe myself.

So mental capacity sometime when comes in unison and it comes with you, it is extremely powerful. We do not meditate because we want to waste time, we meditate to bring our mind and us together. We do not do sadhanaSadhana , Saadhana A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. In twelve months we require a feast and fast together and if you really want to live healthy and long, then you have to go through this what we call is forty-day fast. I think in catholic religion there is a some fast, Jewish religion there is a fast, in Muslim there is a some fast, but what we suggest that a person should start with watermelon so he can get rid of his kidney deposit, gallbladder this, all, all that, we call it clogged up system, digestive system. We want him to go three days on pure watermelon. Provided he is a normal healthy person. Then after that we want the colon and the heart and the arteries and blood propitiatory portions to come through, then we expect him to go on a melon three days. Then we want if there is any poison and the toxin in the body that to clean out. We expect him to go three days on papaya, papaya.

And then after that we want him to go lemon, water and honey for three days. Then we want him to go on lemon and water only for three days, then we want him to go three days only on water. After one does this one should come back the same way; three days water, it means six days continuous water in between that's all. But three days you are on water, three days you come on water you know (?) thing and then you have lemon and water, then you have honey and lemon and water and that way, count how many days it is total.

A person will go on mung bean and rice. First three days pure mung bean and rice and then mung bean and rice and include vegetables in it. People who have done it has found it very fascinating, very cleansing and very healthy. We have put her on a paratha which is made from the ginger, bread ginger paratha and now with the God's grace she never has a headache. So because we know ginger affects the nervous system. That's why the medical science and all the tests and scans we did with her couldn't find out what is actually wrong with her. Actually pain and disease in the body is dis-ease in the energy and pain is the signal, a call where body wants help. And then the feet, we have seventy-two thousand nerve ending in the feet.

There must be first a crystal in the foot to stop the individual blood supply of the organ, it goes the same way, the organ when will not get its proper blood supply to be healthy a crystal will happen in the foot. If you break the crystal, the supply will be restored. If you don't break the crystal the organ will start getting weaker and weaker such like kidneys, suck like pancreas, suck like thyroid, such like all these organs and the best thing we have seen is when you get up in the morning you get up through the cat process they call it, stretch cat left, stretch cat right (?) do that, there is a whole system of getting up and then you go for a cold shower and then you do hydrotherapy. That mean under the cold shower, before going under the cold shower you massage your body with almond oil or something like that and warm it up, go under a cold shower and massage your body so hard that your body can fight out the cold. When you don't feel cold under the cold shower it means your all capillaries has cleared out of all the stoppage possible. Millions of capillaries, thinner than your hair, take the red blood and from the arteries and transfer it to the vein, that is where youth lies. If the capillaries can circulate the blood and the chemistry of the blood is perfect, there is a very hard chance that you will ever get sick.

Therefore, day to day take care of the body, day to day adjustment of the body, little circulation of the neck, little stretch of the arms, little raising of the heel together about six inches and keeping it for about three-four minutes, little movement of the stomach area, little cat and cow pose, little bow pose, little half heel pose, little stretch pose, little this, little that, if worked out for about two hours you walk for an hour, you swim for an hour, you meditate for an hour... I was analyzing a woman, she had a terrible headache. This front head not will hurt which is a very rare, very few people get pain in the front head. Her problem was when she will ever have a sexual intercourse with her husband she will get angry but she will control it, go through it but later on that made her to go through such a severe headache, life became unbearable. When I analyzed her personality then we found it out, found out a solution about it she is hale and hearty there is no problem.
