Student: (?) and the day finally came when 3HO was established and growing and we were well into the seventies. It was a decade of complacencies, a vital resource kind of (?) and the time of rest, for the growth (?) population. As the seventies were on, the pressures of inflation and the fuel prices began to tell on the population.

YB: I didn't watch the whole thing and just to practice it, I yesterday I saw two movies in one day.

(Students' laughter)

(?) crazy and I did it but I wanted to do it because I knew what we are going to do, though it was all kept secret from me but exactly I did not know about whom you were talking. To my understanding and it's a fact and to stand before the public and to lie is not a very right thing to do. But do you honestly believe this man you are talking about is me?

All: YES.

YB: Yes, I know you (?) say that.

(Students' laughter)

No, no, no, no, no, you don't understand that at all. It is not the man, the body, it is not the principle behind it either. It is the God's will which we must not forget. And it is the hand of God which does everything. Today you are here because He wants you to be here, because it was in your destiny to be here. You are here because the purpose of life has a orbit and the proposal of life has a destination.

I personally feel that actually I did nothing but roamed about in the land from place to place meeting people. I have been loved so much by people, I forget about the pain. But basically, if we try to understand our lives, our lives are very lonely. I can feel it, I don't have a peer group, I don't have anybody with whom I can talk to and lot of people don't understand what I talk to and lot of people do not understand from which center of consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. I am talking and I feel that and that is why I can feel you, too. You don't need wisdom, you are the wisdom. You don't need love, you are the love. You have not to find out the reality, you are the reality. This phenomena that we are trying to find something is just a MayaMaya The creative power of the Creator that restricts and limits. It creates the sense of limitation that leads us to identify with experience, the ego, and things. Because of this it is often thought of as the illusion that blocks us from the spirit. But, as Guru Nanak (see Sikh Gurus) reminds us, you need not be attached to the productions of maya. Instead they can be used to serve and express the higher consciousness and spirit. Maya is simply Karta Purkh, the doing of the Great Being. Maya takes the ineffable into the realm of the measurable. , it is just a misunderstanding between us and us. If you can understand here what is going on, which is heart, you can understand also here what is going on, which is head.

Sometime you become very bullheaded, and you crash. And sometime you become mellow and you melt. And between that melting and between that striking hard some balance has to be created. And I personally feel that my contribution is only that I have lived with you. I do not know what these teachings are, they just come and they go.

Most of the time, when I finish the class and (?) fact that I read my own class, right, and I am learning from those lectures myself. And some of them I like very much and I tell Premka, "Oh, print it, it's beautiful."

She says, "How can you say that?"

And I say, "Well, I, I read it, it looks good."

(Students' laughter)

"I think some people who have not heard it, will like it also."

And she says, "Well, if they read few pages in 'Beads of Truth,' I will later push it in, I can't promise."

(Students' laughter)

And you know, we are very great and very rich and there is lot of money and everybody is, everybody has the right to live rich, poverty is a curse, why, why to live poor? Work hard, God is in you. But I never see dollars. All that goes to ShaktiShakti The creative power and principle of existence itself. Without it nothing can manifest or bloom. It is feminine in nature. .

(Students' laughter)

You know, we have to... And I, I believe what I believe, there is nothing to give in. And there is nothing to get out of all. Facts are, everybody, whosoever he and she is, has the right to be healthy, right to be happy and has the right to be holy. I sincerely believe in that. And if one is not, then we must find it out and we must find it out what we can do because if we do for others, then God will not forget us. That is what GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. has taught us. And the house of GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Ram Das Fourth Guru of the Sikhs. Ram DasGuru Ram Das Fourth Guru of the Sikhs. is very gracious. You are talking to me and you say, "Yeah, we know it is you," and I am willing to acknowledge because how can I fight with you all that I am not but really today I want you to understand, I am not.

I, I agree that you can't trust me for that, you didn't trust me ten years ago, it's the same thing and you are not going to trust me ten years after, I don't even bother about that but give me the privilege tonight to let you know, isn't the life that matters, it is the courage you bring to it and it is not the philosophy that matters, it is the fact what you live. The books, and the knowledges and these phenomenas will guarantee you but the reality of you which will make you fulfilled and happy is when you live it.

I feel that when I told Premka, 'One day the day shall come, when all the glory shall be thine, people will say it is yours, I shall deny not mine.'

I have been singing that, I thought, perhaps when I say things people don't hear it, let me sing it. I sang it, nobody believed me then. Nobody believes me today and nobody is ever going to believe me but I believe nobody is going to believe me, then what? I believe it is not me. That's all. You can do lot of things. You can smile with your friend. You can help somebody. You can just... You don't have to sit on a throne, the entire Earth is your throne. You are not to fly in heavens. Heavens are in your heart. You can share. I couldn't see people divorcing each other. I couldn't. I feel bad. I feel honorable man honor his words.

Once you give a, honor it, honor a word, you give a commitment, that's you. For me, for profession, for jobs, for another beautiful woman, for this and for that, people separate themself, they go away. I can't see that. I may (?) to it but I can't see. I don't believe, you can believe me, I don't believe you. I don't believe that we, who are created in the image of God, are meant to suffer. I think we are crazy. I think that at least, if we are gone through misery, let our children not go. Let us save them. Let us save ourself.

I honestly believe that it is rightful right of ours that we have not to find God, we are with God all the time. That's all I say. And you all walked on that, we all walked on that and today we are actually celebrating your birthday, it is your tenth years of walking, some fell, some got up again, some will get up again, some will come, some will leave, it is a process. So long this process will be alive there is a hope for the human race and with that hope, we are today here and this all would not have been possible, you have flown from distances.

As much furniture, antique furniture we broke at Jewel's (?) shop, we can't pay them, and it's a fact. As many things he lost because he used to keep them out, keep them in, mess his whole shop, but he lived with it. I am not saying that he did a great thing, I am not saying he did a small thing, but the fact is he did it. That is all matters.

John, who is sitting here and we never knew, how to do the sponsorship, remember Johnny and he wrote a letter, 'With all my wealth, health and my powers I support this man, whatever the case maybe,' and when I showed that to attorney, he said, "Who wrote that?"

I said, "What I am telling you is that he wants to sponsor the whole thing."

And he looked at me. And he said, "Yeah, you got a point there. If you have that kind of American behind you, you may."

And this is how it happened, it happened like that, we all came together, because the soul was searching its own reality, nobody has gone and nobody will go. Those who will search their soul and their reality are here and shall continue to be here and that is the fact. We don't want to be somebody very great. And we are no small anyway, because power is people and we are people. We are the people of love, we have dignity, Divinity and grace and come what may, we are going to make it.

I saw a wonderful phenomena. You know Ranbir and Kulbir, those two guys,

(Students' laughter)

Where are they? Hey you, stand up both, look at their dress today, can you believe that?

(Applause)

After ten years they decided today that they have to wear these one color of all the seven colors, but that is full, isn't it.

(Applause)

And after ten years, Bibiji found it, and where is she?

(Applause)

Will you stand up?

After ten years she found out from my lectures, she can get A grades.

(Students' laughter)

They are good lectures.

(Students' laughter)

And she can quote me somewhere and it is going to be all right.

Well, you still think it is me? And do you know one very factual fact, there is my father sitting somewhere here, I can't see him because of light, papaji is here?

(Applause)

And about, it was ten years ago, we had to talk and he said, "You don't know anything."

(Students' laughter)

And I (?), what a healthy habit, I said, "Yeah, that is nice."

I have a fact to share with you. People who know they know, they don't know, and people who have the experience of God and His Infinity, don't want to know. Because there is nothing to know, and that is truth. If you want actually to know and that is a waste of life, energy and time and that is why I say, 'Relax and rejoice.' Because you are not going to know the Unknown, Unknown knows you anyway, He knows what a tiddy-widdy you are.

(Students' laughter)

This tension, 'Oh you (?),' what will happen to the cup? Thank God you got a cup and don't cry over the saucer. There are going to be flying saucers and you talk this little saucer.

For some people life is so limited that it doesn't see beyond saucer. And for some people the life is so vast they see the flying saucers. Life is as you make it, and life shall continue to be as you keep them making it. You fight with me right, I fight with you. Sometime we talk, sometime we don't, sometime we tell, 'You are not (?), get out of my life' and sometime we find me, (?) very (?), right, but the problem is, I don't believe you can get away from me.

(Students' laughter)

I don't believe that, because I know you want to be great and I know I am going to push you to that. And I know pushes are not needed these days, I know that too. But in that case, throughout the Time and Space, somebody has to do this job. When you gave me the title, 'Garbage Collector of America,' I accepted that, when you made me that 'Man known as Siri Singh SahibSiri Singh Sahib Honorary title given to Yogi Bhajan to indicate his role as spiritual leader of Sikh Dharma in the West. His complete title within Sikh Dharma is Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji. ,' I accepted that. You make me tomorrow anything I'll accept that, if you accept one thing of mine that you have the right to be great and that is now. Our friendship is only waste of one thing. I don't care who you are, it doesn't bother me. And I don't care either who am I. This doesn't bother me, neither I am going to investigate, (?) sixty-five year (?) joke, and it goes on like that. All I believe is, I am a friend and I am a lover of those who want to be great. I don't hire or fire anybody, I only know to inspire everybody and if inspiring you bothers you, it is all right, it doesn't matter.

Listen people, times are going to be testing us, it is the change of the age which is ahead of us, your all economies and philosophies and beautiful (?) and your psychoanalysis and your whole thing is not going to work out. What is going to work out is your grit as people, your strength as human being, your compassion, your truth, your commitment, your prayer and your power to sacrifice and that is all what you need. This under the table what you do, that is your problem, but my folks, tables are going to turn and there will be nothing to do under, do you understand?

(Students' laughter)

Things are going to be clear, because I see the heavens getting clearer and clearer and I see the hand of God working closer and closer to the mankind, and I see the vibrations expanding beyond our eagerness and I also see the grace in extending human values. And equally I see there shall be a tremendous amount of sacrifice required on the part of the mankind, and those who do not know how to commit, will not find the base and such lost lives in that tragedy is what I request everybody to avoid.

That is why, today we gather here and all you are come in love and peace and tranquility. All those who believed and those who couldn't come because of environments, our prayers are with them, but with all the understanding, I believe that there is a chance, there is a hope, and there is a wonderful possibility for us to be Healthy, Happy and Holy.

And the Chairwoman of this Foundation, who signs my check once a while, I will like these three wonderful people, who worked, to be recognized.
