(VOICE IS NOT CLEAR-ECHOES)

... without that (?) compassion and passion can go (?). Either this (?) go through the entire (?) or whatever you want to call it (?). It is that human essence which is practical. Against odds, there shall be dignity, Divinity and there has to be (?) you will have the every setback in every (?). So if you think that you are headed by a situation which is absolutely normal (?) for me, it doesn't mean life. Life is life if you do not know the truth. You understand?

(Students laugh)

Am I clear? Life is lively, if you do not (?) the truth and truth has three (?). Individual, circumstantial and infinite. If you base true personality on individual truth, then you'll end up (?) others, if you base truth on circumstantial truth, moment the circumstance changes (?), you will be in trouble. If you base your life on the infinite truth, then your time and space, you will always above time and space and you will not be in trouble. Is that clear?

Now how to build it, but live. I am telling you what is going to (?) where you achieve it. Achievement is not to be taken from outside. Achievement exists in you. If the polarity of circumstances in the (?) there is a (?). In all circumstances (?) there is (?) there is a neutral force. Leaning on the neutral force there is a secret of great success. You cannot be this, you cannot be that; because you are you are. Therefore in essence yoga is a science and art which defines (?) Infinity. Is that clear?

Now Dr. Prakash teaches yoga, YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. Bhajan teaches yoga, that does not mean yoga. (?) yoga, that is yoga, that is (?) yoga. It is the experience of the essence in collaboration with the practical experience of self in the normal essence of light, which is called day and night and night and day. YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. is not very great person. But yogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. is not very small person either. Insensitivity which is more (?) as sensitive (?) but intuitively, he knows the cause, therefore he knows the effect, he knows the source and therefore he knows the cause of the source. It is not, (?) no. Now, what (?) if you move the cause you will move the effect. You sometime deal with the effect.

Some people say, meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. is good for me. Why (?), try to understand, you don't meditate because it is good for you or it is right for you. It's a simple law, those who want to (?) must understand how to secrete the gland at their will because glands are the guardian of the health. Those who want to keep the mind clear and intuitive must meditate because meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. (?) multiple ways and those who want their flow (?), 'in God we trust,' that is what they say or those who have to go to very essence of the self through the vibration, what we call is meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. on the certain MantrasMantra Sounds or words that tune or control the mind. Man means mind. Tra-ng is the wave or movement of the mind. Mantra is a wave, a repetition of sound and rhythm that directs or controls the mind. When you recite a mantra you have impact through the meridian points in the mouth, through its meaning, through its pattern of energy, through its rhythm, and through its naad - energetic shape in time. Recited correctly a mantra will activate areas of the nervous system and brain and allow you to shift your state and the perceptual vision or energetic ability associated with it. , that is the remembrance of the God, to which GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. So it should be drawn into the very essence of our remembrance; who we are, what we are and why we are; these are the three questions and these three questions can be answered by simple things. 'I am I am, I was, I am and I should be.' If you really believe you were, you are and you shall be, there will be no state of fear. And moment you will not fear, you will not be (?). Only afraid man (?) out of phobia we have, and if there is no phobia, there is absolutely no action and when there is no action there cannot be reaction. Now you must act, act to you. When react to others, that is called reaction and why we react? We react only in the state of phobia. 'Oh this person has harmed me, this person is daring me, this person is lying to me;" now these are those essential areas of life in which you react. But if know you are a person, then there shall not be any action at all. (?) in all the creative consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. you cannot be (?) yourself.

(Yogiji whispers)

You cannot react if you have acknowledged knowledge of yourself. That is why, in the real world, everybody is real without experience of reality. Christian is Christian without Christ consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , Buddhist is Buddhist without BuddhiBuddhi This is the first, most etheric manifestation of the Universal Mind from which all other areas of mind are derived. Its quality or function is to give the clarity, discernment, and wisdom that recognize the real from the imaginary. It forms the deepest core of the human psyche but is impersonal, existing independent of the individual sense of self. . Jew is Jew without the light. Moslem is a Moslem without the experience of humility, Sikh is Sikh without seeking the God. What we say? 'I am (?). Don't touch me, touch me not.' And when it comes to practical because we don't have experience, we don't have experience of technology, we (?) we say be positive and (?) we have a phobia; then (?).

Now I give you a very practical example; a woman can marry; a male and female get married, marriage is there, it is celebrated, (?) and what is the end of the (?). With all that, glamour, money, practical (?) the same. On the other hand, girl meets the boy, 'Hi, hi, hi, how are you?' And they go away and they do same thing. No celebration, no party, nothing. (?). Why is the fun thing thirty thousand, forty thousand dollars of spend, everybody says "good, good, good," (?) people are finding a hiding place (?), where is the tension? What is the problem? One is (?) but under a paranoia, and one is a (?) with no paranoia. In one thing (?), in one thing, (?) in other things (?) and if the conception takes place, in one showers are given by friend and money, send, parties done, ha-ha-ha, (?) bah, bah, bah; in other, it is always (?) should I keep it or should I not and (?).

Therefore in essence of reality dignity leads to Divinity, Divinity leads to grace. To have that strength that you have the dignity, you must know the self and to know the self, you must experience self. (?) Some people are useful for others, they are not useful for themself and anyone who is not (?) for one self, he is a lie.

(Students laugh)

It's a pricelessness. Once I met a senator, he was in great trouble. He told me, "You are a son of God, help me."

I said, "I can't help you."

"Why?" he said.

I said, "You don't want to help yourself. You must (?) that you are going to help the whole nation and you are so phony, why don't you help yourself?"

Self help is not learnt from outside. It is learnt from within and for you have to have guts to know, guts to experience and that is why, we all start with yoga; let me be united as a finite teacher, as a preacher of this congregation of this entire nation with the Infinity. When I have the union with the infinite, (?) tattva, meant to (?) flow of essence of experience of (?) and spiritual which is interlock of the classic energy, why I should fear and why should I bother what is tomorrow, and why should I bother what was yesterday and why should be upset what is today, if all is God and I am part of the God, all is the will of God, I am part of will of God, then why should I be upset? I am upset because I am not willing to recognize the setup of God; I think it is my setup; I feel I am (?). Then I want to impress you, I (?) you; you get impressed by me. I cannot speak with you and you cannot listen to me. I spoke to you many, many times, you never listened then. How you are going to listen now? It's the same thing which has been spoken from time immemorial, and which shall be spoken time immemorial and then the I's (?) the same thing, and many I's will never be (?) because many I's do not know what I is. So by (?) if I can reach to you, then God bless (?). Piscean age (?), I can't reach you but you (?) I, I can always (?) we can blend into oneness and that is what is called, what is that called? Yoga.

(Students laugh)

You have to learn to participate with me, because I have come all the way to participate with you.

(Students laugh)

I have not come to lecture you, I don't go anywhere to lecture. So you have to understand my frequency and you have to understand my frequency and I will understand your frequency. Otherwise we miss each other very badly. You have to project out and I have to acknowledge and this is fundamental relationship. Now don't worry what is your hairstyle and what is the color of your lipstick, I don't care. That is your problem and that is your problem that you are with that problem. With me, give your spirit to me and I'll (?) and that is what (?) and that is what you are. Awaken that dormant sleeping spirit of you and put it out, that's the first law of Divinity. And put it out (?) that is the law of dignity, and put it (?) that is the law of grace. Divinity, dignity and grace are the three essence of love. You are not beautiful, because you have put a mascara or you have put a lipstick or you have put a powder. Your lips are (?) and they don't have (?). By putting a red lipstick you don't become healthy. By looking yogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. , you do not become a yogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. . Rather you are in a very bad shape. Neither you are a yogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. nor you are a bhogi.

(Students laugh)

You understand, you don't enjoy the earth, you don't enjoy the Akasha, you are (?). Most of the holy men meet that way, that is their natural tendency. Neither they reach God, nor they reach earth, they hang in-between. But that is God's will. Accelerator... What do you call it?

Student: The escalator, moving stairs.

YB: Right, moving stairs. That (?). Somebody switches, it comes down, switched up, eighth story, eighth story; ninth story, ninth story, thirteenth story, thirteenth story, fifteenth story, fifteenth story, but you press the button. You know what you want? Somebody should press your button.

(Students laugh)

And you are such fools. There is nobody who can press your button at all. Because you know your buttons and a doctor (?) finding your buttons, (?) and then he will not have time to dress.

(Students laugh)

Therefore please understand this, find your own buttons and press them and tell Him, 'Are they pressed right?'

Right state of communication in essence of polarity of essence of neutral flow is the law of creativity to reach the higher self in essence. (?) so that (?). I have to use this terminology in (?), so that you relate to that and you understand the (?) and you have to sharpen your frequency in that (?) to catch up. Otherwise it will be very normal and it takes an abnormal person to reach normalcy. That's why I (?) you must project out and I must acknowledge because I have to (?), I have come three thousand miles to be, and you can't (?) there is a (?). I have come twelve thousand miles from India to (?) it is not my loss, it is their loss. I did my job. And they have to do their job. Whosoever shall do the job shall be that one whom he (?) so. (?) nobody learns and nobody teaches. It is all (?) and I call it the game of buttons; game of buttons.

(Students laugh)

If proper button is pressed, proper floor is reached and that is why your own (?) and if you are on the wrong floor, (?) go by the stairs, your tongue will be out, ah ah ah (panting), and that is called (?).

(Students laugh)

That is (?). That is (?).

(Students laugh)

(?) But in the mess you can eat. The mess has two meanings; mess is a mess, you know. Other mess is (?) where things are cooked, served and life is blessed. It is that nursing of yourself which you lack. You nurse everything. You nurse your friends, you nurse your (?), you nurse your garden, you nurse your papa, you nurse your emotion, commotion, whole thing; you don't nurse yourself. And you do know so much yourself then self knows you and then you are a dumb.

That's why I have great experience of Giani. I went to a union there, and I wanted to see twenty years what a mess everybody has (?) themself, double chins, puffy cheeks, (?) big (?) and smoking and drinking, of those beautiful people who had (?) were all so sweet because self was with them, self was the aim. Everybody (?) at the age of eighteen and all that, wants to look smart. You understand? And then after twenty years they want to look rich, not smart. So they were all rich, but nobody was smart. So rich is not smart. Somebody (?), if a man is as pregnant as (?) woman, (?) how smart he is, and that is what the condition was. And I can see the unfairness on the part of these human beings. These are the values. First when you are you. You must understand your (?) your intelligence has (?), your consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. has (?). So in the eighteen year cycle, there is a (?) and there is seven year cycle. So when man is eighteen, his consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. should be two point something and when his intelligence should be one point something. But if it is one point one, (?). That is why when you marry; 'oh honey, honey, honey,' after a year she become chilly and you become umbrella, God knows what. So relationship fall apart, you can't keep up your relationship because it is not based on the frequency of a fundamental vibratory effect in which interlock is exchanged and that means your relationship is non-yogic. When your relationship is non-yogic on this Earth; you can never have relationship with God, you will be non-yogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. and relate to God is what?

Students: Yoga.

YB: Yoga. It is that which is not that. Therefore that cannot be. If it is this, therefore that cannot be; therefore this will be that. Got it? Come on with me; I am projecting to you as a person who (?) common (?) talk to YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. Bhajan, I do not like (?) it is so (?), it is so (?) I am going to give it up but so long we are communicating, let us talk to each other, because at the rate yogisYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. are coming to America, I feel like going to Iceland.

(Students laugh)

Because in the beginning I said holy man is that who has nine holes.

(Students laugh)

I don't care, I have nine holes, so I thought I am a holy man and some people say I am holy man; I say 'you are a holy man too, because you have nine holes too.' Now there are only story of nine holes. No tenth hole exists. Tenth hole is (?) was on these nine holes. Eliminate, Apana, eliminate; get in, PranaPraana , Prana The universal life force that gives motion. It is the breath in air. It is the subtle breath of the purusha as it vibrates with a psychophysical energy or presence. Praana regulates the modes and moods of the mind. and then the elimination and then the coming in, Sushmana. (?) I am hundred percent imbalanced and without balance everything is imbalanced and what we call, 'I am (?), I am itchy,' and to create that balance you have to watch. I must see what (?) and yogic breath is eight times a minute; normal breath is fifteen times a minute and Satvik's breath whatever you call it is, one breath a minute.

Therefore try to understand, between you and God there is only one language-the breath of, breath of, breath of life. How beautiful y may have dressed up you may be, if there is no breath of life going through in and out, you will be boxed up, flowers put on you, and you will (?) whether you are a swamiSwami Master. , you are a yogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. , you are a nonsense, you are every sense, who cares? So your care lies, your time lie to achieve that Infinity and experience as per as the breath of life is concerned and now what is this breath of life? Most of the time, you breathe, you are not conscious you are breathing, be conscious that you breathe.

Now there are thirty more minutes for me to go. I can go talking to you and (?) but I can teach you a Hatha Yoga class also, which one you want.

Students: (-------)

YB: Huh?

Student: Practical Hatha Yoga...

YB: Practical. All right, I will share with you one KriyaKriya Literal meaning is "completed action." A Kundalini Yoga Kriya is a sequence of postures and yoga techniques used to produce a particular impact on the psyche, body, or self. The structure of each kriya has been designed to generate, organize, and deliver a particular state or change of state, thereby completing a cycle of effect. These effects have been codified and elaborated by Yogi Bhajan and form the basic tools used in yoga and its therapeutic applications. . Shambavi, Kalyan MudraMudra Mudra means "seal." It usually refers to hand positions used in meditation and exercise practices. These hand positions are used to seal the body's energy flow in a particular pattern. More generally it can refer to other locks, bandhas (see Mul Bandh), and meditation practices that seal the flow of energy by concentration. and also I will share with you, I promised (?) okay? Good? Okay. Set yourself for the yoga class first. Only do it if you want to. Otherwise there are chairs, you can sit by the side and enjoy the class.

...please lie down on your bellies, always over which...

(Students laugh)

I know. That is the (?) and you are so crazy you make it like a pumpkin, right. Now you have to be totally on it. Yeah, please. No, not this way, this is not yoga of awarenessAwareness The pure nature of existence; the power to be consciously conscious without an object or need. A fundamental property of the soul and true self; it is Kundalini as it folds and unfolds itself in existence. . (?), okay, please lie down, put your hands and lock them on the back at the lower back which normally hurts when you are thirty six to forty. And it hurts now, you are as old as forty five, seventy five. And you look good, but you are terrible.

(Students laugh)

Student: (-------)

YB: No, no, no, eight doesn't mean those years of Gian, eight means flexibility and non-flexibility; if you are flexible, you are (?), if you are (?), that's how it goes. All right.

Now lock the hands at the lower back and please raise your head up as much as you can. Up now, look to God, God lives on the seventh sky, (?) look to God. Don't be nuts, (?) Now get up, pull up, up, up.

Student: (-----)

YB: Chest up and look to upwards God and look through the third eye where the nose mixes between the eyebrows.

What is wrong with you, hey? (?) come on. Look at her, she is supposed to be the best. What is hu-hu? (?) keep up, keep upward. (?) absolutely insured for million dollars, don't worry. Please leave it alone.

Let Divine take care of yourself and make a total ego into a little sparrow and fly for few seconds, up in the air.

Please bring the sparrow back and divide it into two and get it into your toes and come to your heels and feel it in the heels and take your hand backward and catch your heel and feel the heel and feel the heel, and then grab the foot; and...
