YB: Once upon a time, there was a man called Tulsidas. He is the same man who wrote Ramayan and the whole world reads his work today with great pride and consider him a sage, but there is a history to it. Tulsidas was very passionate man and he got married. According to rules and rites of the time, the wife has to go to stay with parents for one month. So when that time came, Tulsidas wife left for her parental home. So Tulsidas was very kind of unhappy and when he came to understanding that she has to go, so he arranged the circumstances in which she should leave. After a while Tulsidas wife came to parents house. She was supposed to be there for four weeks but in between blinded by passion, commotion and love. Tulsidas one day decided, he must go and see her. So at night he took the journey, he traveled the next day and waited till night fell and waited outskirts of the town, then he noticed his in-laws house. So he threw away cling rope and then he went all the way through the cling rope, broke through the window, went into her room. Outside the storm was very severe, lightning was so great and weather was so perturbing, but still Tulsidas made it. When she saw him, she said, "My Lord, welcome and sit down please."

Tulsidas was shocked, so she brought some clothes, she said, "Could you come and change these all wet clothes and be comfortable." So after that formality Tulsidas satSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. again and he said, "Have I not surprised you?"

She said, "You have. You have surprised me so much that I couldn't believe. I thought I was married to a very wise man and very passionate man who understood life and understood spirit and understood God but with the same passion, if you have gone to some Temple and meditated, you might have found God and all you have found me. Not only you broke the tradition and the rules and the rituals, you showed your blindness, your passion, your mayaMaya The creative power of the Creator that restricts and limits. It creates the sense of limitation that leads us to identify with experience, the ego, and things. Because of this it is often thought of as the illusion that blocks us from the spirit. But, as Guru Nanak (see Sikh Gurus) reminds us, you need not be attached to the productions of maya. Instead they can be used to serve and express the higher consciousness and spirit. Maya is simply Karta Purkh, the doing of the Great Being. Maya takes the ineffable into the realm of the measurable. and you are out of control. Tell me my Lord husband, how you think life will be? Is this life a bunch of stupidity and blindness and when the darkness will fell on you at the time of death, will you put a rope like this and break through the window and come through the storm then? Do you think you are permanently sovereign and established like a God? Where are you coming from?"

He said, "But I love you."

And she said, "That is true a man without depth and width is worst than an animal, this is not what we got married and punditPundit A Hindu who is learned in scripture. told us, you have given no width to your life, there is absolutely no depth, depth to your life, you are blinded by your passion, you are arrogantly ignorant and you made it all this story, what do you want me? Body have it and by tomorrow stay here to do the cremation also, I never knew that man I married who thought is a Lord God is so stupidly still a four legged animals."

Tulsidas never thought that he will go through this. He got up and he said, "My Goddess, my GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. and my most wise woman, this world will die, the time will stop. Sun may not rise and moon may not be there and star may not be seen but so long there will be any human consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , Tulsidas shall prevail, you have shown me the light, within my own spirit, my own soul, this passion should have gone deeper into myself, with my own soul and consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , I should not have done what I have done."

In the same rain, through the same rope, he jumped back and left. Month passed, she came back home but the arrow of knowledge and wisdom and passion and prayer has struck the heart of Tulsidas. Tulsidas has written first chapter of Ramayana through pure memory and when she came, he welcomed her, he reverend her and she(he) said, "Not only you have made my life, you shall be responsible for life for everyone and this is my present to you." And he read her the first chapter of Ramayan.

There are two Ramayanas, Valmiki's Ramayan, Valmiki, story is very wonderful too, he was a (?), dacoit. He used to sit on the pathway and take away everything from people and kill them, that was his livelihood. One day he caught hold of bunch of Sadhus and asked them, "Give me everything."

They said, "What do we have? We have these little shawls on us and loin clothes and this sipping for water and sticks in our hand."

He said, "You must have known that this path I take care of people, I definitely want you to come out you are Sadhus and people must have given great offerings. Where you have left your offerings?"

He said, "The kind of people who meet, is like you, look what offering you are giving us, so I mean you can well estimate from that, what kind of offering we have."

He said, "But then you are ready to die?"

He said, "We are going to die there is no problem, but what are you killing us for, we didn't do anything to you."

He said, "Well, this is my principle. I have to feed my family and everybody who comes around here, I catch them, I kill them, whatever I get, I give it to my family and take care of it and kill those people, if you don't believe me look at that pit. You can't even count the skulls."

One SadhuSadhu A holy man. said, "Valmik is so simple, what you are doing for your family? Will they do the same for you one day? That's the question."

He said, "I can check it out, why not?"

And he said, "Okay, check it out."

So he took a rope and tied down with a tree and he went home and he asked, "Suppose I die tomorrow or I am, I can't do anything, will some of you will die for me? Or kill for me to give me life?"

And everybody said, "What happened to you, God (?), something happened in the forest?"

"No, no, no, no, no, no, that's not the way."

"You kill for us and feed us, that's all right, we will not do anything for you, that's your job."

He said, "What kind of job is this?"

He said, "Well, then do something better."

He said, "I am not doing something better?"

He said, "What, killing is better? When you come home, bring things we also feel that you come home may kill us one day, you know we are very scared of you."

He said, "Oh."

So he went to the Sadhus back and he asked them, "I have learnt."

The SadhuSadhu A holy man. said, "Be learned," and they walked away.

Valmik wrote Ramayan also. So I think the Ramayan has that kind of initiation that all the authors of Ramayan or people who you cannot even describe, basically elementary. Today Ramayan is the life story of Lord Ram and it's a story but in between that story there are hundred and thousands of wise paragraphs, which inspires the mankind even today. There is Mahabharata which is the story of a war but it has a very essential in it like Gita, which tells you all self of the I, status, width, height and total territory of it. But today is the Age of Aquarius, today the religion will become a reality to serve the man individually, today is his consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , religion will never use the man now in the Age of Aquarius to collect him and congregation and have stampedes like called crusades.

Now man will never use the religion as a congregation to control other tribes. All the faculties and facilities and knowledge of religion shall change. The man shall be independent, independently it shall develop its Infinity, his experience between man and God shall be established and any religion which will serve it shall have infinite personality. That is why, we are so grateful to GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. , as he knew that we shall never worship a man again within his lifetime, he gave us the realization you shall never worship a man again and thus he made the basic character of the Khalsa to earn by the sweat of brow and live with honor, not on the earning of others. He basically purified the man of extended subtle spiritual greed. He clarified for mankind the biggest dilemma and biggest dogma, which human were suffering from time to time to time to time.

It is very surprising up to sixteenth century and seventeenth century and fourteenth, fifteenth century all these time, divine right of King were so prevalent that King is born and one day old, a little boy who cannot change his diapers can rule and in his name people can be beheaded. All the kings became to do is hunting, drinking, dancing and living in absolute luxury at the cost of those. You must understand as human being, you are earthlings, try to understand, your basic image of comfort is, when you don't have to raise your hand, you don't have to chew your food, you don't have to get up from your bed, you don't have to open your eyes, and everything happens around you.

That's your basic psychological element which you describe of a comfort, when you can't do anything and everything is done for you and this is your basic animal nature to control, to rule, not to inspire and guide and walk as equal and see the glory. Not as gardeners who enjoy to see every human is glowing and glowing and happy and taking their self to the best of the exertion to sweat and feel comfortable and feel victorious and say, 'wow, I did it. God is with me, I dwell in God.' The stupid most cruel religion of time took away man from God and told God is separate lives in seventh sky and you live here, you are nobody, the worship which is in you was taken away from the man and given a total into fear. When GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. said, 'bahar kuch nahey,' there is nothing outside, it's all in you. Good and bad, your KarmasKarma The law of cause and effect applied to mental, moral, and physical actions. Ego attaches us to and identifies us with objects, feelings, and thoughts. These attachments create a bias toward certain lines of action. Instead of acting you begin reacting. Karmas are the conditions required in order to balance or complete these tendencies. Though necessary, karma is not dictatorial or fatalistic. It is the mechanism that allows the finite experience of existence to maintain and stabilize itself. We all have free will and can take actions to re-direct the momentum of a karma. We can transform it or neutralize it using meditation, jappa, good deeds, or intuition that remove your sense of ego and the identification with that past line of action. will decide you can't decide.

'Karmee aapo aapnee kay nayrhai kay dhoor.'

If you understand this language, your action will prove it to you, you are good or you are bad. You cannot decide you are good. Once somebody asked, "You spend a whole day with this man, what you learned?"

I said, "I learned, maximum sound of eye." There was nothing in that whole conversation, eye, eye, eye, eye up, eye down, eye left, eye right, eye under, eye over, eye go, eye come, eye, eye, eye, eye, eye, eye, and first I thought which eye, right eye or left eye. Is it there is a third eye? This person is insane? This public relation when this man did whole day in the end when the time of departure came and we shook hand. I said, "Can you learn one time for nine or ten or five minutes in the ambrosial hour to get up and say, thank you Lord for making me and my stupid eye."

No man can be happy with wealth, with warmth, with coziness, with comforts. Happiness is only in ultimate achievement and achievement when you can do impossible for somebody which is not possible and you did it for somebody, which is not written in the destiny of that person and it happened and then you say, 'thank you God, you were with me, it could be done.' That last of a breath is pure happiness. It doesn't need reward, it doesn't need appreciation, it doesn't need certification.

There is in us a consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , there is in us the depth of that consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , there is in us that achievement and as we chew that achievement and we thank in gratitude that gives us base, that's the path of GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. , that's what he established, that's why we are called (?) Sikhs to learn what, what we have to learn which other can't learn? We can learn to be clever, we can learn that we magically steal everything from everybody and enjoy it, we can learn so many things but there is one thing only we have to learn that we do impossible service to those, who by the will of God, cannot be served.

We break into the hand of nature, we get into the Infinity of God and as humble human we raise our consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. to the extent that we achieve it and still we say, thank you. He was going on a horse, he stopped, he asked the Sikhs, he said, "There is something moving on that garbage pit, what is it?"

"Lord, it's a garbage, maybe some dead animal."

He said, "I don't know, whatever it is, could you somebody go and check it out for me?" So they checked it and they saw a child. And they said, "Sir, it's a boy, it is a child, somebody has left it here, but it's very dirty, gandha hai, he is dirty."

And he became BhaiBhai Brother. SutraSutra Section from scripture. . All his life he satSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. in the back of Siri Har Gobind, all his life and whosoever came in audience with him he teased him to death. There is a story, a man came, great, great man, he started questioning GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Har Gobind Sixth Guru of the Sikhs. Har GobindGuru Har Gobind Sixth Guru of the Sikhs. and after communication it was very spiritual and BhaiBhai Brother. SutraSutra Section from scripture. over the shoulder started making two eyes and did like this, showing those two fingers and doing like this. First the man said, "But the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. is doing something." Then he found there is an other man and his hand is doing this, then he found out, he is doing towards me and finally he said, "GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. , what is behind you and what this man is doing those two fingers towards me? We are talking, we are very comfortable, why this man, like my protocol officer he is irritating everybody? What is so wrong?"

Then GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. said, "It is protocol. This goes with me. Do you understand what he is doing to you?"

And he said, "No, he is putting two fingers right at my face, I can see it and now I cannot even digest it, it is too harsh, I can't talk with you."

GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. said, "It is protocol, calm down, be peaceful, let us keep talking."

He said, "No sir, I want from this man what he wants."

And BhaiBhai Brother. SutraSutra Section from scripture. showed up and GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. said, "BhaiBhai Brother. sutraSutra Section from scripture. , what do you want?"

He said, "Nothing I am trying to sharpen his eyes. What he is talking is a garbage, he should talk something nice, he should see something good, his eyes are not working, that's why I am telling him, look at the right thing, not at the wrong thing."

He said, "What wrong thing he is looking at?"

He said, "GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. , he is looking at your jewelry, he is looking at your dress, he is looking at your throne, he is looking at your surrounding and he is talking about God, it's two different things. So I am telling him to stop looking and start talking right from the heart, not from the head and that's why, I was doing that to him."

GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. said, "Did you understand this?"

He said, "Not before, now I do, he is right. I was going to ask you question in the end, why you live, live so fabulously?"

And GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. said, "It's not something very that you cannot be answered. Okay BhaiBhai Brother. SutraSutra Section from scripture. please give him the answer."

He said, "GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. , the difference is, you live in the glory of God and people like this will test it. I am asking this peer. How many kilos of gold he has hidden under his prayer place? That's all I want to ask him."

He said, "No people give me offering and I just put it there."

He said, "Yes, yes, yes, how much?"

He said, "Maybe one, two kilos."

He said, "No, fifty-eight kilos by weight."

"How you know?"

He said, "It is true."

He said, "You see, you are even lying. You have wealth and you cannot announce it, you have wisdom, you cannot see it. You have a character, you cannot match it, you have personality, you cannot identify it and you are a soul, you cannot relate it and now you are going to miss the whole opportunity that's why I am giving them fingers to your eye, see for yourself, don't mess the opportunity."

So if I ask you today, we have walked twenty-five years together, I have talked to you, you have talked to me and we have gone through lot of ups and downs and you loved me and you hated me and you liked me and you disliked me, you are very affectionate to me and kind to me and very cruel to me, you did all what you could do as humans. Hasn't time come you start now looking at yourself that what I said, twenty-five years ago that tomorrow is yours and that today has come that it shall be yours. Is there ego of yours has blinded you now so much that you will just be in the own wrap and you can't see, don't you see that, eighteen million people are waiting for you right now, are you that blind? And do you understand the Age of Aquarius has come us and now it is a challenge you can't avoid and you have a some mix up somewhere about priorities? What is the difference of all? 'I have no time for my family,' it is just like asking a bird, you say, I have no time for raising my chickens. Don't you understand that there is a universe, which you have to face?

Life being not leader is very misleading of the self. I went to a place I am not going to mention something very seriously by name but it was a center of self-enlightenment, self-awarenessAwareness The pure nature of existence; the power to be consciously conscious without an object or need. A fundamental property of the soul and true self; it is Kundalini as it folds and unfolds itself in existence. or whatever, I just want to mess up the name because I don't want to relate to a particular group. All right? So I ask forgiveness, I don't want identification to be very clear but somehow it meant that. And I meant the, their that brother, their priest there and I asked him I said, "You are into self-awarenessAwareness The pure nature of existence; the power to be consciously conscious without an object or need. A fundamental property of the soul and true self; it is Kundalini as it folds and unfolds itself in existence. , self-consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , self-enlightenment and everything is fine right? But how you do it? Suppose I have come."

He said, "No, no, no, Yogiji."

I said, "Wait, wait, wait, this is not right. If I have come, I have to learn, I mean to say, I want to know what KriyaKriya Literal meaning is "completed action." A Kundalini Yoga Kriya is a sequence of postures and yoga techniques used to produce a particular impact on the psyche, body, or self. The structure of each kriya has been designed to generate, organize, and deliver a particular state or change of state, thereby completing a cycle of effect. These effects have been codified and elaborated by Yogi Bhajan and form the basic tools used in yoga and its therapeutic applications. , you make us to do, that I can be self-enlightened, I can be self-aware, I want to acknowledge myself, I wanted to know who am I, really. I know internationally world knows me and everything is fine and it's okay, it's not enough but I have come and asking you."

He said, "You really want to know, actually you should teach me, not I teach you."

I said, "No, no, this is opposite, I asked the question first, how I can get this awarenessAwareness The pure nature of existence; the power to be consciously conscious without an object or need. A fundamental property of the soul and true self; it is Kundalini as it folds and unfolds itself in existence. , that I am self-enlightened?"

He said, "Yogiji, you do not understand I attend your classes and you don't recognize me, I go to your yoga center."

I said, "Oh yeah." I said, "That's fine, you go to my yoga center, what it matters but I am here in your center and I want to know the self-enlightenment this minute, just tell me the procedure, so I can follow."

He said, "By identifying yourself to yourself."

I said, "But these are my words."

He said, "What else I can say? All I am saying is, we have something which is something but fact is, you don't have to know this. It is a BhaktiBhakti Self-purification, The devotional form of yoga practiced by a Bhakta. Yoga."

I said, "What is wrong with BhaktiBhakti Self-purification, The devotional form of yoga practiced by a Bhakta. yoga, BhaktiBhakti Self-purification, The devotional form of yoga practiced by a Bhakta. is very (?), I love BhaktiBhakti Self-purification, The devotional form of yoga practiced by a Bhakta. , I do BhaktiBhakti Self-purification, The devotional form of yoga practiced by a Bhakta. , I am very devout, I am devoted. He said, "The secret is there is no secret, there is nothing. We do couple rituals, actually we are telling people to grow, we are very humble, we are very loving, we are very caring."

I said, "Jesus Christ, this is something I have heard first time from your mouth, I mean you are loving, you are humble, you are caring for what? You put them to sleep?"

He said, "It's a awarenessAwareness The pure nature of existence; the power to be consciously conscious without an object or need. He said, "Well, if you force me much further, then I can tell you, it is SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Yesterday I was told, I should pray for my dog, because it went forty feet up on a tree, now how can dog go forty feet on a tree? That was a first question I asked. I said, "How can dog go forty feet on a tree, dog is not a cat?"

They said, "That's true, it went forty feet up, then it came down and it went showing off up again. Then it came down and it fell and broke his hip."

And I said, "Are you kidding?"

He said, "Dog?"

He said, "Yes, your dog, I am telling you, pray for it."

I said, "Well, if it's my dog, I don't need pray for it, it is going to be all right." If the dog feels it is my dog and dog can go forty feet up on the tree, what can happen to such a dog, leave it alone. But let the history record it, the dog can go on a tree forty feet up, can you believe this? And there were witnesses and it's true and it fell and broke his hip, amazing. What a ShaktiShakti The creative power and principle of existence itself. Without it nothing can manifest or bloom. It is feminine in nature. , now dogs have become cats.

(Students' laughter)

And cats will become lions, if cat would have gone up everybody would have loved it. Then I laughed I said, "His name is Noha, you know, it can do it that way. It must have gone funny." So my dear folks if dog can go forty feet up on the tree, you can teach and you can say good words and you can spread word and you can uplift people and bring them consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. in love and self-enlightenment and make them understand, there was not, there is not and there shall be not anything more beautiful than one person by itself as God made that person.

If you can remove the stigma from the world that they are born in sin and they have to live in guilt, you alone can save the mankind, there is nothing much to teach. We are not born in sin, Baba Adam was not a sinner and mai Hawa was not an idiot. Mother Hawa, mai Hawa mother air, mother PranaPraana , Prana The universal life force that gives motion. It is the breath in air. It is the subtle breath of the purusha as it vibrates with a psychophysical energy or presence. Praana regulates the modes and moods of the mind. is not a fool and Baba Adam, the breath of life comes and go cannot be a sinner. You can't tell a story which is absolutely doesn't fit in the identity of the reality and everybody eats a apple and nobody is passionate I have seen, that's why the rhinos are dying for nothing. If apples would have done the job, nobody would have killed rhinos.

So let us understand once for all to get out of the dogma and get to the reality and let you all tell your children, let you tell your all men and let all men tell their woman. Your God in action decide it what you feel, that one line can decide the Age of Aquarius, and every action there in and let everybody understand the personalities made by God, the path is marked by God, destiny is achievable by the will of God but within you is nothing outside. Let us go within us. See we can really believe what we are talking about. Normally, we don't like it, we don't. After two a.m. we watch television, right? Eleven o'clock we get up and then we worry about our whole day or then we will go to the movies, see the most violent movie of the world and has no adrenal glands left and then come home totally drained and dragged and then say, 'what is happening to me, I don't know, I don't feel good' or we spend couple dollars and come back and say, 'oh, that dumb, scum, stupid movie. The best thing was the popcorns,' can you believe this?

Modern civilization has come to its own end of wits and wisdom and it's nothing living on, nothing but darkness. But there are some very passionate people, they can fly on their birthday to just say hello today. Isn't amazing? They have different kind of religion, they have different kind of relationship, they have different kind of faith. 'Unto thee oh sight my Lord, unto thee oh my sight, unto thee oh sight within me, I see the Lord in my soul' and it is not my prayers and my projection and it's my rights, it is all, it is my goal, I never separated from you from Infinity, neither I will separate again, it is in my love, it is in my life, I shall make this claim. It is simple.

So, Siri Bharosa can steal these words, retrieve these words and get this poetry to herself or coming in service is a reality. He lead his way. Each act of our devotion gives us energy, each act of ours steal us of our energy, let us all see where lies our balance. ... It is called antarAntar , Bantar , Jantar , Mantar , Tantar , Patantar , Sotantar These describe the sequence of creative expression from inner essence to full manifestation. Antar is the inner essence and being. It is before form. Each essence has an associated structure in time and space, a dimension to it, bantar. This structure is fulfilled by an appropriate matching set of qualities, jantar, which has a unique sound resonance, mantar, and a distinct visual form, yantar. This form and energy interrelate to the universe, tantar, creating a projection and track as it threads through time and space, patantar, until finally achieving its liberated form, beyond time and space, sotantar. This form creates a neutral point that ties together many of the polarities inherent in Prakirti to embed and express the essence of the antar in creation. , inner pathway. It is that gold string which one day will start, sounds so clear, you shall always hear. MantrasMantra Sounds or words that tune or control the mind. Man means mind. Tra-ng is the wave or movement of the mind. Mantra is a wave, a repetition of sound and rhythm that directs or controls the mind. When you recite a mantra you have impact through the meridian points in the mouth, through its meaning, through its pattern of energy, through its rhythm, and through its naad - energetic shape in time. Recited correctly a mantra will activate areas of the nervous system and brain and allow you to shift your state and the perceptual vision or energetic ability associated with it. are nothing but a Morse code. Go in your deep silence now, just for one minute. Go in your inner universe, forget about everything, forgive all, forget all and be you. For one minute, sixty seconds. YB: Before I conclude I have some personal service to ask, this fall is not a flu fall but unfortunately, it's a wet fall, all around the West side as well as the East coast. So anybody who will get this kind of flu or cold, it shall be very depleting, health depleting and sometime it happens. There is a recipe available, we are going to put on the board, if you can understand the technology and make it and try to make it as your first breakfast everyday, you can save yourself from this ill health. But once you get this, as far as I am concerned, we have seen and watch and observed many cases, even the strongest medicine and accurate diagnose has not put people back on their feet and we can't afford the luxuries of a negative sickness. Just forget about thought. So please you all are requested in this congregation is also duty.

'Har JiJi Soul; used as an endearment or sign of respect. bassey har apney har mandir, manasManas The lower or sensory mind. It is one of the three impersonal functions of the Universal Mind. It deals with sensory impressions, sequences, and the desires and impulses generated from their combinations. It is the closest to what traditional western psychology deals with as the mind. basey apney mann andar.'

So God lives in the Harimandir of the self of the mind of the man, so if your body is sick, you have to understand your spirit must be healthy, your mind must be healthy and your body must be healthy, so what is going on is a very obnoxious kind of virus and I was very shocked when I got a telephone call from Los Angeles and somebody has been going on for weeks and weeks and weeks and everything has been done and then I observed here also the same thing. So we are going to put on the billboard the turmeric recipe and you have to, it's a very, very old thing, it is not something new, it has been practiced for three thousand years. Take olive oil and take turmeric about heapful about a teaspoon per person as many you are and sauté it and take same amount of ginger and sauté it. You understand English?

Student: (----)

YB: Good. And after doing that you have to put just few nuts and sauté them that gives you a protonic outlet because once a net(nut) is heated, it gives its genuine self genes out, but don't skin them, don't take their skin off and you can put as many as you want but we will advice five only, five walnuts, five almonds, five pistachio nut, five cashew nuts, that's it and it's a complete food, it's a absolutely and then you have to put a cup of yogurt and then you have to totally brown it, totally brown it and kindly eat everyday, you will be saved from this unfortunate weather problem, which you don't have to go through but what my fear is at the rate we are coughing and doing, there will be no congregation in couple weeks that how serious it is and all penicillin and (?) penicillin and what mega penicillin and all vitamins have not worked and it is so obnoxious that it just got to somebody in four weeks and there was big black circles around the eyes and face become so pale, I couldn't believe it but in three days recovery has been totally restored, so it does work longtime ago and it will work now. But you are all gringo Americans and it needs very sober, a pan and sitting there and churning it to the point, it is done properly and then you can enjoy it and just value it for your health.

Normally it is not my privilege to talk to you, this kind of thing in the congregation but as I feel there are some people in Los Angeles and I liked to just not give lot of money to ATT and whatever that is, MCI and all phone calls will be ringing left and right, so somebody in Los Angeles can write it down and put it on the billboard, somebody can do it here and those who have not come today and missed it intentionally maybe also reached out and given the recipe and you have to save yourself up to 15th of September and within this you can catch it, it's a very depleting kind of cough and cold. I hope GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. Harimandir Singh: That's good. SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. When used as a greeting it means "I greet and salute that reality and truth which is your soul." It is called the Bij Mantra - the seed for all that comes. Naam , Nam The manifested identity of the essence. The word derives from Naa-ay-ma , which means "that which is not, now is born." A Naam gives identity, form, and expression to that which was only essence or subtle before. It is also referred to as the Word. , my name is Harimandir Singh, I am a representative of Khalsa union executive association, I tell you story.

There was a farmer who lived on the Banks of the Mississippi and he was very devout, religious person had lot of trust in God and he was hard worker you know, good man, one year there was lots and lots of rain and the river began to flood and the water rose higher and higher and he satSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. in his house and began praying to God and meditating on God he had the trust the God would take care of him so, the water rose higher and higher and got to (?) put a war on his house and his neighbor came by in a boat and he said, "Neighbor jump into my boat, I will bring you to safety."

And he said, "No, no, save yourself God will take care of me and you go on ahead."

So his neighbor said, "Okay and left."

So he stayed there and kept praying, had the trust that God will take care of him and the water kept rising, soon he was up on the table (?) water and the rescue boat came by with rescue workers and they told him, "Come in the boat we will take you to safety."

And he said, "Oh there is, oh there are others that need to be saved go to the others, God would take care of me," and so he kept praying (?) water rose higher and higher, soon he was up on the roof of his house and the water was rising up on the roof and still he was praying to God, he had trust all the way and the rescue helicopter came back and they dropped rescue worker down with a rope and everything and he said, "Come on we will take you away from here and we will save you."

And he said, "No, no, God will take care of me, there are others who need to be saved, go on save the others." So after they were trying to persuade him the rescue helicopter finally left and left in there and the waters kept rising soon the current swept him away and he drowned and died and he went up to heaven and in heaven he asked God, "I have always had trust in you and I always been your most devout follower and so why didn't you save me."

And God said, "Your area, I sent you two boats and a helicopter and you didn't save yourself."

YB: It was very good, at least this is very essential to teach our children how to take the first step. It is always first wrong step, which parent blindly let a child take, which leads to all that discomfort rest of the life, if the first step is correct, the journey will be right and distance will end up in the proper destination. We do feel that our children under our protection know everything and they don't need to be taught, somebody else has no right to teach them, you gave them the birth, you gave them the first step, you gave them everything, including their faith, their depth, their width, their height and it is your first responsibility.
