When we say God is everywhere, we should believe it, not only say it. God is everywhere, if God is everywhere, question arises why people fall sick, why they are sad, why relationship fail? Is it all God? The answer can be yes, answer can be yes and no, answer can be no. So you can choose an answer, which you like.

I have seen practically that I don't want to make that joke here but in private I could have done, so I, I like to avoid it. Today, tomorrow or yesterday the problem continues. Actually, doesn't matter which religion you belong to. Every religion has failed and will continue to fail. Now saying this as a head of the religion is very wrong thing. Because in every religion when a religion started it started on certain strength, certain principles but when the story continues, religion made compromise not with God but with man. And where there is a compromise, there is a failure. You have to give something, you have to take something, that's a compromise, compromise cannot be, you take everything and give nothing and you call it compromise, that call winning, that mean conquering. Religion teaches you to conquer your mind, it does not teach you to compromise with mind.

In my own personal life I understand today, I can stand out and I can tell what is what but I definitely know, it will be difficult for somebody who will walk in my footsteps, I mean he can walk in footstep and certainly he can be called Siri Singh SahibSiri Singh Sahib Honorary title given to Yogi Bhajan to indicate his role as spiritual leader of Sikh Dharma in the West. His complete title within Sikh Dharma is Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji. . Maybe it will be very difficult for him to do what I am doing. You know there are two places in the world in the United State very important; one is called Washington DC and you know what that is, that is the capital of the country right? Other is, PDC and that is People Defeaters Club, where everybody belongs to. This both DC's are very important.

This defeaters club is, I have been even trying to go to this club, study its rules and try to compassionately understand it and mostly I tried to relate this but I couldn't. Because there is no substitute for victory and you cannot defeat yourself, you cannot, you cannot break the negotiations, you cannot make rules, you cannot say this is the end because Infinity doesn't teach in. I don't understand, how can a Sikh can say, 'this is it.' There is no way to it. That is where there are twenty-two religion, there are eight major religion and only that Sikhs are a religion and because it's the youngest religion, not very little in numbers, is quite one of the major religion. Its base is, 'Nanak NamNaam , Nam The manifested identity of the essence. The word derives from Naa-ay-ma , which means "that which is not, now is born." A Naam gives identity, form, and expression to that which was only essence or subtle before. It is also referred to as the Word. Cherdi Kala.' A Sikh cannot accept defeat. A Sikh can accept death but cannot accept defeat and when the American wrote that song, teachings were not very high in those days and we were not kind of Sikhs we should be, today we are and even they wrote, 'we die before we fall.'

Is there anybody who can be religious, is there anybody who can be religious who cannot accept death but can accept defeat? None. Price of being religious and successful is the life and that is what the purpose of life is and when you are willing to accept the defeat, you are bargaining your soul, you are denying the principle of Infinity and finite is, finite but it's confinement. That's why, some people cannot be religious. Because when you call yourself religious, you accept no dead end. And I am asking you have wealth, you have health, you have power, you have everything, does that make any difference for you? None. Can you eat twenty sandwiches for lunch? No. One, two, better, bad, good, worst, that's all.

Basically your limits are limitless. Everyday you have to eat, though you eat limited but you have to eat continuous, you do not accept dead end. When you accept dead end of the pranaPraana , Prana The universal life force that gives motion. It is the breath in air. It is the subtle breath of the purusha as it vibrates with a psychophysical energy or presence. Praana regulates the modes and moods of the mind. you are dead. That you don't want, you want to live. Two things you want; you want to love and you want to live. That's all you want. I want to love, I want to live and I want to be prosperous, these three things cannot come to you. I translated these things in a very clever way, I said it, healthy, happy and holy and I didn't say, Wahe Wahe Guru , Whaa-hay Guroo A mantra of ecstasy and dwelling in God. It is the Infinite teacher of the soul. Also called the gur mantra. GuruWahe Guru , Whaa-hay Guroo A mantra of ecstasy and dwelling in God. It is the Infinite teacher of the soul. Also called the gur mantra. Guru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. at that time, I thought you will not understand, I didn't say right away SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. When used as a greeting it means "I greet and salute that reality and truth which is your soul." It is called the Bij Mantra - the seed for all that comes. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. Mukta Singh: Yes sir.

YB: I dictated a note to you, you have it?

Mukta Singh: (----)

YB: Can I believe it?

Mukta Singh: (----)

YB: Yeah. Why you said, you didn't bring it, you are not conscious first and now you have become conscious?

Mukta Singh: (----)

(Students' laughter)

YB: That is where the problem is. I give you a note and you come to a class and your wife brought it. Now read it and let your wife read it. Let us give her that honor for bringing it. Hah, ha, ha, I know I want to see you first you, first, don't worry if you are overweight, I understand.

(Student's laughter)

Never try to hide from me, I see you anyway. Now little further, little forward, now you are within the mirror now stop where you are, you are okay, I can see you. I know those corners are for, either for overweight or for late or who those who do not want to listen to my lecture and feel attentive because they hurt, lecture hurts lot of people because straight simple things are said and they upset the stomach. Hah?

(Students' laughter)

And I know, I, I am not... I just asked somebody I said, "You used to be my very beautiful son and never meet my class what is going on."

He said, "It's very difficult to see you."

I said, "Oh yeah all right." I said, "Within two months you will be in my class again."

He said, "Why in two months?"

I said, "I know the date, don't worry."

Later on he started coming to class and he said, "I am back in the class."

I said, "Yes." I said, "Your girlfriend left you?"

(Student's laughter)

He said, "Sir, I am just very sorry, how do you know about it?"

I said, "That's a tragedy, I know lot of things." I wish I should not know anything, that's the most dangerous thing in the world to know and then to tolerate. Yeah read it.

Student: Whosoever shall bind my people in fear complex they shall all be bound in darkness and start their cycle of rebirth or cockroaches, Thus spoke God to a holy men, and todays' date.

YB: Right? Now bring it over here. I want this to be calligraphed properly and I want to expand on it. Now who wrote what? See our number is the same, look how do I look in ShaktiShakti The creative power and principle of existence itself. Without it nothing can manifest or bloom. It is feminine in nature. 's glasses.

(Students' laughter)

Isn't funny? Whosoever shall bind my people in fear complex, they shall all be bound in darkness and start their cycle of rebirth or cockroaches, thus spoke God to holy men. The idea of the statement which I made right here is that you cannot hold people under any fear and religious teach us no fear. That's why in the very Mool MantraMantra Sounds or words that tune or control the mind. Man means mind. Tra-ng is the wave or movement of the mind. Mantra is a wave, a repetition of sound and rhythm that directs or controls the mind. When you recite a mantra you have impact through the meridian points in the mouth, through its meaning, through its pattern of energy, through its rhythm, and through its naad - energetic shape in time. Recited correctly a mantra will activate areas of the nervous system and brain and allow you to shift your state and the perceptual vision or energetic ability associated with it. , GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. has said, 'Nirbhao, Nirvair, Akal Moorat.'

Akal Moorat is that you personify God, you become the picture of God. If somebody wants to know what God is, one should see a Sikh of the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. and he should see that God is. That's what Akal Moorat is, it is, it is in the Mool MantarAntar , Bantar , Jantar , Mantar , Tantar , Patantar , Sotantar These describe the sequence of creative expression from inner essence to full manifestation. Antar is the inner essence and being. It is before form. Each essence has an associated structure in time and space, a dimension to it, bantar. This structure is fulfilled by an appropriate matching set of qualities, jantar, which has a unique sound resonance, mantar, and a distinct visual form, yantar. This form and energy interrelate to the universe, tantar, creating a projection and track as it threads through time and space, patantar, until finally achieving its liberated form, beyond time and space, sotantar. This form creates a neutral point that ties together many of the polarities inherent in Prakirti to embed and express the essence of the antar in creation. but there are two qualifying factors to it and that is keep it for your family. That Nirbhao, Nirvair, you shall not have fear and you should not have vengeance or sometime they become priceless.

Fear is only permissible for a finite of Infinity. Nobody shall be bound down by fear. What is a fear? What is a darkness when we cannot confront the truth or the light. When Ek Ong Kar cannot be SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. When used as a greeting it means "I greet and salute that reality and truth which is your soul." It is called the Bij Mantra - the seed for all that comes. When ego does there shall be fear and there shall be vengeance, there shall be angry, it will lead to everything. Basic lines are basic, basics cannot be changed. Fear is not what you think the fear is. Fear is when you cannot accept the challenge and you cannot accept the challenge when you cannot see God. If you see in the challenge God, you can accept it. You can't accept God, you cannot accept challenge.

Prahlad Pagat, son of a king, king told everybody to worship the king.

He said, "No, I will chant Ram."

And he said, "Nothing doing." But this king has done lot of prayers and got lot of powers and one of the power which was bestowed on him he cannot die at the day time, he cannot die at night, he cannot die by the man, he cannot die by a beast, he cannot die inside, he cannot die outside, the specification were so, he cannot die in the sky, he cannot die on the Earth, he cannot die in water, he cannot, there is so many things he got all together. When he got the whole thing together he said, "I cannot die. Then what I am worried about." So he told entire kingdom worship me.

This king... In Siri GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. GranthGranth Literally: knot: book. there is a ShabadShabad , Shabd Sound, especially subtle sound or sound imbued with consciousness. It is a property or emanation of consciousness itself. If you meditate on shabad it awakens your awareness. ,

'Hiranya Kasyap dhust har mareya prahaladh traya Ram rajye.'

Hiranya Kasyap, the king Hiranya Kasyap told the entire world his all subject that stop worshipping Ram or Krishan or God in any form, I am the God now, worship me. Prahladh was his Prince of Wales son. He started chanting Ram, Ram, I am trying to tell you, what challenge means to anybody of you and Hiranya Kasyap tried everything, everything fails, he condemn him to death and he said, "I want to kill you in a way that I want to see that your God doesn't come through."

So he took a pillar of iron and got it heated. When it got heated red hot, red hot means red hot. He told his son, he said, "Prahaladh, you just say jai Hiranya Kasyap and I will take my crown and put it on your head. You say Jai Ram and just go and hug that pillar."

Prahaladh started walking in the middle, he said, "You say, Siri Hiranya Kasyap I will give you the throne and the kingdom right now. If you say, Siri Ram, you go and hug that pillar and I tell you that God chose you to be my son, I am your father and it is very religious to obey me."

I mean to say sometime you forget about that GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Arjun was prosecuted and executed by the will of his sibling problem by Prithiar and GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Harkrishan was to go to Delhi to answer those question and Ram Rai, it is all in GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. 's family, we can well understand, sometime you say well, my friend said it so and so, therefore I fall apart forget about friend, brother and son of the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. , same GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. . They say things against each other which is unbelievable.

Anyway, young Prahaladh not even adult, kept walking towards death. There is a record of saying that pillar was so hot that from a certain area to proceed towards it was impossible. Somehow Prahaladh kept going, mind started getting afraid, death was confronting.

'Kabir kenda, Kabir jamka tonka burah.'

That hook of the death is so painful that people under the fear of it are going berserk. What is the middle age crisis? Whole psychology is based on it. When you become a forty, a woman think she is, she runs round and boyfriend and girlfriend and have twenty this and thirty that, what is that? Because she thinks now she cannot, she is not having the youth to charm people, so let me enjoy my last few days and it mess up the marriage and mess up the children, mess up everything and these are space out cadets, there are space cadet and space out cadets and somebody got very friendly with a saintly man and he said, "What do you want?"

He said, "Send me to space."

And saint said, "So be it." And the man uplifted in the space and in space there was no food, he was alive, there was no air, he was alive, there was nothing, there was totally pitch darkness, he was alive, he didn't know what to do, very lonely, he called down there and he said, "Hey Baba, saint, I want to come down."

He said, "That was not the agreement, you said, I want to go in space be there."

He said, "What did I do wrong?"

He said, "You didn't send me to space and be with me, so I would have kept your feet on the ground, head in the space I can understand the balance but now Sunny stay where you are."

Some people are very space cadets, they do not know what they are doing to their self. For them it's all okay, it's wonderful, marvelous, nice and they cannot, they cannot accept, they cannot accept success, they can accept defeat because that give you lot of telephone, lot of sympathy.

One day somebody said in 3HO family when somebody freaks out lot of telephone comes and when one is not freaking out nobody calls. I said, "When somebody doesn't call you that is the luckiest day because that is the day there is no concern, when somebody start calling you and I said, when Sangat starts calling that day they are calling as a destiny, those are last few days you will be called by a spiritual nameSpiritual Name , Destiny Name A practice begun by Yogi Bhajan that gives a spiritual aspirant an anchor within a new identity and practice - a chance to begin again and choose destiny over fate. Nirinjan Kaur Khalsa, Yogi Bhajan's Chief of Staff, was trained by Yogi Bhajan to continue this practice of receiving a new spiritual name. Please see for more information. , that's why everybody concern, pay homage to the dying body because spiritual death is on way, everybody starts calling." I said, "I understand it." It is the last homage that your spiritual death is on way, they carry you to the pyre and you are going in the hand of it and that day everybody say, 'GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Avatar Singh, GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Avatar Singh, GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Avatar Singh, how are you GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Avatar, what are you doing GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Avatar' and finally one day you become learned.

(Student's laughter)

Game is over.

I said, "It is just like your body is taken on a pyre everybody goes with it and to the end then everybody says good-bye, thank you."

So anyway we are talking about Prahaladh here,

(Student's laughter)

These were side issues.

Once somebody met me and I said, "My dear you want to be in 3HO?"

And she said, "I am in 3HO Yogiji as long as you are in."

I said, "Yeah, you are my first student. That's good."

But I said, "There is a bad news too."

She said, "What?"

I said, "When you are going to listen to me?"

She said, "I listen to you, I listen to your every lecture."

I said, "But that makes us a tragedy."

Sixteen, seventeen years ago I came and I have thirty-five dollars and I still have it and I have built an empire and I have given it to DharmaDharma A path of righteous living. It is both an ideal of virtue and a path of action that is infused with clear awareness and comprised of actions that are the soul in total synchrony with the universe. It is action without reaction or karma. , damn it sixteen years ago, I have met you, you were rich, you were having a home, you were having everything, I used to go to your house and those China in which I ate are still I could not buy myself even now you were that rich but now you cannot pay your bills."

And she said, "That is the question."

I said, "The answer is, when I went to your house and ate the dinner, you didn't listen to me that night either and today we are standing on a open ground with a sky over us, ground underneath and I am telling you and you are still not listening."

She said, "What is wrong with me?"

I said, "The wrong with you is you cannot accept yourself."

There is nothing wrong with anybody of you. None so ever. The problem is wrong is between you and me. Wrong is you cannot accept yourself and I cannot not let you not accept yourself, that's the fight. Fight is not what you do and what I do. You cannot accept yourself, you hate yourself or you love yourself or you are too much for yourself or you are too little for yourself, that's a grammar, I am not going into it but the fact is you don't accept yourself and I cannot sit back and take this KarmaKarma The law of cause and effect applied to mental, moral, and physical actions. Ego attaches us to and identifies us with objects, feelings, and thoughts. These attachments create a bias toward certain lines of action. Instead of acting you begin reacting. Karmas are the conditions required in order to balance or complete these tendencies. Though necessary, karma is not dictatorial or fatalistic. It is the mechanism that allows the finite experience of existence to maintain and stabilize itself. We all have free will and can take actions to re-direct the momentum of a karma. We can transform it or neutralize it using meditation, jappa, good deeds, or intuition that remove your sense of ego and the identification with that past line of action. on my consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. that you don't accept yourself and I accept you. That's the most ridiculous betrayal, which can ever happen.

My job is you come as a saint. I say, little more because you do not understand, I am not a spiritual teacher for you here to cater to your consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , I am not worried, you get God or not, I am not worried, you became saint or not, I am not worried you are a human or not, all I worry is that you should not end up as a cockroach and if you shall, if thou shall not accept Infinity, cockroach is your next life because that is where the significant cockroach, you just read this bacterial age and all that stuff, cockroach is very important thing, it's as important as a holy man. That's why, it lives in the darkness, he eats, you know what it eats. It has, it has lot of behavior like you,

(Student's laughter)

You cannot curse it but that's where the problem is. Problem is that the purpose of life is to accept Infinity and be it. You can only be defeated if you accept it. So, we say look at this, this is our song, it is totally American song, it's true, we die before we fall. Sing that line please.

Students: Things are down and darkest...

YB: Things are down and darkest.

Students: That's when we stand tallest.

YB: Wait a minute now this is American English, I didn't import it from Spain right? Now sing it again please.

(Students singing, 'When things are down and darkest...')

(Students stop singing)

Now I want that line we die before we fall, you are going to sing the whole song.

Students: (----)

YB: Yeah.

Student: (----)

(Students' laughter)

YB: This is the song you sing everyday and you can't catch that line?

(Students continues)

(Students stop singing)

That is Krishna, can't believe it. Hah?

Students: (----)

YB: This is your song you will never finish your GurdwaraGurdwara Literally the door of the Guru; traditional place where Sikh worship services are held. before singing it right and you have been doing for ten, twelve, fifteen years right and this, I have to just want to understand how much you understand things.

(Students continues the song)

(Students stop singing)

Now wait, wait, wait, this is what you sing, right? Do you understand it? You can't, people think they leave 3HO and leave DharmaDharma A path of righteous living. It is both an ideal of virtue and a path of action that is infused with clear awareness and comprised of actions that are the soul in total synchrony with the universe. It is action without reaction or karma. and they leave AmritAmrit , Aamrit The nectar of bliss; also the ceremony in which a person dedicates their life to the Khalsa. and they are fine. No, you can't turn back at all. You can't because in a human life the destiny and fate shall have one chance and you have the choice. You shall meet your spiritual teacher once and you shall commit to DharmaDharma A path of righteous living. It is both an ideal of virtue and a path of action that is infused with clear awareness and comprised of actions that are the soul in total synchrony with the universe. It is action without reaction or karma. once. You recognize it or not or you know it or not, as you sing this song everyday, you recognize this line or not that is your problem, song has nothing to lose, it is there with you. That's your understanding.

There is no way to go. There is no alternative DharmaDharma A path of righteous living. It is both an ideal of virtue and a path of action that is infused with clear awareness and comprised of actions that are the soul in total synchrony with the universe. It is action without reaction or karma. , there is no religion, it's all lies and false, there is only one reality, one God and one Infinity, get it anywhere you want. Religions have compromised, Buddh Dharm never compromised. Oh later on we compromise from Huyang, Sayang, Sayang, except BuddhaBuddha An enlightened one; founder of the Buddhist faith. everything is all right. Huyang be BuddhaBuddha An enlightened one; founder of the Buddhist faith. , from be BuddhaBuddha An enlightened one; founder of the Buddhist faith. to accept BuddhaBuddha An enlightened one; founder of the Buddhist faith. , do you understand the difference? That's why the state of mind Bemukh, who turned their face, Mannmukh who only listen to their mind. Sunmukh, who listen to the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. but don't understand they sing the song of Khalsa but they don't know what they are singing and which line is what? Yeh Sunmukhani, that is Sunmukh. Bemukh, Mannmukh, Sunmukh and then a stage is Gurmukh, those who speak the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. 's word.

A states of mind, Bemukh, they are passionately neurotic, passionately, they will face their neurosis passionately, pursue them passionately, Bemukh. Mannmukh, their intellectual mental games, head games they will never... you know how head game is serious sometime, you know, I have seen people now I have met them physically don't say that I am wrong. They know scriptures, they know every truth in the world and they can talk and count on it but from head they cannot come to heart.

They know truth, they understand, they will talk to you, they can convince you, they can be with you, they can convince you so much that you think, oh wow but when it comes to doing, nothing. Those who pursue their neurosis with all love and affection are Bemukh. Neurotic pursuit is Bemukh. Mannmukh is head trip. Sunmukh is knowing not knowing. Hey twilight zone hah. Yeah, Sunmukh is twilight zone. We are all in it and Gurmukh is when Infinity is achieved experienced and becomes part of us. We can't turn back at all.

So Prahaladh was going,

(Student's laughter)

Heat was upside down doing thing, everybody watching, everybody was calling, Jai Hiranya Kasyap, Jai Hiranya Kasyap. You know and with the equal sound Prahaladh was saying, Jai Ram, Jai Ram, Jai Ram, Jai Ram, Jai Ram, Jai Ram Hari, Siri Ram, Siri Ram, that's the mantraMantra Sounds or words that tune or control the mind. Somebody today called me, he said, "I am very much complaint, somebody is abusing you, calling you names and this and that."

I said, "Well, I know, she used to be my great daughter and she is now paying lot of KarmaKarma The law of cause and effect applied to mental, moral, and physical actions. We can transform it or neutralize it using meditation, jappa, good deeds, or intuition that remove your sense of ego and the identification with that past line of action. ."

She said, "Through our conversation call is enough, I couldn't take it anymore."

I said, "Congratulation, you have graduated today."

She said, "Howcome?"

I said, "After listening two hours to abusive calls and all about me, you could survive and call me back, isn't something wonderful?"

She said, "That's what you feel sir?"

I said, "What else? I believe in survival, I don't believe in defeat."

She said, "You want to know what she said?"

I said, "I can tell you myself."

She said, "How you know?"

I said, "Listen to this." And I start repeating it, you won't believe it how exact I was.

She said, "Really now I believe you, you are my father and you are really yogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. ."

I said, "Because I can repeat those abuses." I said, "That has become a daily lesson now for me, it comes from every corner, everyday same story."

She said, "Why we do that?"

I said, "You need an excuse to blame somebody else to do yourself in, that's all it is, simple English, it's a bottom line theory."

So anyway Prahaladh was walking, heat was getting intense, life became miserable and he reached a twilight zone where the heat created such a hot air, you couldn't breathe. So breath became that's why they used to kill people to test their faith, see what they are up to. Prahaladh walked further and he looked at that beautiful iron hot pillar and he saw little ant walking through that heat upwards. He smiled, he looked around and laughed and everybody thought that because of the hot air he is getting crazy,

(Student's laughter)

You know that's what they say. Went up, went up, went up, went to the stairs, didn't fall. Normally, heat at that moment could have been that much... the skin could start burning, cloths could catch fire, that's how hot that used to be. Nothing happened and he went and wanted to just go and jump and hug the big hot pillar and then walk back because it was cold like ice. The pillar cracked out of which Narsingh Avatar, incarnation of man and lion happened. It walked in that amazement caught Hiranya Kasyap, sit down on the middle of the gate, it is neither in nor back, outside, what do you call it? Hah?

It is not morning, it's not evening, sun is not out not in. Neither it is day nor it is night. Twilight zone, twilight space, twilight man, twilight animal, all you got conditions are met, are you ready to go now?"

Hiranya Kasyap said, "Can I ask Prahaladh for forgiveness."

And God said, "You have never recognized the difference between him and Me and tore it up." Hiranya Kasyap died. Prahaladh became the king and man of God. What I am trying to explain to you is, in every life there comes twilight zone. Faith and doubt are two ingredients of life.

When you will seeing, start seeing God through death and life, high and low between a prostitute and a Goddess, between a saint and a thief, then you will start walking in the realm of compassion and out of you will come kindness.

Once I was going somewhere one girl got very mad and start calling the names and one person was walking with me, he said, "Sir, let us go away, she is a bitch."

I said, "Dear bitch has the itch, I am going to stitch don't worry, wait."

He said, "You really asked for trouble."

I said, "When I walk away from trouble it doubles, so I can't go away."

He said, "Sir it is not right here, it is dangerous."

I said, "I know but this is the moment, paying my debt as a teacher, it is the moment, she has to receive my instructions. This is the moment I have to tell her the truth and this is the moment she has to deny it."

She said, "What will happen?"

I said, "This is the time fate will take her away, destiny will be lost but I have to do my last thing, that's why in every death, they call is the last rights." Scottish rite you are aware in the West, there is a religious teaching in the Christianity, you must have seen their Temples and...

There is a song you have sung, it is so spiritual, there is no song like it, there is no scripture like it, there is no truth like it, there is nothing in the world ever was, is and shall be like it and that song you wrote. That song is not written by any saint, by any GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. and that song is 'flower of the rain.' It is so spiritual, it is so true and it is so real. If you all can understand two songs, songs of the Khalsa. Because you must understand Khalsa mean pure, purity is crystallization, it is transparent, it cannot have cloud or opaqueness. Purity is clarity. Cleanliness is Godliness. So GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Gobind SinghGuru Gobind Singh Tenth Guru of the Sikhs. has not taught you anything wrong or right, I am just repeating, reminding in a very simple basic language to you to understand where your strength lies.

If you do not know where your strength lies, where your Infinity lies, you cannot win and there is no substitute for victory. Beauty is not in your makeup. Beauty is in your keep up. Everybody knows you put a lipstick, you eat food, it is gone, you do it again. You don't have burning red lips. Rather there are lot of black stuff underneath the lipstick and when you saw your nails getting pale, you start painting it left and right because you can't stand that paleness. There are certain parts of the body, which are mirror to health and to age and they bug you the most, that's why makeup is very essential. You want to look young without your soul.

I was talking to a doctor that day, he came to see me and we were translating it from Spanish to English and I was talking to him and I said, "Doctor do you want to know that you are in trouble?"

He said, "How?"

I said, "There is a switch in your lips and there is a switch in your body and there is a switch in your hemispheres." And I took him before a mirror and showed him.

And he said, "Yeah, I never noticed it."

I said, "You see your face everyday as you sing songs of Khalsa everyday and you do not know where the line fits in."

So he didn't know his lips are twisted like that and he didn't bear, he thought it is normal. No normal lips are not twisted on one side and up and it is not a bow and a arrow business. No, it is not. And I said, "Do you know doctor what is happening to you?"

He said, "What?"

I said, "Your lungs are not breathing right and you are giving your blood less oxygen because oxygen has to go from the breath and this twist is showing up."

He said, "What I can do?"

I said, "Start breathing from the navel pointNavel Point The sensitive area of the body near the umbilicus that accumulates and stores life force. It is the reserve energy from this area that initiates the flow of the Kundalini energy from the base of the spine. If the navel area is strong, your vital force and health are also strong. , you will be okay, you need to compensate." I said, "Whatever you eat good food, energetic food everything but must understand energy comes from the breath of life and these lung starts giving one third breath, half breath, one-fourth breath, full breath."

SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Yug, Dwapur, Treta, Kalyug. When the breath was full, when three-fourth, when one-half and when one-fourth. Breath of life is the strength. That's what I am trying to explain you that song is beautiful and GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. says,

'Hiranya Kasyap dusht har marya prahaladh traya Ram rajye.'

God came through and establish Prahaladh as a king and killed Himself, the king Hiranya Kasyap. Dhust, who was just doing nothing but bad acts. Those of you who understand this song which, we are going to sing can understand all. Let us sing that. Flowers of the rain.

Now do me a favor today specially please.

When you sing the song, sing in English, be American and one honest song you should sing honestly and understand honestly. Can you do that? Am I wrong to say after eighteen years? I want you today to sing this song consciously. Living unconsciously, subconsciously, consciously is worthless, little better than other. Living with supreme consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. is taking everything to consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. .

You know it's very funny, I asked somebody, I said, "Live with supreme consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. ."

He said, "What is that?"

"Arey, supreme conscious is when you take negative and positive to it, that's called supreme consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , that's called Infinity, that's called Ek Ong Kar." Therefore, the whole theory of the whole thing is on one line, Ek Ong Kar, there is but one God. There is but one, no second, no duality, no doubt. Doubt and duality has no quality but death of Karmic law. The one, the one only one has no other duality but the law of life. So sing the song consciously, come on let us do it.

(Students singing the song)

If anybody is ever depressed has no way to go to, can't reach anywhere, just play this tape to yourself. I just wanted to give you an experience, this is eight hundred and seven carat ruby shining behind a laser beam and you can understand his healing power, so don't misunderstand stones don't work, even people who have stone heads, they sometime do a job, don't try to steal it, it has a bullet proofed glass and four people, fourth men of strong will cannot even carry it so and it is well nailed so. It's well guarded but you can stand in the light of it and you can feel the ancient saying, sunshine and rays of the rubies are divine. I never knew why they said that? But I just want to give you an experience but when you are very depressed extremely which you normally are and that's the most of your religion.

(Students' laughter)

I mean, I am not saying something not happening to many of you, try to put this tape on with your earphones and calmly listen to the words. You won't believe the experience. Singing everything, knowing everything, doing everything with a head is a bad trip. Do it once with heart, you will never regret it. Accept never defeat and so long you can't accept defeat you cannot be defeated. Infinity is God must accept it, I'll keep up till you accept it. That's where we started, not what we think today we started for. All promise souls have to come to be redeemed to face the destiny or the fate, the spiritual death. Blessed are those, who have consciously recognized their being. Blessed are those who have consciously recognized their being for the time being and blessed are those who have recognized their being for the sake of time and space. May Thy will and Thy hand of mercy guide all those who are trying to be guided into the hand of their destiny and may they be saved from their fate. In spite of the fact it is very late to pray but may our prayer be heard, may Thy will prevail and may each one who you created oh Lord be blessed by Thy grace.
