Sikh Sikh Dharma A living experience of values as taught in the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. DharmaSikh Dharma A living experience of values as taught in the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. Dharma A path of righteous living. It is both an ideal of virtue and a path of action that is infused with clear awareness and comprised of actions that are the soul in total synchrony with the universe. It is action without reaction or karma. basically believes to create three things, prosperity of the soul, we call it wakash, prosperity of the mind, we call it purity and prosperity of the body that means in a simple word to create ourself in the wealth in which we can translate our life and make others convenient and happy and all that thing in Sikh Sikh Dharma A living experience of values as taught in the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. DharmaSikh Dharma A living experience of values as taught in the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. Dharma A path of righteous living. It is both an ideal of virtue and a path of action that is infused with clear awareness and comprised of actions that are the soul in total synchrony with the universe. It is action without reaction or karma. is blended under one word called SevaSeva Selfless Service. the heart of the Aashram experience is serving each other. .

Wakash, Prakash, SevaSeva Selfless Service. the heart of the Aashram experience is serving each other. . This subject has never been touched, intentionally because it seems to be difficult or projectionally because it is very needed subject but people think that if they touch it they do not know where it will lead.

Wakash means expansion, wakash means vastness, Infinity.

Prakash the purity, purity shines the spirit is pure that's why it shines the purity of the soul gives you the light. The only way the darkness will go away is if there's a light, if you built a candle and don't light it will be useless, if you put a candle very beautiful candle and put in a dark room and you say well the light will glow, it's not true, you have to light the candle, moment you light the candle the darkness will go that is definite that is Prakash, light, spread of light.

And then third word which prosperity can do for you is SevaSeva Selfless Service. the heart of the Aashram experience is serving each other. , if you have wealth and you have means and you have other things you can serve some people you can do for needy you can make people who needs health to heal them you can do so many things with wealth, or you can sit yourself and enjoy it, doesn't matter what you do, but there is a chance there, Wakash, Prakash and SevaSeva Selfless Service. the heart of the Aashram experience is serving each other. . It all can be done in these three areas of prosperity for which Sikh Sikh Dharma A living experience of values as taught in the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. DharmaSikh Dharma A living experience of values as taught in the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. Dharma A path of righteous living. It is both an ideal of virtue and a path of action that is infused with clear awareness and comprised of actions that are the soul in total synchrony with the universe. It is action without reaction or karma. guarantees a human being who walks on this path shall happen, then idea is why it doesn't happen. If it is promised, it is guaranteed and the whole methodology and technology is written, why we are not very prosperous, we are prosperous not that very prosperous we are very expansive but not very expensive, we expand but don't not why what is hindering? Hindering part of life is the prejudice, we have a prejudice against ourself, we juggle against ourself, we block ourself, we block our expansion, we are always guided by fear not by faith.

Some people say what do you mean by faith? You have a blind faith, blind faith comes only when everything has been looked into and worked out, blind faith doesn't come by closing your eyes you have blind faith. Mind doesn't stop working or creating doubts, it's the job of the mind to do that, you have negative mindNegative Mind One of the three Functional Minds. It is the fastest and acts to defend you. It asks, "How can this harm me? How can this limit or stop me?" It is also the power to just say no, stop something, or reject a direction of action. it will negate everything you have positive mindPositive Mind One of the three Functional Minds. It elaborates, magnifies, extends, and assists. It asks, "How can this help me? How can I use this? What is the positive side of this?" , it may not give you any positive attitude you have neutral mindNeutral Mind The most refined and often the least developed of the three Functional Minds. It judges and assesses. It witnesses and gives you clarity. It holds the power of intuition and the ability to see your purpose and destiny. It is the gateway for awareness. rarely you can touch it but don't misunderstand that your mind will stop and you will have blind faith, people think blind faith is a very junior thing it's a bad thing. No, it is very rare that out of millions one percent may develop, one person may develop blind faith.

Blind faith means when you know the elementary motive of life, blind faith does not mean the fanaticism which is wrongly associated, blind faith also does not mean that you are just totally prejudice and you are not willing to entertain any other idea. Blind faith only means, your faith has become blinded it doesn't want any side of it because it has found the right direction. Blind faith is energy it makes you to move it makes you to achieve because the elementary motive is before you, you have put blinders on the side, you don't waste your energy this and that you don't discuss anything.

In Sikh Sikh Dharma A living experience of values as taught in the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. DharmaSikh Dharma A living experience of values as taught in the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. Dharma A path of righteous living. It is both an ideal of virtue and a path of action that is infused with clear awareness and comprised of actions that are the soul in total synchrony with the universe. It is action without reaction or karma. we have four five categories, those who get up in the morning with all their problems, but they put their BanaBana , Baana One's outward projection, often refers to a specified clothing that projects a consciousness. perfect, they don't have less problems than others but they put their BanaBana , Baana One's outward projection, often refers to a specified clothing that projects a consciousness. perfect, they crown themself right, then they conduct themself right, then they carry themself right, then they care for that right and they come home right. All this a person does with two hundred million problems, that man is a successful, prosperity shall come to that person, but people who will waste their time to just get indulged in those problems, becomes problem solvers, will never leave home.

Problems are confrontations, weaknesses these are the hollow points on which we dwell, but the beauty of the problem is when problem comes it never stays it comes to go. Who stays with the problem? You, problem never stays with you, problem comes to go, you stay with the problem. Life never came to you because you asked for, life came to you and you got up, sleep never comes to you that you asked for it, sleep comes to you and you sleep. If you want to sleep you can sleep, if you want to be from dead to be born you can't. There is hardly one thing you can do and that thing is you can stay with the problems that's all, tell me if you have found any other thing which you can do by yourself. We stay with problem and from problem to stay with problem we create the prejudices, and when we create prejudices that stop our projection, it stops our projection then what happens is, all what we have become too little, too shallow, too painful and we live miserable.

Misery is not what you can buy in the market happiness and prosperity is not you can posses, misery is what you create, and prosperity is you let go, you don't stay with it, because you can stay with one thing, you can stay with misery or you can stay prosperity make a choice. You can't travel to the south and reach North Pole, you have to decide in your life what is important, is misery, problem, negation.

I remember one day in Canada, I was hungry from three days I didn't want to eat somewhere where I'm not sure and you know in Canada I found it out even a soup has a broth in it of something and chicken something in it, I was very miserable three days no food and I was having some beans and something like this and whatever I could get I was carrying on myself. One morning I got happily dressed up and some relative of mine tauntingly said, "You seem to be happy where are you going?"

I said, "Somewhere to eat."

She said, "You have not eaten from three days."

"I thank God you didn't prepare anything for me anyway."

"Where are you going to eat?"

I said, "Well seventy-two hours is a limit with God too, somewhere He's going to provide."

He said, "Oh, YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. now your brain is really become nice, now you think God has become your cook?"

I said, "What you mean God has become my cook?" I said, "God has not only become cook, God is going to lay the table, God is going to serve the food, God is going to do everything, would you like to come with me?"

She said, "Hey wait I've seen your God and that kind of God's many time."

I said, "All right." So I just walked normally to my place and in between a person met me he said, "Yogiji SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. When used as a greeting it means "I greet and salute that reality and truth which is your soul." It is called the Bij Mantra - the seed for all that comes. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. A Naam gives identity, form, and expression to that which was only essence or subtle before. It is also referred to as the Word. , where are you going?"

I said, "I'm going to the Hacienda de Guru Ram Das , The Ashram The grounds of Yogi Bhajan's traditional home and ranch in Espanola, NM, as well the surrounding businesses, gurdwara and langar hall. ashramHacienda de Guru Ram Das , The Ashram The grounds of Yogi Bhajan's traditional home and ranch in Espanola, NM, as well the surrounding businesses, gurdwara and langar hall. He said, "No, no, no please come home. I went there you already left."

I said, "What is there in your home?"

He said, "Please come me with me."

I went there was a big feast, it was their family feast, they wanted me to come and bless, so I did the blessing, we ate a feast we had, but I told them, I said, "What has been served, pack it properly, everything in the feast should be packed." A big huge bundle was made, it was brought to the Hacienda de Guru Ram Das , The Ashram The grounds of Yogi Bhajan's traditional home and ranch in Espanola, NM, as well the surrounding businesses, gurdwara and langar hall. ashramHacienda de Guru Ram Das , The Ashram The grounds of Yogi Bhajan's traditional home and ranch in Espanola, NM, as well the surrounding businesses, gurdwara and langar hall. Ashram , Aashram A community of practitioners who come together to live conscious, mindful lives. , in the evening I took back home, I said, "Hello, I had a feast I want you to share." When things were laid down and spread, she said, "Who cooked it for you?"

I said, "God, and He served it and then He brought in my mind the idea, I should carry something for you."

Just to make the point very clear, I said, "Do you see that sweet dish?"

The person said, "Yes."

I said, "Pick it up."

Believe how God work, she couldn't her hands got stuck, she said, "Now you are doing mischief."

I said, "I'm not, honest to God I have no such thing, God is showing you the food is there you want to eat, I know you were looking at it all the time now pick it up," she couldn't.

I understood scientifically she was so anxious to eat it, anxiety got her, her nervous system got stuck I understood there was no miracle but at that time anxiety was sure, then I took the plate before everything was normal she ate it, my idea was to ask her I said, "Do you understand even you have food you can't eat." Because you have to recognize, even the nervous system to you is given by God, even you think so many things the brain is given to you by God, if it doesn't work what you can do? The breath of life, who breathes you, who lives you? AtmaAtma The soul or finite form of the Infinite in consciousness. It is transcendental in nature, not a product of the mind but a part of pure awareness. It is a witness of everything and can only be revealed through itself. , the soul, so it is our purpose of life to expand, Wakash. And what stops it? Prejudice.

I caught somebody she was not wearing a BanaBana , Baana One's outward projection, often refers to a specified clothing that projects a consciousness. and why I caught it? She was shy because she was driving the car getting under the steering wheel, so I said, no, no this is a person who is conscious and has been found by me now I must punish, I must go after her, must check, must have dialogue and I knew when a person can go under the steering wheel to drive there must be something so I caught, I said, "Hi how are you?"

"You know I was, I was just in a hurry and I was..."

I said, "What hurry, I didn't ask anything I said hello how are you? I mean are you nice, fine I've not seen you, how are you?"

"I'm okay, I am very fine."

I said, "Well I am very fine too."

"Ah that's all you want to say!"

I said, "That's all I want to say, I just want say hello."

"But I'm not properly dressed up."

I said, "Well," I said, "You are very precious."

"Why?"

I said, "At least you are conscious. You are conscious you are not dressed that is better conscious sensitivity than anything else I know therefore I thought I should tell you, my sight should not prove it to you that you should go under the steering and cause an accident, you're very precious, so please drive carefully."

And she said in American expression now I'm giving you the exact copy of that, "Damn it I knew it I should not have done it and God every day I dressed up properly and today I didn't and he catch me." I couldn't believe it the pain was so much the burst was so heavy,

I said, "Wait a minute my daughter that's not, I am sorry if I stopped you, I just thought just to tell you how safe it is."

She said, "It happens to me all the time, I am..."

I said, "Don't stay with it never happens to you all the time."

So what I feel is that, it is not that you are not conscious, I am going to be sixty-one year old today, in sixty-one year I have to tell you a basic truth, in sixty-one years I have not met one man who want to be wrong, I have not met any person. I have met wrong persons, I have met wrong situations, I have met a lot of things, but there is not a one person who has directly or indirectly a intention to be wrong. Then why we go wrong? Because our prejudice bind us and make us slave and put us into the dungeon where we never wanted to go.

How can we get out of the prejudice? That's the idea, that's the situation. I was talking to some people, if you read all the scriptures in the whole universe, know them, read them, master them, in the end you will find three lines SadhanaSadhana , Saadhana A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. The Aquarian Sadhana can be an individual or group practice; Ideally, it includes the recitation of Japji Sahib, a Kundalini Yoga kriya, and chanting the Aquarian Sadhana meditations, immediately followed by Gurdwara. According to Yogi Bhajan, the potency of any Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice will be enhanced in a group setting. , Aradhana, Prabupathi. SadhanaSadhana , Saadhana A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. The Aquarian Sadhana can be an individual or group practice; Ideally, it includes the recitation of Japji Sahib, a Kundalini Yoga kriya, and chanting the Aquarian Sadhana meditations, immediately followed by Gurdwara. According to Yogi Bhajan, the potency of any Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice will be enhanced in a group setting. is daily routine, daily discipline. Aradhana is keeping it continuously and then you'll become divine masters. There's no other way out. This is as you see it. If you take the total sum of the knowledge of all religions of all wisemen before you, now and they have to come, these three lines are decisive. If you cannot rise in the morning in the west thinking it is a eastern thing, isn't there a western saying, early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. What do you want? This is all what you want. In this prejudice world, if we carry the prejudices they will kill us, they will take away the light of the soul.

Excuse me let this hinder go through.

(YB Coughs takes a break)

If you will overwork with me you will do like this too, that is a lesson to learn but I'm not going to stop it because there is lot to do but I advice you against my own practice don't overwork, sometime we do pressure body to come through, it does come through like a nice servant very obedient, it's a gift of God but at one time it stops. Those stops are beautiful they tell you that you got to go, get prepared, get ready, but however prejudice is a personal creation, it is a piece of art with which one falls in love. Every person creates his own prejudice and they differ, as your nose has a identity though they look alike but no noses and no thumb impression is ever the same, exactly prejudices are never the same, prejudices are catered by a fear of subconscious and it is totally projected by unconscious, therefore there is a trouble in the world and that trouble will continue, if you do not get up in the morning by one reason or the other doesn't matter, and do not clear your mind, and clear your subconscious, unconscious will overload you with prejudices and that will block your prosperity.

Unfortunately you understand prosperity and prosperity only in the terms of the Earth, good job, wealth, good family, good things around, but that's one part of it, second part of it the wisdom the mind and third part of it is carrying people to higher consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , higher level, getting them out of the mud these are the three aspects of life. Those who live for themself, I'm not asking them they are selfish but they are no less than that, such people have only enjoyed their one third of life, those who have become wise and have expanded, they have used their wisdom to improve their life over others, they are also selfish, they have lived two third of their life, but those who have used everything to help other and expand others and give them all, they have lived complete life. Because the God who gave you the self when you used that self for His creation then you are selfless otherwise you are selfish.

So anything done for you by you is religiously true and for your sake and for your religion sake and for your people sake but that does not make you a human, that makes you a person. As a religious man you are supposed to deal with the reality this is one God and one reality and equal for all. Therefore we have to live a life where we must not live with a prejudice.

In New York I was speaking in a GurdwaraGurdwara Literally the door of the Guru; traditional place where Sikh worship services are held. , first time I went to Indian GurdwaraGurdwara Literally the door of the Guru; traditional place where Sikh worship services are held. to speak, and God created a miracle, GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Ram Das Fourth Guru of the Sikhs. Ram DasGuru Ram Das Fourth Guru of the Sikhs. created a miracle, Kirtan was happening, those people were very nice, Kirtan was very melodious and everybody was in their perfect solitude. Then there a man not very old but his hand was twisted, his mouth was fallen, he couldn't even walk he was born sick or something, he walked in, I was shocked to see everybody's eyes opened up, everybody's SadhanaSadhana , Saadhana A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. The Aquarian Sadhana can be an individual or group practice; Ideally, it includes the recitation of Japji Sahib, a Kundalini Yoga kriya, and chanting the Aquarian Sadhana meditations, immediately followed by Gurdwara. According to Yogi Bhajan, the potency of any Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice will be enhanced in a group setting. went somewhere else. So much so I got up what happened because I did feel the vibration at that moment, I looked that man was coming there and everybody was looking, something special had happened, finally there was two beautiful gentle people they gave the space they made him sit down and he was comfortable and he satSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. down and he closed his eyes and he was just better than all of those people. He was just one with the entire environment, his spiritual vastness and endurance, his mental strength and personality all totally take over the handicap of his body, but we the butchers, the meat eaters or meat cutters only valued the meat.

Right there I saw and I was surprised that all these people who are one with God, who were listening to the most melodious Kirtan totally became alert to something indifferent they could not tolerate, that is why when Raja Janak wanted to adapt a GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. , many people came finally (Vashtakaram)Ashatavakra came that means the man has each limb twisted eight times that's what his name was, when he came in the court everybody laughed at him, there he said, "You only judge by meat not by mind and you might judge by mind not by the soul." Raja Janak said, "The condition was that if I put my one foot on the saddle of the horse and jump over I should become acknowledged man by then, whosoever can give me that gyan that knowledge will be my GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. ." Everybody tried and in case you can't do it, punishment is jail. He said, "Raja, you want to accept me as a GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. I may fail or pass but what do you offer? You want knowledge what you offer?"

He said, "I can give you anything and everything."

He said, "No, I don't want anything and everything, if you offer me your soul, your spirit then I can light it like a candle, I can light it and there'll be a light."

Raja said, "Fine, I give you my soul."

Ashtavakra said, "Proceed." Raja proceeded one step, he said, "Stop."

He said, "No, I have to ride the horse."

He said, "No, you can't."

"Why not?"

He said, "Raja you have a body, you have a mind, you have a spirit, you have a status, you have acknowledgement, you have all the perfections, you are a Raj Raj Yogi , Raaj Yogi A yogi who follows the royal or highest path. One who excels and exalts the self in the midst of life without monastic withdrawal. One who places the self on the throne and presides with consciousness over all domains of manifestation, internal and external. (See Kundalini Yoga, Yogi.) YogiRaj Yogi , Raaj Yogi A yogi who follows the royal or highest path. One who excels and exalts the self in the midst of life without monastic withdrawal. One who places the self on the throne and presides with consciousness over all domains of manifestation, internal and external. (See Kundalini Yoga, Yogi.) Yogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. you are called Janak as a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. , Janak as a king, you are one of the incarnation of God, that's all true," he said, "Then what's the problem?"

He said, "But you don't have a soul, you gave it to me, you are dead."

He said, "I'm alive."

He said, "According to you, according to me you are dead."

He said, "What is the difference?"

"The soul is taken by the agent of God or by me now, you gave your soul to me didn't you?"

He said, "Yes."

He said, "Then you are dead."

"Okay I want gyan."

I said, "This is gyan, don't give your soul to anybody this is gyan idiot don't you understand."

He said, "Oh my God, sir you conned me into it."

He said, "No, it was a fair communication, you want knowledge of the whole universe you have to offer me you asked me what you want, I asked your soul, you gave it to me."

We gave our soul to our prejudices and then we are not prosperous and then we cry to the whole world and we hit with the walls. The real prosperity cannot come to you folks, if you give your soul in imprisonment to the prejudice which you built, you are against your soul. You are against your soul, you are against your spirit, you are against your God. There is no God outside and there's no God inside either. God is as you believe it to be, there is no Sikh if you don't believe you are a Sikh, there's no human if you don't believe you are a human, there is no prosperity if you don't believe you are prosperous, then why can't you not believe though you need prosperity why do you not prosper? Because you actually subconsciously, consciously and unconsciously you have given your soul to your prejudices. You cannot obey because you are prejudiced, you are afraid, you think perhaps somebody is going to tell you something and you are going to be horrible, miserable, you cannot live because you are insecure, 'oh this is going to happen to me, that's going to happen to me, this somebody is going to say, that...' Hey wait a minute, what are you doing, ah?

You cannot live, you want to be alive, you cannot be prosperous, you want to be prosperous, why can't you not stop creating your prejudices? You ask me how can I stop my prejudices, you can't obey because you are afraid you are insecure and those who can obey can command, law is simple, one who doesn't know how to obey doesn't know how to command, you have to learn to obey, you can't obey because you do not have vastness for you in the west to obey means you are a slave, but in the east to obey means you succeed, you show your strength you prove your faculty, if somebody tells you impossible and you do the impossible it means you are victorious over the impossible you have conquered the impossible therefore you are conquered, you are the master of the victory in the name of the Creator God because you did with the spirit, with your mind and with your soul, that is what, Wahe Wahe Guru , Whaa-hay Guroo A mantra of ecstasy and dwelling in God. He said, "It was not bad."

He said, "Now you are going before a judge, you will go like this naked? Why don't you, I'll give you a big shawl or some coat you wear it on to present yourself in the court."

He said, "No, you take me as I am." So first thing the judge saw look at him he said, "Who is this?"

He said, "He's one of the accused."

He said, "Why did you arrest this man?"

"Sir he was in that area."

He said, "When, he was like this when you arrested him?"

He said, "Yes."

"He kept like this throughout the arrest?"

He said, "Yes."

He said, "He's come here like this."

He said, "Yes."

He said, "What crime he can commit? Bring the prosecutor."

"Sir we were ordered to round up everybody in that sir."

He said, "What sir? This man is not only naked of the word he's naked of the crime too, bring him in my chamber," it's a true story. He brought him in the chamber, ask him he said, "Man why you got arrested?" He said the same thing. "I did a wonderful job arrest was very nice."

He said, "How come?"

He said, "I told all people in that confinement to be happy and I kept them very happy, it was a wonderful experience, judge can you send me back there?"

He said, "Get out of here." He called the prosecutor, later on the policeman said, "I want to be forgiven."

He said, "Why?"

He said, "If I would have given you a coat perhaps judge would have listened to the charges and the story the very fact you came with your presence it worked so hard on him, not only he let you go he dismissed the case, everybody else with you got freed."
