YogisYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. have come, huh? Good.

You are okay?

Senses and communication. All what that moves creates a vibration. And that is NaadNaad The inner sound that is subtle and all-present. It is the direct expression of the Absolute. Meditated upon, it leads into a sound current that pulls the consciousness into expansion. . In the modern technology, in the depth of the ocean, from pure sound we can understand what kind of submarine is. Submarine is at the depth. And submarine can know what kind of ship is, ship can know what kind of submarine is. Same way, the big fish knows the small fish and small fish knows the big fish. As we move, our psyche knows our existence and our existence knows our psyche. That is all external at larger situation but there is a communication song of life that is between the soul and the mind and from the mind of the being. But to overcome our mental strength to reach a point where we can excel in life, there are certain graduations. That is we create a sound which is understandable. Languages are different but all the means is understandable sound.

(YB makes a sound)

That is a taste.

(YB makes a sound)

That is a love.

(YB whistles)

That is a whistle, that is draw the attention. Wah! That's a expression. Hey! That's a direction. There are certain common sounds which are common in all the languages. But there are sounds which you do not hear but you hear them within yourself.

Tonight we are going to explore that science. Let us see first to look at the subtle sounds, Anaadi NaadNaad The inner sound that is subtle and all-present. It is the direct expression of the Absolute. Meditated upon, it leads into a sound current that pulls the consciousness into expansion. . Anaadi NaadNaad The inner sound that is subtle and all-present. It is the direct expression of the Absolute. Meditated upon, it leads into a sound current that pulls the consciousness into expansion. , the sound infinite. All right, ready? Are you ready for the hard work?

Place your hands in this situation, please. It's a very simple, no, no, not this way, just this way. Two palms against each other. And move just little bit. And feel the sound, close your eyes. It is the sound of your total magnetic field. Very simple, very small it moves, but it is creative. You don't hear it. Your ears don't record it but you feel it. A sound which you can feel what can't hear but you can create. Keep on moving and keep on enjoying. While you are doing that, create a mental sound. Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har, but don't utter it, don't, just feel it. Keep moving and as you move, within that movement you find that sound.

Yes. Just develop that feeling. That is the beginning of your general intelligent sense. Now we are précising the, defining the undefinable, the Aadi NaadNaad The inner sound that is subtle and all-present. It is the direct expression of the Absolute. Meditated upon, it leads into a sound current that pulls the consciousness into expansion. , the primal sound current. We are using the mind to create the sound of Har. We may not do it but it is essential to concentrate. And therefore we must concentrate, so we need a tool. It is just like you are circulating your rosary and you are going through the sound which your ears cannot hear but your feelings can feel it and as you are mentally creating the sound of Har, that gives you the rhythm. Create the rhythm and enjoy the electromagnetic psyche relating to your field.

Just move very sophisticatedly and subtly. Create the mental rhythm of the sound of Har, let the hands move slowly but fast enough to coincide with the rhythm. Now you are the master and you are the student, you are the great and you are the small. You are the ShaktiShakti The creative power and principle of existence itself. Without it nothing can manifest or bloom. It is feminine in nature. and you are the Shakta. You are God and God's creation and it's all within the movement of your hands.

Two things can happen. Either you'll get into it and feel very comfortable, it shall be very healing. Or you shall be very irritated and your mind will like to revolt. You have to exercise control. With discipline you can win, bring the mind again under control. Both way you shall be the winners. And that is the beginning of the NaadNaad The inner sound that is subtle and all-present. It is the direct expression of the Absolute. Meditated upon, it leads into a sound current that pulls the consciousness into expansion. yoga.

Something which can purify you and improve you a lot. Something which shall be a living challenge.

Relate to it deeper and deeper. You are creating an energy field and you are getting the response.

Don't stop. Don't overdo and don't underdo. Control the whole world. Contain it.

Use your strength now. You are entering a self-duality. May I, may I, may I not, should I, should I, should I not. Try to cross that and reach the depth.

Now inhale deep and relax. Please open your eyes and feel comfortable. Now this was the Satvic side of it. Peaceful, tranquilizing. It was the fight within the mind. But this was the communication which you never tried to understand. This is life. Now this is Satvic, then comes TamasTamas One of the three basic qualities of nature (gunas). It represents heaviness, slowness, and dullness. It is inertia and confusion. which means heart and hard. Take this hand and put it under this and make a fist and go like this. Same thing what you were doing but this is you are doing before your hand and fast Har sound you will create but you will move fast. It's hard, fast. You will hear it, you will feel it, you will be in the rhythm of it. But this is something you can relate very well. Don't stop, don't open your eyes, hear the sound, feel it. And create mental sound around it, Har, Har, Har, Har, Har and go faster and faster and faster and faster.

This is TamasTamas One of the three basic qualities of nature (gunas). It represents heaviness, slowness, and dullness. It is inertia and confusion. , this is the burst of energy. That is how Earth revolves. The start, stars exist. That is the four chambers of your heart. Polarize the energy.

It's a very good exercise otherwise, just for the sake of exercise if you take it. But once you get into the rhythm of it, it will go beyond you. That's what we are trying to practice here.

Now please try to get into it. Fanatically. Create a self-hypnotic hysteria. Understand the depth of the sound and go more and more into it. Beyond your physical body and the strength.

Inhale deep and please relax. Now there is a Rajas spot of it. Rajas spot is, take your hands like this as you stood before but make it little deeper and just go like this and touch it and go like this. Come back like this and come back like this. Go by this and go by this, come back like this and come back like this. That is a royal way of feeling the energy. Touch and sound. Touch and sound. Eyes closed please.

This alone can give you knowledge.

Create the magnetic rhythm.

This will strengthen your arc line and relate to your energy field.

That's all, inhale deep and relax. Now comes the real timing, right? Something you will do. Find it out. And this is the fist. And make the fist like this, please and raise this one finger and look at the tip of your nose. And bring them both to an angle. Look at the tip of the nose and the tip of the finger and the tip of the edge, all three in one line. Concentrate. You will have a funny idea what you are doing. It will totally expand you right, right now. Take this, make this finger, that's one, two and three. Now with two eyes look at the tip of the nose, look at the tip of the finger, look at that hand and concentrate.

Correct.

Nothing moves but from the tip of your finger, you'll feel the energy.

You see cross.

Student: (-----)

YB: Well, keep on seeing, that's okay. Even you see three but keep on seeing something. At one moment it will go away. Fix the vision at the tip of the nose.

Put that Vayanti Karanti Jagat GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. . (?) yeah, English version if possible, if not, the other one.

Keep yourself alert.

(The tape 'Vayanti Karanti Jagat GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. ...' is played)

(The tape stops)

Inhale deep, hold tight, let it go. Inhale deep, deep, deep, hold it tight, let it go.

Inhale very, very deep, hold it tight, let it go.

Relax please, shake up your body totally, totally shake it up. Shake it up, every part of it has to be shaken, just remember that. Come on, come on, do it, let the energy prevail. Shake up, shake up.

How are you? Fine?

Now, now we'll give you a intermission of fifteen to twenty minutes and in those intermission we expect you to talk, as you have done lot of minutes of silence, now you talk and talk and talk and talk and talk, whatever you have to talk, please keep talking. (?).

(Students talk)

Side B

(Students continue talking)

All right. This was to give you basic experience of Aadi NaadNaad The inner sound that is subtle and all-present. It is the direct expression of the Absolute. Meditated upon, it leads into a sound current that pulls the consciousness into expansion. .

Doesn't work?

So please come to posture and repeat. Har, Har, Harey Hari, Har, Harey Hari,

(Students stop chanting)

And relax.

Please stretch your arms and move your shoulders and move your waistline. All right, come back to the same posture now. Now you are doing really a high potency sound current as you said Har, Harey Hari, now we are going to do the other end of it. All right?

Wa-He-GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. . Wa, Wa, Wa, Wa-He, it has to come from navel. It will, it will space you out very fast, if you just not be right from the navel. (Students chant 'Wa-He-GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. ...')

YB (interrupts chanting): Wait, wait, wait, water sound, water sound, Wa-Wa-Wa-Wa-Wa water sound. First sound is the water sound. Hey, Hey is the sound of the wind, the air. GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. is the sound of the fire, light. So these three sounds you are combining, nothing else. YB (over the chant): With strength.

Right from the navel, right from the navel.

Keep up and listen to the resound.

Very, very good.

Keep up, keep up, keep up.

Bravo. Keep up, keep up, keep up, keep up.

Inhale.

(The chanting stops)

Inhale deep and make your finger like a hard like a steel. Put all the pressure and synchronize your finger to the pressure of a steel. Let it go. Inhale again deep. Deep, deep, inhale again, let it go. Let it go, let it go. Inhale deep, exhale deep. Inhale deep, exhale deep. Inhale deep, and deep and deep, hold it tight.

Thank you.

You were very good. I'll like to congratulate you. Now. One, two, three, shake.

Please stretch your body.

May the long time sun shine upon you.

(The class sings, 'May the long time sun shine upon you...')
