I never realized I thought a spiritual person depends on God and not on people but I, I don't think so that's true I think spiritual people are more into MayaMaya The creative power of the Creator that restricts and limits. It creates the sense of limitation that leads us to identify with experience, the ego, and things. Because of this it is often thought of as the illusion that blocks us from the spirit. But, as Guru Nanak (see Sikh Gurus) reminds us, you need not be attached to the productions of maya. Instead they can be used to serve and express the higher consciousness and spirit. Maya is simply Karta Purkh, the doing of the Great Being. Maya takes the ineffable into the realm of the measurable. and how many students you have got and how many centers you have got and rich student and poor student and all this bizarre going on. I think it's a very rational way to look at life it's a commercial and also as students I feel that you have a problem and that is a basic human problem.

I think the western people have been sucked out by religion and with eastern people religion is just a routine, it's a part of life it goes on. But reality is to be very honest neither life is eastern nor it is western life is just life. And life has two avenues either life is wasted on emotions like gamble or life is wasted to find out what life is about? I conclude that either you have a feeling that you want to enjoy life as it is. Life, what is life and what we are all about? Or you can have a good wife, good car and good house and good business and feel comfortable or you call that life. Do you know what I am saying?

If life is that groovy that somebody has couple million dollars and has good wife and good home and everything, why that person should go out and fight a election for President and get kicked around everywhere and one who get elected has more problems and all that. Do you understand? There is something more than what people are they want it. They think they will get it by the power, by the ruler ship. And some people those who do not have business they think if they will become successful business wife then there is a life. One who is not married he feels that if he gets married ah, he will have a good life. I mean to say we have very partial limited little concept about life.

We never ever feel life has a whole, we never even understand life is itself a very beautiful phenomena and very enjoyable. Because I do meet political people and they talk politics. You meet business people they talk business. You meet a lover they talk about love. You take a single man his jokes will be all about women; you meet a single woman her joke is all about men. And that is so sad to know it. It's not that I have only students here. I believe wisdom is a great thing it makes you to conquer everything and cover everything. I believe intuition and everything in the world is a plus. I believe good house, good car, good breakfast is wonderful thing. I believe your head is a wonderful thing. I believe your clothes are marvelous. I believe everything what you do is wonderful but I don't believe you are you. Because if you are not you everything else is S-H-I-T and I didn't say it.

But when you sit in this posture and you are not comfortable that mean your digestive system is not right. And it's a very simple test, it's not something very foreigner it should be foreigner to you, no, not at all.

That's the one posture you sit in normally in old time, in Churches we used to pray that way and then we became fat and ugly because we became meat eaters and we couldn't sit in this posture we started kneeling down, we accepted that and that's why you see in Church is all the stools or sitting places are that away you can just put that little wood under in front of you and you can kneel on it and you can stand kneeling that way. But normally that was not true in the beginning people used to sit in this posture.

Now, these are your three fingers and this is your pinky, right? You see this? This, now just, just straight like this with the eyesight goes with it and this is my left hand I put it on the heart right here. This is the posture with this exercise. It's very easy, three fingers straight communication center the Mercury finger pressed by my Id, science make a science out of it.
