Well, welcome to the class and this class is a serious one and it's about immune system. Immune system is very important try to understand immune system. Immune system by nature in our body it's the guardian that glands are guardian of our health and our immune system, which is the offshoot of the spleen which is connected with the liver.

Normally it should not fail but with this modern living it fails twice a week that's why we have to increase our medical facilities and to perfect ourselves so that we can live it is true that now we live long life but it is also true we live very empty life, it is true that we live very rich life but it is also true we live very psychotic life up to being neurotic is tolerant but when the neurosis become consistent it becomes psychotic and at this time even in the remote places where civilization has not touched society has become forty percent psychotic and eighty percent neurotic and forty percent people are depressed all the time without their knowledge and if you want to look into the whole thing we are unable to find answer but actually the answer to this problem was found by man by five thousand year ago.

You are made to walk four miles an hour. You walk eighty, ninety miles an hour. So according to electromagnetic field of the earth and electromagnetic field of the psyche of the individual there is a difference relaxation or rest, it's not possible, people do not fast sleep and it is very difficult to be always in a uplifting happy mood so life has become brutal and long. It's like long winter and we need to bring spring to our life now when you are here today to work on the immune system. We will be working on the main culprit, it is called stem of the brain medically it discovers memory, it discover so many things that little couple inches under the brain has been neglected for a longtime and we have been told, everything is normal, if everything is normal then why we are depressed? Then to get rid of depression and precious, we created psychology and psychological counsel when that didn't work then we came to the medical health and we created psychiatry but what we have found out we are either upper or down we are in the state of yoyo.

We spend thirty percent of our income to look good and that thirty percent bring us eighty percent of the suffering because we look good but we cannot maintain it for longtime and that way we create social and behavior problem so tonight we will have a taste if we work on ourselves what we can achieve? Are you ready? It will be painful,

I, I, I don't want to lie to you because I am not a person who believes in catering to students but I do cater to the honesty of the teacher that's why I am very controversial and very different. I believe if somebody has paid me ten dollars he must get hundred dollars out of me otherwise I should not get ten dollars. That's the rate of my scale so basically I am not in catering to students but I do cater to the subject. The subject is to touch your immune system it means your every gland tonight has to secrete and if that is true you are going to have a lot of pain because your glandular system never secretes in balance. That is one fundamental need the glandular system must secrete so energy is consistent and mood is constant, you understand that? It is not that you can be powerful or not powerful, your power lies in your perpetualness, you even, you can't be anybody God but if you are not perpetual you don't exist people expect from you doesn't matter what happened in the surrounding, you are calm, quiet, peaceful, listening, answering, communicating, understanding ever there you are supposed there forever for each other for your loved ones for your neighbor, for your state, for your country, for you God. It is, it is, it is as expected of you as a normal human thing.

Let us see how you are there okay, so let's get to work, immune system thymus the protector of the cancer and the gland which medically assumed it's dead but now presumed it is alive right here at this time of the shoulder. It controls all blood diseases, all any kind and we are going to work it out follow me. This movement will lift you about half an inch from the earth. So keep, keep going this is the area it will hurt, it will hurt the whole body but it will change, it will start secreting, if it is not secreting you will hurt very soon you will stop if it's little bit secreting you can go but little longer but you got to break it today no oh business come on, the joy to teach in Germany is that people do exactly what they are told.

Pelvic bone area, for ladies if the pelvic bone does not remains flexible it is very sickening for men if it's open up it is sickening so let us adjust it. Come on keep moving use the force of the hands and the arms and move the body churn it for the experience of it. You have to know the experience by doing it. Move, move, move, round, round and we go. Fast, fast, it is for nervous system and one more exercise and will give entire work that center of the nervous system is in armpit and now heavy, beat up the ribcage, heavy, heavy whatever you do you will be young, creams won't make you young not the food this exercise is, hit it high, the armpit must move, harder, harder, it is like bugging a horse that's how it is. I came all the way to Los Angeles to teach you there we are Moscow we don't do it.

I have my own history to tell you when I left India I came to Canada because I wanted not to go to Tashkent and Moscow to do the research on parapsychology and extra celestial power and blah, blah, blah, now after coming from Moscow I fall in love with those people they are beautiful but at that time for me just to see communism which is called state capitalism was no, no, no idea.

So, I actually came to Canada to teach higher kind of yoga and everything was arranged I had a pre-assured job, I have everything all set, they wanted me badly and I want you to come, I didn't want to come first to begin with but finally I agreed to come but when I landed in Canada my all luggage was gone there was no money I have twenty five dollars of Canadian money I have hardly a silken gown, night gown on my body slippers are my shoes and nobody to receive me I have never been to Canada before outside temperature was minus forty five centigrade and it was snowing so much and wind was so heavy and there I was at the airport couldn't go out didn't know what to do, didn't have even a telephone number who to call that is how I started my life in the west it's true, I have built an empire by my own right I am a success story while alive I and my wife we have given our entire wealth to the future generation that was our homage to you that you gave us and we gave it back to your future and that doesn't mean I don't know how to make money I am very success oriented man, my master line which I believe is, isn't the life that matters it is courage you bring to it I was born in a very, very rich family I used to play marble with diamond never had a problem but after partition of British India I absolutely had a zero then eighteen years I worked in India I had a sufficient good position and wealth and good following as a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. Baba.

What inspired me to come to west? Was not to become teacher or a great man or a holy man, I feel anybody who has nine hole is holy and all of you have it so as far I am concerned you are all holy, what brought me to Canada or to the west I was also custom officer in Palam airport, New Delhi and used to see you western coming with all the marks and dollars and money and all the time and I saw you leaving without money and gaining nothing that was the idea, which brought me to the west to get to the education system, to take, to train teachers not to collect students, that is what my beginning is and that's how I started.

And in India they cater to you they don't teach you as the teacher should teach the students and as western you do not have also the capacity to learn either because you cannot take that harshness of that discipline therefore we are in the middle of the environments trying to become somebody and we want to buy to be a spiritual teacher but actually speaking fact spirituality is the most beautiful state of mind it is ecstasy, it is enjoyable, in my own experience I have survived through adversity, treachery, betrayal, legal cases, conspiracy, life attacks, death stretch but it doesn't matter what it matters is, I am leaving behind a legend of that sacred knowledge which is which even in India is now not available because in KundaliniKundalini Comes from the word "kundal"; coiled energy; the creative potential of an individual. He opened this long secret tradition to all. we don't initiate a person, person has to initiate himself and herself to learn the discipline so it is totally different than what you practice in the west but it's very strong, my only joy of life is I have accomplished what I came to accomplish that's very satisfying and live behind when I leave my physical body. A continuous human happiness that people can be healthy, happy, and holy that's what 3HO means, three Hs, to be healthy, to be happy and to be holy and the future, ten years future decade when man kind will be very unhappy and depressed and changes will be tremendous, this science of KundaliniKundalini Comes from the word "kundal"; coiled energy; the creative potential of an individual. will really help, commanding, I don't pretend to be holy I am just a scientist, I learned as a good student and I teach also as a good student to a good student that's the master grace. So sometime you may not be catered to be by me. Maybe that's a mistake in myself because I was not catering at all. I will tell you how good my teacher was one way we were walking together and there was a tree, he looked at the tree and he said, "How fast you can get on the top of it?"

I said, "I can try."

He said, "Go ahead."

With my shoes on and fully dressed I went on the top in a minute and half say something like that.

He said, "You are extremely strong, it's marvelous, stay there up till I comeback." And he showed up three days later,

That is a teacher. Do you understand it, you can't even imagine this. I was a son of a multi, multimillionaire but before a teacher I was just zero because the law of study is obey, serve, obey, serve, love, excel, be innocent. Obey, serve, love, excel and this is the oath we take, I am not a woman, I am not a man, I am not a person, I am not a self, I am a teacher. It's a very beautiful state of mind which ordinary cannot be practiced it need a very, very powerful self discipline and it is very enjoyable state of mind no money can buy it, no status can have it and nothing can be equal to it. It is one status of a human mind and human being which is far excellent than anybody of us knows so therefore try to understand that we basically need discipline and we cannot without discipline be strong and there is no substitute for victory we have to have a class tomorrow also but we will conclude today with a one exercise and then we will go all right.

Put your tongue out and breathe the breath of fireBreath of Fire Also called agni praan. It is a rapid, rhythmical breath pattern, generated from the navel point and diaphragm with an equal inhale and exhale and usually done through the nose. It is both stimulating and relaxing. It heals, strengthens the nerves, and clears out old patterns and toxins. . Tongue has to be out, mouth, mouth, mouth, I want to see everybody's tongue, it will relax you immediately, put your tongue out, breathe quickly, one more minute and now inhale hold and stiffen your body like a steel tighten it, tighten it, tighten it now let the breath go. Inhale again deeper hold it and now become totally parthahar see in yourself every part toe to top tight, let it go once more and this is last time you got to send the energy to the entire body inhale deep, deep, hold tight and make the body tight every little bit of the body should be squeeze in, squeeze in, let it go thank you, you are very nice and cooperating, may the longtime sunshine,
