YB: Creativity is the Creator's flow. Creativity is the greatest flow like a steam or a water brook or a small canal or a river or even a flood. Anything which flows, but unfortunate part of it is everything and anything which flows we cannot tolerate in its original form and in the original shape. And God knows it, that is why we got ego. Flow of the nature is the impulse of the power of the life which must keep going. But the ego was given to identify the flow so that we can distribute our life into the rhythm of time and space but unfortunately what we did is, we built dams of ego create lot of electricity out of it which will burn us up. And did lot of muddy things had a huge lake bounded by our own ego where we can swim and die and God knows what we are going to do there.

But fact is there is no flow, and if there is a flow it is very limited. I'm not in disagreement of that there is no need of religion I believe religion is the ritual of the soul it is worst what you can call a religion as a ritual. And it is the ritual of the soul. Religion is essential because they expand the mind and one thing is in life of the religious person. I do not know how religious you are but some of you might be very tragic. Religious tragedy I call them. Religious tragedy is a person who thinks he is a religious, that is a religious tragedy, then he expand his religious ego then he feels other are not religious than he or she is a religious, then the behavior changes the impact changes the communication changes.

And ultimately either person end up fanatic which is a religious diseases, worst diseases of all diseases is religious fanaticism. And then the scope becomes so limited and so unwanted that a common person dreads and shreds such a person. So in the basic reality the flow of the spirit. I remember in my life I met a very beautiful person, I have all. God bless him in heavens and if he is in hell then it is God's problem. It is not my problem at all. I met a person he will get up do his GurbaniGurbani Word of the Guru, Refers particularly to the words from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. very nicely very religiously.

Do everything cut and dry and the whole day he will accuse everybody else being not religious, whole day, so one day we met and I said, "My cursed one how are you, now you know I was known what I was known for."

And he said, "Why you said me I'm cursed one I'm a GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Sikh."

I said, "No, no you are not a GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Sikh I have come to remove this misunderstanding."

(Students laughter)

It is a very open professional misunderstanding and nobody dares to talk to you and I know what you are going to tell me, but I'm going to tell you something better you listen to me. I said you are the cursed one.

He said, "How come?"

I said, "You have made GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. 's word as a curse. You curse everybody you go on cursing left and right. Somebody has not done his 'nithnem,' somebody has not done this, somebody has not done this, somebody has not done this. I say but there is a difference if somebody has not done something you go and invoke him to do it then you become a teacher. Otherwise you are a pure curse." If somebody has not fed somebody you prepare food and you take it you say I'm sorry, you came to GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Ramdas AshramAshram , Aashram A community of practitioners who come together to live conscious, mindful lives. nobody fed you nobody love you but we are also the humble Sikhs of this AshramAshram , Aashram A community of practitioners who come together to live conscious, mindful lives. . Therefore God to me has provoked me to come and I will like to offer this gift to you, then it is understandable. But you sit on the gate of the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. and you wash people's feet every week every GurdwaraGurdwara Literally the door of the Guru; traditional place where Sikh worship services are held. religiously and rest of the week you take the mud of dirt of slander and you go on tour and you all the time whenever you talk you talk totally dissatisfied totally negative and totally ungrateful, where is the balance. We come one Sunday to GurdwaraGurdwara Literally the door of the Guru; traditional place where Sikh worship services are held. to be with the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. so that we can carry it through the week, we get up in the morning and do sadhanaSadhana , Saadhana A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. The Aquarian Sadhana can be an individual or group practice; Ideally, it includes the recitation of Japji Sahib, a Kundalini Yoga kriya, and chanting the Aquarian Sadhana meditations, immediately followed by Gurdwara. According to Yogi Bhajan, the potency of any Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice will be enhanced in a group setting. so that we can carry it through the day.

In the ambrosial hour we earn something and the whole day we distribute. That distribution is the flow and early in the morning in the ambrosial hour or when we come for our week to be with the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. then for the week then we come for the month. In India there is a place we come on sankranth. Sankranth is when a month starts and then you come and you spend whole day fill yourself. Isn't not the way of life you go to a store, store and you buy stuff grocery and you come and fill up your refrigerator and your other bottles and bottle up the whole thing and stuff and then throughout the week or fifteen days whatever your schedule is you eat. But I do see some women are great they blow up the things and they burn up the toast and they...

(Students laughter)

They really do a pretty hatched job and that is where negativity is, negativity is very demonstrating. It is very demonstrating, I do not want to give you a name but I definitely want to tell you there was a very loved situation and I called her and I said, "Hello my dear Sikh, what is happening."

She said, "I'm preparing a great kitchen for the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. ."

I said, "You?"

And she said, "What you mean you, yes I'm."

I said, "Okay. I thought GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. was helping you to prepare a great kitchen."

"Ah you always say these things it is okay."

"I say I mean when the kitchen is going to be ready because rats are running in my stomach and I do not intend to misunderstand the thing but a GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. "No, no, no everything has to prepared great nice and we will let you know."

I said, "Fine." After fifteen minutes I got the telephone, the pressure cooker blew up out of the ceiling and it was sitting on the top the whole thing.

Vand chakna to keep the flow going and it is essential flow so there is a vacuum and vacuum must this law of vacuum is there cannot be a vacuum, that is the law of vacuum. So when there is a flow something will come. Flow out is always equal to flow in, that is the law. So in Sikh way of life we flow positive and I'm asking though who do not flow positive don't you have something positive in your record of store? I can understand a surgeon taking the knife cutting the flesh and going in and cutting out and stitching and blood in his hands and whole thing. I can understand, but he is doing everything to save a person.

But have you seen anybody else doing it on the road take a person from the neck lie it down on the road take the knife and cut it down and see where are his pancreas, where is the kidney, have you seen? Is there any law in any country allows this that any man can touch any man put him down on the ground do all the surgery and take a needle and stitch it up. No it is not admissible. It is only the permissible sector allowed to a teacher that he can get into the analytical personality and take out the negativity and replace with the positivity otherwise for the common living Sangat it is always inspiringly sweet and basically most beautiful flow of the grace of God and GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. . If somebody comes welcome him in the name of the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. if you believe in GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. . If you don't believe in GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. then name blame not any GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. then blame yourself and if you believe in yourself then welcome a person with name of yourself, then feed in the name of yourself or feed in the name of the, whatever try to understand. That is why as a GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Sikh you believe in the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. . Therefore your every action should stimulate from the fountain the base the fundamental of the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. and it should continue going.

"Vanda chako."

Distribute, tribute must be tributerised and distributed in the flow of the spirit. Therefore because we believe in distribution therefore we must believe in creativity,

"Dharam dhe keerta karo."

That is why it came first simple. GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. was not a complicated person because he can see from his flow of GurbaniGurbani Word of the Guru, Refers particularly to the words from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. . His baniBani Literally "Word", Refers to the Word of God contained in the Sikh Sacred Writings; Banis refers to Sikh daily prayers. and ragasa are very universal, on food when he started saying,

"Jis kadhe mann peeriye, jis kadhe tann peeriye mann mein chale waqar baba tu kaana kuj ik vaar."

How simple thing, 'Jis kadhe tann peediye' by eating you get gas. I know everybody tells me to eat salad I can't eat it. It give me so much gas it totally crawls me down. Salad may be very good for every American I appreciate and unfortunately my body does not realize that it is good for me.

(Students laughter)

I have convinced it many times that all your staff is forcing you to eat salad. Every student wants yogiji to eat salad all the time but my stomach and my digestive track does not obey it. So where is the choice and GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. says after eating the salad if you have to have twenty pound pressure per square inch that of a wind.

"Jis kadhey tann peediye mann mein chale waqar."

And then you create lot of unwanted noise what is the use of eating salad. Why? GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. is so universal so simple he laid it. I mean you can understand the most simplicity of man of type of GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. his language, his baniBani Literally "Word", Refers to the Word of God contained in the Sikh Sacred Writings; Banis refers to Sikh daily prayers. is very evident. So exactly eat which you can digest and exactly eat which does not spoil your mind. Mind can be spoiled in many ways suppose you give a party you invite guests nobody shows up. Your mind will be ruined, and it will be ruined for couple of days because all that food which is left out you have to eat on and on and each time you do not understand the law of KarmaKarma The law of cause and effect applied to mental, moral, and physical actions. Ego attaches us to and identifies us with objects, feelings, and thoughts. These attachments create a bias toward certain lines of action. Instead of acting you begin reacting. Karmas are the conditions required in order to balance or complete these tendencies. Though necessary, karma is not dictatorial or fatalistic. It is the mechanism that allows the finite experience of existence to maintain and stabilize itself. We all have free will and can take actions to re-direct the momentum of a karma. We can transform it or neutralize it using meditation, jappa, good deeds, or intuition that remove your sense of ego and the identification with that past line of action. . So everyday you are going to eat that left out food. And you everyday when you will eat that food you will remember that this was to eaten by some people they didn't show up. It is called subconscious remembrance. 'NaamNaam , Nam The manifested identity of the essence. The word derives from Naa-ay-ma , which means "that which is not, now is born." "Mann mein chale waqar, jis kadhe tann peedheye maan mein chale waqar."

Now there is a waqar in the mind of my God I did this body people were to come they didn't show up and I'm left with all this whole stuff. I remember in the very earlies I went to a lady's house and she said to me YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. JiJi Soul; used as an endearment or sign of respect. would you like to share some turkey with me. I said, "She wants to invite me to go to go to a turkey I never knew that. She will even tell me to do that." I, I totally I didn't want to hear it. But I heard it and are you talking of the turkey the country or you are talking of the poor bird you killed.

She said, "I'm talking of the poor bird, I really feel bad."

I said, "What happened."

She said, "You know I invited my whole family to come and all that and I made whole preparation only one my son showed up." And she was stuffed the house was stuffed with things. So that makes her bad, so some of you really want to stuff your things, piling up and no distribution. Sikh religion is a science of living, it is a science of life. So what I'm trying to idealistically today approach you.

"Vandh chako."

Then distribute share and there is a one thing which Sikhs don't repeat. I have never seen in India anybody repeating. They say 'pana mano' and they 'pana mano' and they say at that time when somebody dies and hate it too. Actually this is something one should say when one is alive but I know santji used to say that,

"BhaiBhai Brother. pana chalayo."

As a young child I remember Sant Ranjit Singh who was my tutor for GurbaniGurbani Word of the Guru, Refers particularly to the words from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. used to say very politely but very firmly one thing. 'BhaiBhai Brother. pana chalayo' stay within the grace of God. That is factual meaning of it. Say in gratitude.

"Pane vich rehna."

Is a very tremendous beautiful wonderful meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. . And today we should not meditate even because some of the phony American Sikhs think meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. is not a part of Sikhism. Things are being confused in India for political purposes and we understand communist, communist you must have seen yesterday the return of the CIA America needs CIA now to be very active and very beautiful and Russia needs KGB. We talk of high progress of the earth when we talk of culture in India. We need that is minimum we talk of five thousand years. Five hundred years and we have been our discipline has been rubbed off in many ways because of all multi powers of politics but that should not sadden us. That should not make us feel (?) or unhappy. We have places of inspiration, we have ways of inspiration also which we get. We have very great people in India who are true Khalsas. But I another thing we were talking of survival the other day and probably some of you have come on that journey in car to try that survival day of life with carry your survival food with you and water with you if you have to go, because we know that difficult times are ahead of us. They are already here and we feel that tragedy coming to us because we have released certain courses, technological and scientific. Those courses which have (?) masters. And we have become their toy. And we have because they are conscious beings.

We have realized that we have released these forces who one day might overpower us and kill us. After all civilizations has been destroyed before. Human beings have taken so many centuries to come where we live where we able to release these forces against themselves. Now we are thinking how to survive from these forces, the only way is discipline which we have. Which I think our dharmaDharma A path of righteous living. It is both an ideal of virtue and a path of action that is infused with clear awareness and comprised of actions that are the soul in total synchrony with the universe. They came back and they attained martyrdom, they fought and they are now known as mukthas liberated one. We remember our martyr, we celebrate the day we don't mourn like in Islam, they have martyrdom they beat themselves and they cry. I don't know very much about Christianity but I think they also mourn.
