We can't receive things if mind is not clean. Mind is not clean if the ingredients are not together and everybody sitting here will be knowing that if the glandular system does not secrete in proportion in our bloodstream we cannot even think right. All we know eat meat, eat fish, eat protein, protein, here I came everybody protein, protein, I say what protein? Proteins are not going to solve the problem, vitamins are not going to solve the problem. People eat food, even I have seen those people eat food, they do not know how to digest it. Food is that worth which your body digest it, not what you eat, it doesn't matter. Sometime you eat, it all goes out, sometime you eat it doesn't go out, it takes with you with it.

You don't care. Anything you eat which does not come out of the body within twenty-four hour causes sickness. It stinks, it's not important what you eat, it is important what you eliminate. That's why people are yellow, pale, features lump up, the body, then face-lifting, skin tightening, its all unnecessary. Eat and eliminate. Nobody understands it. We junk our body with lot of food and then nothing comes out. Then energy goes into bring it out and then we feel depressed, because there is a x amount of energy and x amount of time, it must be divided equally to make us live smart, simple thing. You have to be alert all the time, you cannot be alert if there is not alert full force energy behind you.

Sometime people say yeah, what do you say? What? Okay, okay, I am tired, can't understand tomorrow, (?) I live in New Mexico everything is (?) there, everything. Not now tomorrow, there is no tomorrow if there is no today. Every yesterday has to be remembered and forgiven, every today has to be sacrificed for every beautiful tomorrow.

Life is a processing act in which you must perform. Your glandular system must secrete to change the chemistry of your blood, so that your muscle, tissue, tendons and every bone structure can be bright enough to face the stress and strain and activity of the time and space.
