... We are very relaxed today. The subject is very crucial to the mankind. Let me do this job first. Where is GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. TeerathTeerath Sacred place. Kaur? Take all these notes this week, everything will be vitally important. Our people in Moscow are doing very good, today one hundred and thirty people took the baptism, joined the house of Nanak. We are doing it.

(Students' laughter)

Are you kidding? We started with seven Russians and today I just had a telephone conversation, one hundred and thirty people accepted the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. . Oh God, who made it?

Student: (----)

YB: Yeah, yeah.

Student: (----)

YB: Okay show them all. Look guys, this is what a pencil can do. Can you believe that beauty? Very good expression. Okay we are ready for the class?

Now first of all to start this class this Monday I'll ask in advance my apologies and my forgiveness. I cannot be very courteous. I have to explain the truth as it is, I can't juggle with it. So it's no offense to anybody except to the stupids, so it's not my problem.

(Students' laughter)

You know what I am saying. If you don't understand my today's lecture you are like a donkey, and if you don't understand my tomorrow's lecture you are like a pig and if you do not will understand third day you are nobody. I mean this is something very essential, it has to be talked in a basic graphics.

There is no two opinions about it, you know, let's put it this way. Let us say for the politics of things, politics of the thing, everybody who is alive and breathes the pranaPraana , Prana The universal life force that gives motion. It is the breath in air. It is the subtle breath of the purusha as it vibrates with a psychophysical energy or presence. Praana regulates the modes and moods of the mind. , breathes the?

Students: PranaPraana , Prana The universal life force that gives motion. It is the breath in air. It is the subtle breath of the purusha as it vibrates with a psychophysical energy or presence. Praana regulates the modes and moods of the mind. .

YB: Recognizing unconsciously, recognizing?

Students: Unconsciously.

YB: Unconsciously that it has come in and it has gone out. They are all unconscious. Breathing is mostly unconscious. Breathing is?

Students: Unconscious.

YB: This is the most unconscious thing. Heart pulse sometime you feel. Right? Sometime consciously. Second unconscious thing is our heart is beating, fine. Who cares? Third unconscious thing is our eyes are seeing, our nose is smelling, all five senses we presume they are ours and we are unconscious about it, is that true? Or you have something to add or subtract out of the statement? Hatha yoga pradeepka says man, now I am quoting the scriptures, "Man you are fortunately unfortunate," that's how it says. You are?

Students: Fortunately unfortunate.

YB: He says all these five senses given to you if you keep them consciously alert, start them right, close them to rest right. Get to them and get in them and do all that consciously. Rather than presuming everything unconsciously they shall serve you till the end of the day.

God has given you five senses out of five tattvasTattvas A category of cosmic existence; a stage of reality or being; a "thatness" of differentiated qualities. In total there are 36 tattvas. Each wave of differentiation has its own rules and structure. The final five tattvas are called the gross elements and have the phasic qualities and relationships of ether, air, fire, water, and earth. as gift. It's a gift. You can mess it up, you can keep it and you can have it. We normally get our bad eyesight when we are forty or something, is that true? But people who just always open their eyes in the palms of the hand like this and avoid the first pressure, never get to do that. People who always put cold water and give a cold water shower to their eyes never have problem. People who clean their nose they have never problems. People who take care of their ears they don't have listening problem. People who clean their monkey glands they never go deaf. So there are things to do. It is called conscious care. In hatha yoga pradeepka it is called Satt KarmaKarma The law of cause and effect applied to mental, moral, and physical actions. Ego attaches us to and identifies us with objects, feelings, and thoughts. These attachments create a bias toward certain lines of action. Instead of acting you begin reacting. Karmas are the conditions required in order to balance or complete these tendencies. Though necessary, karma is not dictatorial or fatalistic. It is the mechanism that allows the finite experience of existence to maintain and stabilize itself. We all have free will and can take actions to re-direct the momentum of a karma. We can transform it or neutralize it using meditation, jappa, good deeds, or intuition that remove your sense of ego and the identification with that past line of action. . To clean your stomach, take the mucous out, clean your digestive system, then there is a system to purify your blood, there is a system to take care of your ears, eyes and nose, there is a system to take care of your skin, system to take care of your bones, and your muscles. It's all prescribed. You don't have a chance to read, you don't have a chance to know, who cares. But fact is system is there.

First of all, this body is a temple and God lives in it, it is Harimandir. Golden Temple, the other name of Golden Temple is Harimandir and the back steps of the temples are called Har Ke PauriPauri Literally step or ladder. Refers to a particular poetic form used in Siri Guru Granth Sahib. . Step of God. It's called Harimandir. Human body is also Harimandir. The soul presides and the body through five senses experiences. Those who do not consider their body as a Temple of God will never get to God.

'GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. kripa tey bhagath kamayi taaye maanas dehi paaye iss dehi ko simranSimran A deep meditative process in which the naam of the Infinite is remembered and dwelled in without conscious effort. deo.'

With GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. 's blessing we did the bhaktiBhakti Self-purification, The devotional form of yoga practiced by a Bhakta. and we earned this body, this body is so wonderful, so marvelous, so beautiful, the angels ask for it. Angels have transparent existence. We are the only people who have the opaque appearance. So we have a body, body has senses. What we do not develop is called the super sense or common sense. When five senses give us the feelings and the emotions and they are governed under our Id, now you understand? Five elements of the body give you the feelings and the emotions and the juices run, and you play with that. If all these five senses are examined by your Id, not ego, Id, the basic elementary identity. Once you do that it gives you a common sense we call it, or super sense and you start listening to the feeble sound of the soul.

Difference between a man and yogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. is man can listen to the feeble sound of the soul, a yogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. cannot listen to anything except that sound. It's like an alarm, like a fire brigade going. That's why the guidance becomes absolutely intuitive and every person has that capacity.

Now the Nanak religion or reality is Raj Yoga. It's not only yoga. You read any yoga, in that individual is individual. In Raj yoga individual is a union of the polarity. It's not a duality. That's the difference. That's why in KundaliniKundalini Comes from the word "kundal"; coiled energy; the creative potential of an individual. Kundalini Yoga It is a Raaj Yoga that creates vitality in the body, balance in the mind, and openness to the spirit. It is used by the householder, busy in the world, to create immediate clarity. The fourth Guru in the Sikh tradition, Guru Ram Das, was acknowledged as the greatest Raaj Yogi. (See Raaj Yogi.) He opened this long secret tradition to all. YogaKundalini Yoga It is a Raaj Yoga that creates vitality in the body, balance in the mind, and openness to the spirit. It is used by the householder, busy in the world, to create immediate clarity. The fourth Guru in the Sikh tradition, Guru Ram Das, was acknowledged as the greatest Raaj Yogi. (See Raaj Yogi.) He opened this long secret tradition to all. was developed so that the married people, the family people, real people, they can also have God's experience like yogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. . That's why Baba Sirichand, the elder son of GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. was given the Guruship of the udasi panth, the detached sect and GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Angad Second Guru of the Sikhs. AngadGuru Angad Second Guru of the Sikhs. was given the Guruship.

'Grihastashram, mahaashram, devi dev pujitam.'

The grihastashram, this married life is the greatest life. The angels and Goddesses worship to be in it.

Now this is all okay, it has no problem. There are four, choutey padd mein mukti paavey. There are four stages of a human and then they are kept secret, they are not very explained in other eight major religions or twenty-two practicing religions or eight thousand sixty-eight full cultured religion which exists in the world today which have all culture and everything, they maybe known or not known, including the African religion, old tribes religion and putting all together you will be shocked, what they know, you don't even touch it. I mean, you see these Hopi Indians and all this doing gunggugnnnnnnnn... You don't understand one word. All they are doing with the sound current changing the total ions of the atmosphere. They can change their mood even today.

You know how the west won these people? They will always attack confrontingly. We never did that. We attacked them always with a guerilla attack and that is what they never understood why. We won that. Though we had better arms, better strategy and everything, face to face we could not have won that. We were not strong enough. But they never understood anything else, how can a man attack and hide at the same time. For them just to hide means you are gone. You are nobody and how can nobody attack somebody? They never understood even today. They are not drunk people. They are drunk looking at you. They can't stand you. They don't understand how you live on the Earth, land and then you rob the land of its faculty to support you in a natural clean way. They don't understand how you can live in Los Angeles. They really don't. Have you seen their homes here, around this area? They are small tiny homes. But look in between there is a lot of space. In all these pueblos there are very few places where you find they are tucked in. But I was very funny, I met some Indian, I went to his house, he took me to pueblo that was his house, then he said, "Come to my home."

I said, "This is your home."

He said, "No, no, come with me."

He took me outside, there were four acres around and there was a very beautiful tiny home, he said, "This is my home, that's my house."

I said, "Wow, you really live like a Washingtonian."

This is my work home, this is my real home, this is my wife's home, this is my girlfriend home, this is my consort home, this is my political secretary's home, this is my relation secretary's home and home and home and home. Nobody knows which home. But life is unique. Nanak said first you become light of God as a human, which you are, recognized, he didn't say do this, do that.

Now I am teaching you the basic love. But I am telling you love as you can never fail, I am not saying, teaching you tonight the love which you can sail in, where you get blinded by your emotions and your commotions and your manipulations and your dreams and your whole stuff. I am telling you something, which is so real. First Nanak said recognize, recognize that this world of mine is, this my world is truth and truth lives in it. Aad sach.

'Eh jagg sachey kee hai kothree iss mein sachey ka hai vaas.'

'Sach, sach upjiya sach vartiya,' sach upjiya, sach, sach upjiya, say it.'

Students: (----)

YB: Please understand.

'Sach prakash, sach vikaas, sachey kee hai sach samadhiSamadhi The state of consciousness in which the mind is free from reacting to thought waves. . Arth naa koyi jeevya. Duniya (?) kahi barbadee.'

It's a very simple thing.

You know these Sufis when they speak and these free people speak or God's people speak, they just say simple things. Truth is and what is a truth? What is a truth? Can you explain to me? Now you are Americans, speak. You know it. What is truth?

Student: (----)

YB: No. Not at all.

Student: (----)

YB: No, Christian definition, no.

Student: (----)

YB: Reality? English translation is good. What else? Yeah.

Student: (----)

YB: Truth is that takes you to God. It's a vehicle. Which honey, where I can buy it?

Student: (----)

YB: True, it will never change (?) time and space but what it is? It will never change, I agree with you. Now I'll give you a dinner tonight and I'll cook it myself, I'll cook it and I'll serve you and I'll feed you the best dish on the planet tell me what truth is. If not, then you have to cook for me tomorrow.

Student: (----)

YB: Come on. Now, this is the cream of spirituality. This is the outcome of twenty million young Americans, this is the cream of Woodstock nation. Twenty million of you revolted, you are the last tribe who survived the destruction. You know everything and you can't describe truth.

Student: (----)

YB: Repeat. Keep on repeating, who cares?

Student: (----)

YB: Now you are PhD, you are the biggest physicist in the world, you must talk sensibly, okay? Come on. You love me? You love me?

Student: (----)

YB: Don't lie, don't hurt. You will hurt me if you say wrong thing. Come on what is it?

Student: (----)

YB: You have a good teacher. What is it? I am not saying truth is, what is truth?

Student: (----)

(Students' laughter)

Student: (----)

YB: I don't want to use dirty word. Sorry.

Student: (----)

YB: Ray of light. Okay, this is all what you have heard, right? You give up now?

Students: No.

YB: Come on.

(Students' laughter)

Come on.

Student: (----)

YB: Give up now? Come on.

Student: (----)

(Students' laughter)

YB: That's the explanation of truth, that I agree. I am not going to deny truth but what is it?

Student: (----)

(Students' laughter)

YB: I forgive you for this. Truth is which is not false.

(Students' laughter)

Yeah.

Student: (----)

YB: Correct it, you are almost eighty percent near it but it is not true what you have said. Correct it. Truth is, then speak.

Student: (----)

YB: Still correct it, this is the last chance. Absolute is acceptable. But it is unnecessary. Truth is, come on girls, you are at the gate, get in. Truth is?

Students: (----)

YB: Truth is?

Students: (----)

YB: Now should I tell you? Come on.

Student: (----)

(Students' laughter)

YB: Okay, let's, because we have to finish this, truth is the power beyond Infinity. Paraa paar brahm parameshwar. Infinity is God, truth forces God to appear. Truth moves God. Therefore it is an infinite power beyond Infinity and tell me in one word what it is. All right, again.

Students: (----)

YB: No, I know anth-beanth business. Come on. Give me one word. Now this is a statement. What statement we did? Truth is power. It's a power.

Students: (----)

YB: Beyond Infinity.

Student: (----)

YB: I know it is a power, it's a power beyond Infinity, call it what? It is called love.

Student: (----)

YB: It's so simple, all these people who fall in love with God they brought love, there was a very simple illiterate man Tanna, he made him to make the majpais, he made him to milk his cows, he made him to plough his fields, he did everything and God did everything and everybody said it's miracle, he said, "You are blind, it's not miracle, he is doing it, look, look, look what he is doing."

Student: (----)

YB: Love is all what can move and slave God. God is shuniyaShuniyaa , Shuniya A state of the mind and consciousness where the ego is brought to zero or complete stillness. There a power exists. It is the fundamental power of a Kundalini Yoga teacher. When you become shuniaa then the One will carry you. You do not grasp or act. With folded hands you "are not." It is then that Nature acts for you. . God is?

Students: shuniyaShuniyaa , Shuniya A state of the mind and consciousness where the ego is brought to zero or complete stillness. There a power exists. It is the fundamental power of a Kundalini Yoga teacher. When you become shuniaa then the One will carry you. You do not grasp or act. With folded hands you "are not." It is then that Nature acts for you. .

YB: You now what shuniyaShuniyaa , Shuniya A state of the mind and consciousness where the ego is brought to zero or complete stillness. There a power exists. It is the fundamental power of a Kundalini Yoga teacher. When you become shuniaa then the One will carry you. You do not grasp or act. With folded hands you "are not." It is then that Nature acts for you. is? If you take the sharpest pencil and put in a paper and what spot is got is called shuniyaShuniyaa , Shuniya A state of the mind and consciousness where the ego is brought to zero or complete stillness. There a power exists. It is the fundamental power of a Kundalini Yoga teacher. When you become shuniaa then the One will carry you. You do not grasp or act. With folded hands you "are not." It is then that Nature acts for you. . We call it full stop. That little point is called shuniyaShuniyaa , Shuniya A state of the mind and consciousness where the ego is brought to zero or complete stillness. There a power exists. It is the fundamental power of a Kundalini Yoga teacher. When you become shuniaa then the One will carry you. You do not grasp or act. With folded hands you "are not." It is then that Nature acts for you. . You know what is totality? Circle within the circle. Infinity into Infinity is equal to totality. Infinity over Infinity means shuniyaShuniyaa , Shuniya A state of the mind and consciousness where the ego is brought to zero or complete stillness. There a power exists. It is the fundamental power of a Kundalini Yoga teacher. When you become shuniaa then the One will carry you. You do not grasp or act. With folded hands you "are not." It is then that Nature acts for you. . And Infinity multiplied by Infinity means Infinity. That's all. But what controls, moves, operates and does things is called love. Love is one step beyond, one step higher than Infinity. Arey listen, you have this little temporary love, you know fake love? You fake it you make it and you know how excited you are? You know. If somebody gets a sycee he says it's a diamond. But think of the person who has the diamond. That's what they say.

'Raam kee bandh bhagatBhagat A devotee of God. chudaye bhagatBhagat A devotee of God. kee baandhi koyi na aaye.'

If knot given by God His disciple, His devotee, His beloved can open it. But when a knot is given by His beloved, God can't open it.

'Humm raam Bhei, buss terey rey.'

'Humm raam bhei, buss terey rey, bado baag hai merey rey,'

Raam is telling, God is telling to the bhagta, I am God, I am in your control, and it's great luck for me, badey baago yeh mero rey. It's a great luck for me that it has happened to me once a while. Hum raam parey pasthoro rey. I am God, I am the one who created sun and moon. I am the one who is the universe, I am the one cosmos. But I am in your control. And then I am grateful that it happened to me, God is saying.

Your little love it doesn't last more than twenty minutes, or if it is extended it can go to two hours and if you are stretched it out further two and a half hour, which is almost sadhanaSadhana , Saadhana A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. The Aquarian Sadhana can be an individual or group practice; Ideally, it includes the recitation of Japji Sahib, a Kundalini Yoga kriya, and chanting the Aquarian Sadhana meditations, immediately followed by Gurdwara. According to Yogi Bhajan, the potency of any Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice will be enhanced in a group setting. time. One tenth of the day. That is dusvand of our time. But forget about that. I am talking of love. Love makes a creature a human. Love makes a human a Sikh. Love makes a Sikh a Singh. Love makes a Singh, Khalsa. There is nothing but love. There was nothing but love. There shall be nothing for love.

Sometime, sometime we take the glass and we call it diamond. That doesn't make any difference. Sometime they look alike. Sometime we do not understand we are not conscious to understand fake and real. Sometime. Because why? We do not accept this world belongs to God. We do not accept certain things. We do not accept this world belongs to God, we do not accept we are owned by God. We do not remember we are created by God. We do not remember we have destination of destiny to reach. All that what love of us within us, love of us within us which is called totality, circle within the circle, love of us within us is forgotten. We don't remember it. Why? Why? We don't have time. If we are not forced to pee and forced to poop we will not do it. How many of you remember raise your hand, when you should have peed and you didn't? Honest.

(Students' laughter)

Come on everybody does it, why some raising like this, some raising like... it's a truth and how many people wanted not to pee at that moment and they had to?

(Students' laughter)

And how many of you have driven in cars without peeing and pooping and gone through the hell of it?

(Students' laughter)

I know you people. I know you so well. How many of you people, forget about those who do sadhanaSadhana , Saadhana A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. The Aquarian Sadhana can be an individual or group practice; Ideally, it includes the recitation of Japji Sahib, a Kundalini Yoga kriya, and chanting the Aquarian Sadhana meditations, immediately followed by Gurdwara. According to Yogi Bhajan, the potency of any Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice will be enhanced in a group setting. and all that, how many of you voluntarily has done breathing for eleven minutes consciously? Forget about courses and all that stuff. Just by yourself, sometime when you have nothing else to do, you say okay, now I am going to breathe consciously for eleven minutes, how many of you have done it? Do you know if you breathe eleven minutes consciously three times a day before twelve O'clock, between twelve and four and after four O'clock, you can never get sick? I have learnt it now and it was my own handwritten note. Did you know that? It was my own handwritten note.

Students: (----)

YB: Between four and eight. Between twelve and four. Between 8 a.m. and noon. If you just breathe consciously full breath eleven minutes you cannot get sick. Because the faculty of your blood will cater to your organs, main or small and glandular system perfectly. You know where I got it? In Los Angeles a doctor came to me. He said, "Sir, you should get oxygen therapy."

I said, "What is it?"

He explained to me all that oxygen therapy. I said, "Well, lungs have the capacity of having three thousand units of oxygen whenever I want. Oxygen therapy." I have heard sometime this thing when I was studying. Then I went back and looked into the memory pages, then I just recognized, oh yeah. If three hours, three times during the day you oxygenate your blood consciously for eleven minutes the property of your blood and red corpuscles will take away all the blueness and deadliness of your body and you will have nothing to worry about. Do you understand? And you know how much oxygen therapy costs? Hundred fifty dollars per unit. And they never stop. You know what your body needs? Your body needs three miles walk in forty-five minutes. Time wise. Three miles walk in forty-five minutes. Fifteen minutes per mile. All right? Your body needs three, three?

Students: (----)

YB: Miles walk in forty-five minutes. Your existence needs three pranayams and they call them sukupath pranayamPraanayam , Pranayam , Pranayaam Regulated breathing patterns or exercises. . Sukupath pranayamPraanayam , Pranayam , Pranayaam Regulated breathing patterns or exercises. . It cannot be done more than eleven minutes. It has to be totally concentrated consciously. You understand? And your body needs, its body's need, your body needs a triplex cold shower. Now wait, wait, wait, I'll explain to you. Have you seen people in India bathing in river, ice-cold water? They dip, they get up, massage their body, they dip get up, massage their body, they dip get up massage their body, okay? Till they don't feel cold. That is the only way you can clean your capillaries. There is no other system. In hydrotherapy this is the only valid system for living young.

You know what they say in hydrotherapy? Don't do it, just learn it. They say go under the shower, cold shower and wet your body and massage it. When you can't stand it, get away. Keep on massaging it. When you can afford it, go back again in, massage it, get back again. Third time when you go in you will not care for that cold water. Now blood will circulate all out, take care of it and it is going to take care of you and if you do that once a day, you will have nothing but youthfulness and then when you finish with that, then you take towel and rub your body this way. This is the only exercise in hydrotherapy that you rub your body with both hands, front, this is very difficult when you do like this. Neck, all this, cross, back, between legs, up, down, if you do that it takes about hour and a half.

(Students' laughter)

No, no, try sometime and after that feel what happens to you. A full body toweling takes one hour and half, if you really do the job. What is the test of it? Your entire body will be red, your skin will be totally, totally red just with blood. Blood will reach your outer layer of your skin. You want to love somebody. Is that true? Everybody has a need to love somebody. Is that true? You liars.

(Students' laughter)

Don't love yourself, how can you love somebody? You are fake. You don't love yourself and it happens. It happened to me. I was so much in fun and love of you that it was my obligation, it's my mission, it was... I believe from day one that everybody is born to be happy. It's our birthright. I don't say it. I believe it and this is my mission. That's why I became yogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. , that's why I study everything. That's the whole purpose of my life is to know is there anything... That's why I studied whole Buddhism, I studied Hinduism, I studied Shaivaith, I studied every part of everything just with a one fundamental thing; what is the key to happiness? I studied all that and wasted my time. Till I come to America and I listen your song. One song tells everything. I studied libraries. I studied with teachers, I studied with everybody but I was shocked in America you already knew it and you were singing it. Happiness runs in a circular...

Students sing...

(Song stops)

This is the, this is the essence of entire spirituality of this planet Earth. It's total. It is love, explained. Love is a power through which you give and you don't feel pain. Unhappiness is pain. In love there is a ecstasy, there is no pain. You can give like God, in love there is no, no. Your love is selfish...

Side B

It's gain and loss, that's not love. Love has no gain and loss. Love is beyond five senses. Love is beyond Infinity and outcome of that love is ecstasy, anandAnand Bliss, ecstasy. , and that anandAnand Bliss, ecstasy. is gives you the recognition of an experience of anhad. You become boundless. But you have to recognize first. You are first, recognize, these are few things you have to recognize. Recognize you are made in God, recognize you are made in God, number two. Recognize, recognize you are the property of God. Recognize you are the property of?

Students: (----)

YB: Then what you do? Also recognize that God is the boss. God is the?

Students: Boss.

YB: And also recognize your sole purpose of your soul is to please the boss. How many things are there?

Students: (----)

YB: And one more. See God in all, otherwise you don't see it at all. Got it? And what is love?

Students: (----)

YB: Love is?

Students: (----)

YB: It's practically true what I am telling you, you can't even apprehend it, you can't even recognize it, you can't realize it. Simple finite man with power of love has forced God hmmmmm... these errands, you call it errands? When you do not have any explanation you run out of the house what you say? I am going on?

Students: Errand.

(Students' laughter)

YB: What an English words you have found in America, it doesn't mean anything. All it means is she is not at home.

(Students' laughter)

She has gone on?

Students: (----)

YB: Where, with whom, for what, what is the forwarding number, what is the reference number, nothing. One sentence. There are certain things you say as Americans are beautiful. I am starving, I am?

Students: Starving.

YB: You have pounds of fat on you, pounds and pounds and pounds... Really.

(Students' laughter)

And you are always starving. Secondly, when it comes to sixty-five degree Fahrenheit you are?

Students: Freezing.

(Students' laughter)

YB: And third I am going on?

Students: Errand.

(Students' laughter)

YB: And there is no explanation. Nothing anybody can say. Honey where were you, I called you six times. I was gone to do my?

Students: Errand

YB: That's it. it can... you can even produce another baby by doing so but nobody can tell you. One statement shuts up everything. What else you do? You must be knowing lot of things. What are other statements you make?

Students: (----)

YB: That is the supreme of everything.

(Students' laughter)

That is how you recognize the unknown. That is your mantraMantra Sounds or words that tune or control the mind. Man means mind. Tra-ng is the wave or movement of the mind. Student: I don't know.

(Students' laughter)

YB: True. It's a true western expression. From last twenty-two years I am hearing it. I couldn't even make head and tail of it. You know when I ask myself in my private moments Almighty God what you have done to these beautiful human beings?

Student: I don't know.

(Students' laughter)

YB: They are so wonderful and they don't know.

(Students' laughter)

You don't know. I know you don't know. That's why I am never mad at you. I sometime yell and scream, that's my love and when I am sweet that's my hatred. But I cannot cross, I must bypass. I don't stop and I rarely yell and scream at some people. But on whom I do God loves them. Whom I love He hates them. Because the language of love which we earthlings do is just an expression of escapism. Our totality is not our realty.

Everybody knows what truth is.

You don't have to learn from anybody. Simply some have the courage to say it, some don't and that truth which hurts a person is not worth speaking. Therefore if a person has not, this is also responsibility of a teacher. If the student does not have a caliber and capacity to hear the truth it should be and must be avoided. Because hurt is a hurt, only you have to consciously hurt somebody physically, mentally or spiritually, when you have made that person alert like a mother who goes and grabs the son by force and throw him away because he was just touching a burning hot rod and he could have burnt his hand or a child was just falling to death and she grabs him and throw him on the floor. That's where force has been used to save the life. Like a surgeon's knife. He cuts it too to save the life, not to kill the life.

Anything done by a teacher to raise the consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. is very beloved in the eyes of God. But still caution should be there not to hurt. Therefore please understand when you will speak truth you will be very confronting and when you are in love you shall be very angry, I am yet to see a person in love and not angry until you are very classified and confirmed dumb or an idiot because when you are in love and you see something is going to rot, you do everything to do it right and use all your anger but sometime you go silent, that's the worst anger. Then you move the hand of God. That's worst. When love becomes silence, God shakes up. That's the worst curse ever can happen.

Can you believe a person alive that he has no altar to bow to and he has no other human being who can stop him? Can you understand a most beautiful priceless classified Rolls-Royce having no brakes? Can you imagine? Can you imagine a life, which can't stop? Can you imagine a life social enough where there is not a one person in your life who can stop you and which you cannot cross? Do you understand the emptiness of your life how empty you are? How shallow living is? Have you lived a life and nobody loves you and nobody has that infinite power to stop you and nobody has guts to speak to you, nobody has the courage to confront you?

Some of you must be here from Canada, twenty-two years ago when I had only one simple unit to wear and I had newspaper shoes which I had made myself to wear to keep my feet warm in that snowy Toronto, though within two and a half months I became quite well to do, I used to sing a song when people used to drive me around, and you have that I think, it might be on the tape, 'One day the day shall come when all the glory shall be thine, people shall say it is yours, I shall deny not mine.' Remember that? Those who are early birds of 3HO. That's what we used to sing. In 'The man called Siri Singh SahibSiri Singh Sahib Honorary title given to Yogi Bhajan to indicate his role as spiritual leader of Sikh Dharma in the West. His complete title within Sikh Dharma is Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji. ,' I think there is a poem. Whole song is recorded there. Can this camp do a favor?

Students: (----)

YB: You have lot of musicians, take that poem and turn into a song, remember at that time I went without food for days and without shelter for many nights. It's not that Canada government was at fault, they gave me full-fledged house and furnished it. But unfortunately I asked my relatives to live in with me and when in night I came after the yoga house finishing my classes at midnight, they won't open the door, because too cold. And I remember we had to keep the heat going and car going whole night to sit in it. But that was a good test. That made me to sing this song and make those couplets. One day the day shall come when all the glory shall be thine, people shall say it is yours, and it is confirmatory I shall deny not mine. I knew it then, and I know it today you shall rule the planet Earth, you shall be nine hundred and sixty million, your generation will be healthy, happy and holy and you will be acknowledged and known as pure people. It's God's destiny written by His own will. At that time when I had no money you know, what is the choicest time of mine in Canada? Can you guess it?

My greatest problem was that I was always hungry and there was no place to eat and there was nothing to eat for me. Because you take soup there is a beef broth, chicken this, everything. I didn't know where to do, what to do, very new, no friend, nothing, very few people. Chapatis where, food where?

Once I went to a place and I found out they can make saagSaag Curried mustard greens. and this corn chapatiChapati Flat bread. . I was very happy. I gave immediately two dollars to take me order I'll take it with me. When I came home I looked at the saagSaag Curried mustard greens. , there was meat in it. (?) can't eat it. I simply took a glass of water and that chapatiChapati Flat bread. and I ate it. Tell me what was the happiest moment of my life in Canada?

Student: (----)

YB: Pizza! Yeah, you are right.

(Students' laughter)

One student of mine brought me a vegetarian pizza and I saw that big chapatiChapati Flat bread. .

(Students' laughter)

I said, wow! I said, now I can survive. There is nothing to it. Isn't it fun? And we were all penniless, remember that? And we started restaurants. Golden Temple conscious cookery is everywhere and we all worked hard, we were waiters, we were cooks, we were servants, we were cleaners, we were everything and we made the money, out of the money we started businesses, out of businesses we started corporations, out of corporation now we earn. You now anywhere I used to go those days if there is a most beaten car I'll say it is 3HO.

(Students' laughter)

Today it's a new model car, I say it must be 3HO. That's just two decades. Twenty years. Now you are so many, I remember those days when you were very few, few though you were but I knew seed has set. Fruit is not a distance. Once a seed takes the roots nothing can boot it out. Then I knew; as a good gardener I knew that. I knew the soul has to set on a soil, which is very, very rough, it's a tundra. I knew that. It's frozen. But I took a chance, the sun shines, and once the seed takes the roots, a nation shall be born which will have the entire future to itself. But for that vision I might have fallen apart, I don't know. Love is a power, which can make God move, love is a power, which can make God come through.

And you forgot one song, which I sang on my birthday, we are the people, can you sing that? That you all know. Go ahead.

Students sing...

(Song stops)

You know what this means? When your love life is in trouble if you sing it, it shall be corrected. You know what this means? When you cannot work anymore and you want God to take care of, sing it. God shall do it. God has no option. These are sixteen beats of the naadNaad The inner sound that is subtle and all-present. It is the direct expression of the Absolute. Meditated upon, it leads into a sound current that pulls the consciousness into expansion. , in these words, there is not a one combination, which can match it. The permutation of combination of these couplets are so powerful, when somebody sings, everywhere God where God is, listens. Just understand, in this there is no word I. You understand these words? We are the people, people of love, let us people love?
