YB: I had my guests, and then I had to go. Class today is a very simple class, it is called as the Transactory.

Student: (-------)

YB: Oh my God! It must be you, I like to have a Mala like that, it was good. Now, say word Transactory.

Students: Tran sec Tree...

YB: Tran

Students: Tran.

YB: Zact

Students: Zact.

YB: Tree.

Students: Tree.

Now only say Zactory

Students: Zactory.

And just say tree.

Students: Tree.

The trunk of life is spine, transformation of the fluid of the spine is responsible for your welfare and well being and it terms itself to give the gray matter in the brain what your life is all about. Now you can tell me, you know, "I want to be successful." While looking at you I can tell you, you won't be, doesn't matter what you do or looking at you, I will say you shall be, do you understand a diagnose can be that exact? You will ask question why? It's not your fault. If your caliber is Tran-Zac-Tory. Tran!

Students: Tran

YB: Zactory.

Students: Zactory.

YB: Tran.

Students: Tran

YB: Zactory.

Students: Zactory.

YB: You will meet failure after failure, after failure, after failure, and if your caliber is Resurrectory, Rez?

Students: Rez.

YB: Rectory.

Students: Rectory.

YB: You shall succeed, and you shall succeed, and you shall succeed, and you shall succeed, or you can be in between, you understand? Now, you have seen the Gas meter in the car? That's how it goes, empty and full, now this is not a very difficult exercise, but it's going to hurt you inside, out. See this is our two fingers, follow the rule, you know two fingers, just two fingers of mine and I have to place before my eyes just like that, and this is what I am going to do, with each pump of the navel, each pump of the...

Students: Navel.

YB: And then, make the mouth "O" with each breath of the "O" keep up, "O", "O" you will never face a disease. You know in hospital some people do like this, "O" if you do this exercise, you will never face that day, full breath, come on, "O", "O" it should leave like a hammer, like a piston, now you are going to hold, hold, hold, now you understand that was a preface, that was not real, now what you are going to do is real. Mentally make the "O" and make the fingers and do So-Hung, you know with the navel, that's the real thing. All right, set, So in the inhale, Hung in the outlet and navel must pump it like as you have never done it before, and see what it does, okay, ready, set, go.

Students chant: So-Hung, So-Hung, So-Hung, So-Hung, So-Hung......

YB: Navel.

Students: So-Hung, So-Hung, So-Hung, So-Hung, So-Hung, So-Hung, So-Hung.

YB: (Over chant) Kangaroo, kangaroo, make your "O". Hey, kill it man, kill the lethargy, the disease, the negativity, this is the sound of the breath, concentrate on the navel, hit it hard!

(Chanting stops)

YB: Inhale, pull the navel in, pull the navel as tight as you can, pull the navel in with the breath in, open up your rib cage, hold it tight, now like a cannon fire, let it go, inhale again, you cheat, inhale again full, get it done, and now ready, out, with one stroke, if you can do oooooh, again inhale deep, hold tight, pull the navel in, fire, that's good, inhale deep again, hold tight, fire, this is wrong, it has to be one breath, that will give you control over death, one little thing, inhale deep, hold it tight, squeeze the body, and now go, that's right, inhale deep again, hold tight, go, inhale deep, hold tight, go, remember my dear people, a very simple fact, you may live ninety years or nine days, it doesn't matter, at the last breath, when the body will release the last breath, if that is under your conscious control, you have achieved all heavens, and if that is unconscious control, you have received all hells, there is nothing I can do about it. It is not what we do whole life, it is that last breath, you understand that, that is how subtle this whole affair is.

This is Jupiter, three fingers locked, right? And thumb is locked inside, and fingers are locked outside today, you know the mount of Mercury, you know, put your thumb there, and put other fingers up and get the status, all right, is that set? Jupiter is the index finger, Jupiter has to be out, and thumb the Id must touch the Mercury, which is the base of the pinky, and other three fingers must lock it, it will create a very powerful stir in your body, we are working now with the Vagus nerve system , which is the control system, right, all set? You have to use two sounds, two notes, and you will move, and it will be Hum Hee Hum, Brahm Hum, Hum Hee Hum, Brahm Hum, whisper.

Students chant and whisper: Hum Hee Hum Brahm Hum, Hum Hee Hum Brahm Hum, Hum Hee Hum Brahm Hum, Hum Hee Hum Brahm Hum, Hum Hee Hum Brahm Hum...

YB: (Over the chant) Correctly if you do it, there will be heat in your spine, move powerfully, work, work, work, work, from the navel Hum Hee Hum, inhale relax, you feel okay, you are ready now for the next exercise, I mean this was just to warm you up, okay, okay, these fingers must be beyond your control stiff, it is called the lotus, harder you make them, best it is, you want to come and test them, take a knife, cut my finger if you can, that's how stiff you can be, there is nothing in the body you can do so hard, if you can just practice that and please bring them to the power of the claw, the test is, one who does this exercise can tear up the skin of the elephant by mere hands, but it is the hardest thing they say one can do, but this is the power you get, hold it tight, and hold it there, concentrate, close your eyes. Close your eyes and we are going to play a music, which I hope, will be fit, and you will move with the step of the string, your entire navel, and then leave it to God then, let Him do for it, if the five TattvasTattvas A category of cosmic existence; a stage of reality or being; a "thatness" of differentiated qualities. In total there are 36 tattvas. Each wave of differentiation has its own rules and structure. The final five tattvas are called the gross elements and have the phasic qualities and relationships of ether, air, fire, water, and earth. are in your self control, and navel you can move, you shall be, what you never could be or think could be, set? Play that which they say is the best I do not.

Student: (--------)

YB: Yeah! She has it.

Student: (--------)

YB: What did you say?

Student: (---------)

YB: What?

Student: (---------)

YB: Oh, when this we go this by kill this guy, I am really sick and tired of him! We have reached a point, we told you yesterday and we bought the whole thing, and you are just making excuses. Run, run son, okay, keep it going, okay keep it going, oh, get that, get the beat of the drums then, oh those Chinese, whatever they are, heavy duty drums, God (?) it so much money we ran and you liddad, chalo, chalo, chalo, chalo, chalo, chalo, don't worry, let's make the best what we have, now for God's sake play that, that heavy duty, Netherlands stuff, come on, come on, get the fingers tight, under your control. Siri Ved Veding Koiee Na Janey Bheding, navel, navel, heavy, out,

(Drum tape is played)

YB: (over the tape) Whole spine will move, youth will come back, simple, all the years wasted, over sex, drugs taken, wined, worried, God knows what you have done to yourself, five fingers must be that of steel, five TattvasTattvas A category of cosmic existence; a stage of reality or being; a "thatness" of differentiated qualities. In total there are 36 tattvas. Each wave of differentiation has its own rules and structure. The final five tattvas are called the gross elements and have the phasic qualities and relationships of ether, air, fire, water, and earth. must be under control louder, and louder, and louder, louder, louder, you Siri Ved why you want to commit a murder, dance the breath, hey boys, those who talk too much, dance with breath, let it be settled today for all, if you do not, let your finger go loose and you dance your spine, bravo! Now for God's sake don't stop it now, but fix it properly, go, go, go, boys and girls, we got to achieve the result, we are result oriented, not into the formality, let the spine and the breath and let you dance, gray matter shall change in few seconds, hoh, hoh, hoh, hoh, bravo, let the heavens move, let the heavens move, let the heavens move, let the angel hear the breath, up, up, loud beat come, come, come, come, come, come, keep the iron and keep the iron, keep the fingers, that's the secret, move the navel, dance the spine, anger, anger, get it out, anger, anger, get it out, anger, anger, get it out, free the, free the, free the, free the, free the subconscious, hah! (Chanting continues)

Students: Yes sir.

Anybody nauseated, or feeling bad or anything, okay please move your hands, shake them up, just relax. How many of us have cheated twenty percent, you know in this, in this, in this, when you get in to biorhythm, then every fiber, every molecule, every part of the body, it's not you then. Breath is the life, it rides the Pavan, PranaPraana , Prana The universal life force that gives motion. It is the breath in air. It is the subtle breath of the purusha as it vibrates with a psychophysical energy or presence. Praana regulates the modes and moods of the mind. rides on the air. And once you get to the navel, where you lived without breath in the womb of the Mother, and you get to the being, and the Mayurdand, the spine comes to that rhythm in you, then you start getting, wider and wider and wider, as the width will take place, you will engulf the Infinity, the Infinity. Infinity will give you in the practical terms of the goods and the goodies, reality, that's a direct way to become the rich, rich not in the sense of money only, rich in the sense of knowledge, rich in the sense of control, rich in the sense of power and projection, rich in the sense of being to be as human you have been made to be, understand? Yes or no?

Students: Yes Sir.

YB: Now this KriyaKriya Literal meaning is "completed action." A Kundalini Yoga Kriya is a sequence of postures and yoga techniques used to produce a particular impact on the psyche, body, or self. The structure of each kriya has been designed to generate, organize, and deliver a particular state or change of state, thereby completing a cycle of effect. Right? Now according to that belief, human is elevated in the eyes of God, it's true or a lie, I will not like to discuss it, I like to experience it, is that okay? Is that okay?

There is no need to become very Holy in one day, simply remember, the power of self-hypnosis is the power of God. When the soul came, body was given according to the samskarasSamskaras Patterns of behavior brought from past lives. , the KarmaKarma The law of cause and effect applied to mental, moral, and physical actions. Ego attaches us to and identifies us with objects, feelings, and thoughts. These attachments create a bias toward certain lines of action. Instead of acting you begin reacting. Karmas are the conditions required in order to balance or complete these tendencies. Though necessary, karma is not dictatorial or fatalistic. It is the mechanism that allows the finite experience of existence to maintain and stabilize itself. We all have free will and can take actions to re-direct the momentum of a karma. We can transform it or neutralize it using meditation, jappa, good deeds, or intuition that remove your sense of ego and the identification with that past line of action. , previous KarmasKarma The law of cause and effect applied to mental, moral, and physical actions. Now, same thing, put your hands, on your ears, put your hands, on your ears, Ek Ong Kar.

Students: Ek Ong Kar.

YB: SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. When used as a greeting it means "I greet and salute that reality and truth which is your soul." It is called the Bij Mantra - the seed for all that comes. YB: Relax. Now did you hear, how the sound sounded to you?

Student: Yes sir.

YB: Huh! You understand? That sound, which you heard this way, should be heard at the same frequency by the person you are talking to. It is called Distinctive Communication Projection. Every word must be distinct, it must create a impact, not a effect. You all talk in a effective language, learn to talk in a impactive language. Now, without that listen to your sound, you must hear your sound.

(Yogiji creates sound by tapping on the mike)

YB: Now please put your hands there as you did, put the disc A. Hey where that all went, oh yeah, give it to her. Okay! Put the hands please, ready, put the disc the loudest you can.

(Disc is played)

YB: (Over the Disc) Control it.

(Disc ends)

YB: Relax, now you want to see, play it again, now don't place the hand, just sit normal, okay, go.

(Disc is played)

(Disc ends)

You understand the muffled and un-muffled, you understand, now muffle yourself and control this time as you want it, not as it is coming. Control by the muffles, right, steady, go.

(Disc is played)

YB: (Over the tape) Move, move, control.

(Disc ends)

YB: Relax, now you understand what a sound can do? It can encourage totally a de-vitalization of your neuron cells, that's why in the war, when you want to send the solider and get them killed, you put the heavy drums, and you put a heavy sound, you trumpets and bugles and there they go, unto the valley of death, for living being, there is a another thing. Those who have to live, and live long, they have to understand sophistication of communication. And they have to hear every word they say. Calm and quiet, now play that tape "Ang Sang Wahe Wahe Guru , Whaa-hay Guroo A mantra of ecstasy and dwelling in God. It is the Infinite teacher of the soul. Also called the gur mantra. GuruWahe Guru , Whaa-hay Guroo A mantra of ecstasy and dwelling in God. It is the Infinite teacher of the soul. Also called the gur mantra. Guru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. " you have Nirinjan's? Now please put your hands and make it little inlet, and see how that sounds, steady posture please. Siri Ved, we have only few minutes left, fast, give the sound the entry, and now.

(Tape "Ang Sang Wahe Wahe Guru , Whaa-hay Guroo A mantra of ecstasy and dwelling in God. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. ..." is played)

YB: (Over the tape) That's what I am telling you. Now put down the hand and sing.

(Tape ends)

YB: You understand the power, which the word give you it can make you or it can mar you. Which way you want to go? Remember energy is energy, you can use it to fly high and you can use it to get drowned, there shall be no possibility, that anybody can affect you, it is your choice, your behavior, once you go to the wrong side, it will take you long distance to come to right side, it's a everyday affair, and it's everybody's freewill. There is no right and wrong, it is your feeling,, it is your desire, it is your emotions, but anything which is violent, will bring you the violence, anything, which is subtle and sophisticated brings you prosperity, choice is yours, do not misunderstand please that you have the Pranic energy, there is no God beyond you, when you are dead, your eyes are closed, from childhood to death, you are always you, "Aad Puran, Madh Puran, Anth Puran Parameshwar," in the beginning you are perfect, in the middle you are perfect and in the end you are perfect, unto God, and that's the will of God. Handicap, insecure, and nonsense and negativity and desiring and flirting, and affecting and (?) is all your creation. Whosoever killed you never built you, whosoever built you shall never kill you, God made you in His own image, the best He could, the best He can, and that all best you are.

Within the clay He has made lot of pots, some will have milk, some will have water, some will have flowers, some will have dirt, some will have nothing, some will add ashes, some people are wisely stupid, some people are stupidly wise, it's a matter of fact. If you shall not give yourself width and only hang on your length, you will worry, you will be miserable and you will be mentally painful. If you give yourself width, open yourself arms and receive the nature in you, you will be prosperous, graceful and you will be noble. As you open God shall come in, as you close, you will drown. There are two opinions about it, never let down others, and never let down yourself,

'Ninda Bhali Kisiki Naahi, Murakh Mugdh Karam.'

Never slander or say negative things to anybody, because when you are saying it, you are cursing yourself. Now, we are the Khalsa...

Students sing: We are the Khalsa, mighty, mighty Khalsa...

YB: Good night, thank you very much, "May the long time Sun shine upon you, all love surround you, and the pure light within you, guide yourself home and we shall meet tomorrow again and tomorrow again, and tomorrow afternoon, then I have to go, and I will be off your back for three days.

(Students laugh)

YB: And that class will be taught by the Italianos, the Mastre, the Littlo, and she, where is she? Okay! You understand? Class will continue and she will teach and people try to understand what our man has done? Come on, come on, somebody can lift it up for me, nicely, this is GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Har Kishan Thyaei Jinna Dittiya Sab Dukh Jayae you understand, who made it?

Students: Har Bhajan Singh.

YB: Hah! Now everybody knows. It is very pretty. You thought the height of GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Gobind Singh Tenth Guru of the Sikhs. Gobind SinghGuru Gobind Singh Tenth Guru of the Sikhs. and GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Har Krishan Eight Guru of the Sikhs. Har KrishanGuru Har Krishan Eight Guru of the Sikhs. is the same?

(YB and Students laughs)

YB: Please look, the detail, the beauty and the love he has put in it. Have you made a stand for it too?

Student: Yes Sir, it's all ready.

YB: You have already set it up there?

Student: (--------)

YB: Okay!

(Students laugh)

YB: (Yawns), everybody is okay?

Students: Yes Sir.

YB: Now, you got the cookies, go home.

(Students laugh)

YB: Early to bed, you have to wake up tomorrow and meet me there...
